Of 44 written reviews, 26 say the problem was fixed, 11 say they came quickly, 6 used the business again and 2 knew the price first. Many say Apple quoted more or called the Mac beyond repair, and they got data back intact.

Excellent service at a fair price. Much better than other repair places which I have used.

Wonderful service. Sent my 2021 Macbook Pro in for a battery replacement, barely waited 20 minutes and the device was ready for collection. There is peace of mind with the 6 months warranty offered. This is a far cry from official Apple store who quoted a higher price and needed a week's turnover time. Message them for a quote first!

Great service from Mac Infinity! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Jackson Koh attended to me and was very efficient, honest, and professional. Initially, the team suspected a motherboard issue, but after checking thoroughly, they confirmed that the motherboard was working properly and found that the problem was only with the battery. They then quoted me a much lower price. I really appreciate their transparency and fair pricing. Highly recommended! 😊

Look it gets you to what you want but in my opinion financially, just go to an official apple store. This is quite literally the best reminder for you to go get Apple warranty with your products
Response from the business
Hi Chomppow,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your preference for having repairs done through an Apple Store, especially when Apple warranty coverage is available.
At Mac.Infinity, we provide repair options for customers who are looking for an alternative, particularly for devices that are out of warranty or require repair services not covered by Apple. We always aim to provide transparent pricing and professional service.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback.

The reviews were true and I'm glad I chose to repair my mac with them. My Mac pro was not able to on due to a motherboard issue and I had data that hasn't been backed up. Saw their reviews on Google and decided to give it a shot. Texted them for walk in service and the replies were prompt. There are no backhand fees and I was served by Jian Guo throughout the process where he provided nice and attentive service. I collected it after 2 days after being prompted and was surprised by the speed of repair. Would definitely recommend and now I'm omy to quickly back up my data 🫡

Mac.Infinity is really amazing! 😊 Apple told me that my Mac was a gone case, and I was so worried since I hadn’t backed up my stuff to iCloud. But luckily I was able to find Mac.Infinity on Google! When I went down to their store, I said that my data was all that mattered to me. And within 40 minutes of leaving my Mac at the store, it was all done! Not only could be data be recovered, but my Mac itself was fine too, which was the bonus. All thanks to Mac.Infinity. Highly recommended for any Mac or Apple issues! 😄

The logic board on my laptop died on me while I was on a trip, with two weeks worth of data not in my backup. Apple Support would swap the logic board out with a new one, which means I would lost the data, and I would have to wait a week for the new logic board. I wouldn't be able to do any work during this time.
Internet leads me to Mac.Infinity. In 3 hours, they fixed the logic board. It is not cheap, but I got my laptop (and my data) back. That feeling when you see your dead laptop comes alive again is pure joy. I am back working again that very night.
Don't know how they did it, but I would recommend considering them if you are in the same situation.

Apple store told me I would have to replace the motherboard of my macbook pro 16” which will cost me $1k+. Decided to try Mac Infinity due to the promising reviews online and IM SOOOOO GLAD I trusted them. Motherboard repair only costs $450, and additional $50 if you want it on the same day. Definitely worth it. No data lost in the process as well. Don’t even need to give them passcode to your macbook. Thank you Team!!!!!
