I just got my lock installed onto my new bedroom door this afternoon. The 2 workers didn't have any experience in installing the special push and pull lever lock, but they really did their very best and installed the lock nicely. I am very satisfied with the job done. Also thanks to Mr Yeo who responded to all my queries promptly. I would highly recommend Keyeo Locks as the service is excellent and the price is reasonable.

I lost the keys to my van in public carpark and didn't have a replacement key. Was very desperate and contacted some locksmiths for help. Some needed me to tow van to their shop. But im super happy Keyeo can go to my van location to solve the problem! Was also very relieved don't need additional hassle. Their specialist came and gave us new remote with keys in abt 2 hours. Price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend them if you need such services. Thank you so much Keyeo!

Out of all the services I’ve used in Singapore related to my home, Keyeo was the best. The main gate door was stuck while using the card to open. I was thankful for Joel’s knowledgeable help over the phone to forcibly shake the door while opening the door. It helped to open the door. Would recommend to friends if need help with lock and stuff.

Lost my main key for my tracer. Went around but Keyeo was the ALL IN service! From towing your bike to drop off at their partnered workshop at all areas in Singapore, for mine it’s at woodlands! I super amazed by the service provided by Keyo. As I realised my Lockset run out of battery and l being locked outside the door… just a phone call and they guide me throughout every step to get me into the house . I had issues with my digital lock as the installation was not done properly. Joel was very sincere and helpful. I got to know of Keyeo on Carousell. Then, I was looking for help to open my motorcycle boxes because I have dropped my keys. 10 plus at night on a Sunday, the owner actually responded to my call for help by advising on the possible routes to solve my issue. This is called professionalism, which I admire greatly and am very thankful. However, things turn out that I really did dropped my keys at the bike park. But someone picked it up and long story short - it got back to me. I was kind of uncertain what to do next because Keyeo had already promised to help me with my problem. So I inform them that I found my keys and would instead like to pay them for their consultation. But Keyeo was gracious enough to decline that. So the truth is, I have not been through the entirety of Keyeo's servicing. But a lot of times, the attitude of the business owner, the way they go beyond what they should in professionally helping people, says a lot more than about them then what we would normally experience in receiving normal servicing. So I rate this company 5 stars. I believe you can count on them to solve your problems. Thank you so much!

Joel picked up our call of assistance when my family and I were locked in our house due to malfunctioning of our digital lock (7 years old). What impressed us was his prompt, systematic and patient guidance over the video call which eventually lead us to getting out. Eventually, we replaced and installed a new digital lock as well with his detailed explanation. Despite his busy schedule and answering others clients' enquiries, he was efficient and prompt to give us a comparison of locks. Completely honest and professional locksmith! My digital lock was malfunction with sporadic beeping and numbers blinking that resembles a horror film. Got me locked out of the house and feeling helpless. Reached out to Joel through a digital lock seller. Sent a video of the malfunction on WhatsApp and requested for a break lock service. Instead of providing a quote for the service (as some others would jump on the opportunity to), Joel meticulously assessed the issue and did a step-by-step troubleshooting over a call. With his guidance, the issue with my digital lock was resolved on my own over that call. Joel didn’t charge a cent for the solution he offered. Highly recommended and definitely a contact to keep.

Joel is especially caring and helpful when he was responding to inquiries. I didn't know him before, I just whatsapp him randomly to inquire if he could help with my digital lock key duplication. He recommended another locksmith who is able to assist me. He went extra miles by checking the reason for key duplication and explained to me over the phone patiently. I considered his suggestion and replaced the lock instead. He send his staff, Teoh the next day for lock replacement. Was able to secure a time slot to duplicate my Honda HISS key pretty quickly. Job took about 30 minutes in total. The duplicated key is rather rough in term of quality with sharp edges, so i have to smoothen it with coarse sand paper. Nevertheless, the key works perfectly.
