  1. Replaced rubbish chute with this company, paid $250 to Milon. The quality of the rubbis chute was rubbish (super thin aluminium feel rather than stainless steel, different than the original one from condo developer that lasted 15 years until I had to replace it). 2 weeks ago exactly after 1 year from when this company replaced it, it was broken (got stuck and would not open). Tried every way to open it, it failed. Waste of money and now I have to get someone else to replace it again. $250 I could have got more years at least. Rip off.

    Initially only engaged Milon and his guys to patch ceiling holes, they did an excellent job and I accidentally paid them extra 60 bucks because it was 4 holes then turned 3. I didn't realised I paid extra and he called me to refund me the excess! Because of their honesty and they did such a great job, I engaged them immediately for the mould cleaning and paint job. Very reasonable price and reliable. Highly recommended!

    If you need immediate dismantling and disposal service… LI FONG is the best ! I called and their team was knocking at my door in less than an hour !
