I paid $900 to replace five door lock handles (three bedroom doors and two bathroom doors). After the technician completed the work, I inspected the doors and initially noticed a scratch mark on one of the toilet door handles. When I asked for the old locks, the technician informed me that they had already been discarded. A few days later, I observed that the scratch mark on the toilet door handle had become very prominent. The scratch is identical to the one that was on my original old handle. It now appears that the original handle was reinstalled instead of being replaced. I also noticed that oil (possibly WD-40) had been applied to the handle during installation, which temporarily made it appear new. Once the oil wore off, the old scratch became clearly visible. This situation is extremely concerning. I paid for five new lock handles, but it appears that at least one of the original handles was not replaced. Additionally, I was not given back the old locks upon request, which further raises concerns about the integrity of the service provided.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I contacted them to fix my bathroom shower head, and while they completed the installation and collected payment, the experience afterward was very frustrating. There is no response or reply to my watsapp, text and email.

Came to fix the hinge on my shower door, but after a few months it came apart. Wanted to charge me $120 to fix it again. They only have a 1-month warranty - after which, they don't even guarantee work that should take years to degrade.
