We have a 7yr old Bosch fridge that broke down so I used google reviews to find a trusted 3rd party repair service and ended up using Appliance Repair. Response was immediate. A technician was was arranged for immediately who came down to inspect for a fee of $80 (nonrefundable unless you use their repair service). The technician quoted $700+ for repairs with 1month warranty which sounded steep so I called up Bosch service Centre to check the listed prices for replacement parts. It turned out that Bosch could do the same repair for $450 with 1year warranty. The store person explained that they are 3rd party vendors so Bosch sells the same parts to them for higher and with 1month warranty only. I later found that the technician sent was from another company (Teck Chang) so this may explain high markup but for the price and warranties, the value is simply not there.

Technician are supposed to have arrived between 2-4. No one called. I followed up three times and finally some one called at 4:30 telling me they will be coming at night! The follow up service was not good either. The service agent was not service agent only saying need technician to reply. This is not a professional company. Wasted my hours waiting when I could have gotten somebody else to repair. Do not use

Engaged them to repair my fridge. Able to come on the same day within a few hours to fix it. And quickly diagnosed and performed the repair. Strongly recommended!

Prompt and reasonable. Could not arrive 1st time as they were busy, but give reasons and fulfilled the next day. I engage their help to fix a wine fridge. Very knowledgeable and experienced in their work. No hesitations from them, and diagnostics of the problem was swift!

They were able to come and help me on a weekend to fix my Samsung fridge which had outlived its expiry and Samsung was offering an appointment after 5 days.The fridge is working fine and a big relief thanks for a good turn around during the pandemic on a weekend appreciate it.

My freezer was making a lot of noise, I called to make enquiries. They was very helpful n advised me on how to check the freezer before coming down to do any repairs. They are very professional in their approach.

Fridge motor was spoilt.. It's a very old Toshiba model.. Called up brand service helpline, they don't even have the spare parts for repair as model too old. Ask me to look for other outsource company.. Managed to find this company online.. As now is circuit breaker period, I'm so worried that I couldn't find someone to repair. They get the technician to call me. Mr Ang called ard 10+ come before 12noon n within 30mins, job done. Explain to us the issue n how he can solve n work on it. Fast and responsive.

A real professional work. My family and I are truly satisfied with the repair. My fridge was rather old. About 15 yrs already. And it was not cooling items. In one look the repairman told us that what the problem was. Thank you once again.

Our freezer had defrosted and lost cooling and especially because it is during the circuit breaker period, we panicked. Contacted Local Services and their technician Mr.Ang came over the next day despite not having a prior appointment. It has been 2 days, the freezer is working and in good condition. Appreciate the timely service👍🏼Thank you 😊.

Highly recommended! My Panasonic 6 door fridge broke down on Vesak Day and Mr Tan (technician) reached my place within 1.5hours! He was patient and he managed to get the fridge fan through his network (Panasonic fridge parts usually takes around 1 month to reach). He is professional and quick in his work! Please look for him if you need any help.

I discovered my fridge was not working at about 8pm one night. My wife just stocked up food supplies for the week and we were desperate to get our fridge working. I made a call to the repair company and then a technician called me. Mr Tan the technician came to my place at 10pm. He was awared of the social distancing and he used hand sanitizer before entering my house. He got the job done quickly and left. I'm happy with their service. I would recommend their service. Keep it up!

Uncle Ang was prompt to arrive even though it was a Saturday and fixed our refrigerator within half hr. Very great full to him given the current situation we would have had to get rid of our produce from the refrigerator. Thank u uncle Ang.

Chanced upon this website and decided to try them out. they are pretty responsive. They got back to me within the day and the technician Mr Ang came by the same day itself to have a look at my dying fridge. He is really professional and fast, he explained why my fridge and freezer isn't cold, and was able to finish in about 30-40 mins. Update: a week later my freezer wasnt cold again, i informed Mr ang about it and he came immediately the next day so that my ice creams are saved 😅. Do look for them if you need their services!

I called Appliance Repair Services and they responded soonest. Mr Ang came at the appointment time and have my refrigerator back to working condition. He was fast, professional and at the same time reminded me to observed what the government is encouraging it's people to have a safe distance and with his musk on. Uncle Ang is very helpful n knows his stuff well. He gets the job done fast n well. During tis Convid period, he's very responsible by keeping his distance frm us n also mask is on throughout the whole repairing session.
