Dec 23 - Strong expertise in repairing/upgrading macbooks, fair pricing and quick turnover. Took less than two hours to replace my faulty speaker and battery, upgrade ssd, and backup data to new ssd. Infinique has been my go-to for macbook/laptop repairs for many years. Kenny is reliable, and transparent with his recommendations, pricing is fair and competitive too. Highly recommended. Jun 26 - I recently returned to refresh my macOS and once again had a great experience. Kenny was forthcoming and helpful in providing advice on purchasing a new laptop. He went above and beyond, took time to understand my requirements and offered detailed, balanced technical recommendations even though there was no obligation for him to do so. Kenny was recommended as the go-to repair guy for MacBook. Mine is a pretty old MacBook 13 Pro, A1706. The screen had wrinkles and distorted colors, basically need a full screen replacement. Apple quoted me a price which I couldn't understand. Kenny basically replaced the screen on the spot and voila! Its working perfectly now. Straightforward and got the job done.

I needed to change a battery of my HP laptop. After getting an earlier quote from Kenny, it was clear his price wass on the low side. Therefore, I returned to his shop to replace it and discovered that the power cable was faulty too. He replaced these on the spot. From a feedback from another shop on L4, he has been in the business for more than 20 years. Obviously , he has established himself to be reliable and reasonable. Whereas many shops there come and go doing the same business.

Also appreciated the honest advice from Kenny about whether I needed to change my battery as I was advised previously by the vendor, and discovered that my battery still had a decent life span. He changed my laptop screen with a used screen at half the cost of a new one and it looks as good as new! Will definitely be back for future service. Highly recommended.

Chanced upon Infinique Services while desperately looking for someone to fix my external hard disk. Read about the reviews and decided to give it a try ; although the reputation of Sim Lim Square vendors does make me worry. Called and Kenny picked up and he said the possibility of retrieving the data was high. Went down and left my external hard disk overnight for him to fix. Indeed, I could get my data back. Would recommend this company and this man as Kenny was very knowledgeable and assuring. He was patient and when I returned i could not find another set of data. He went through the folder again and found the data .He explained as to why the data was not detected as I had a video that was corrupted and cause the skip over. I would certainly return for his service when I needed to.

Kenny is a professional computer service person to go to if you have any problems with your computer. He is knowledgeable, and reasonable in his pricing for repairs. I came with a HD that other shops declared that it was corrupted and needed to be sent for data recovery with a lab. He is experienced enough to tell me that it was a partition error and I do not need to spend hundreds of dollar to send to a lab. In a matter of less than 2 hours, he managed to solve the error and I saw my files onsite, with his laptop. When I couldn't see my files on my laptop upon reaching home, I messaged him to ask to come see him again at his shop. Despite that it was already a paid and done service, he agreed to see me to try resolve the issue. Turned out that it was my laptop that is sensitive to the portable casing cable, and after using his cable in his shop, I managed to see my files again, on my laptop, and I did a HD to laptop data transfer onsite. He kindly allowed me to use his shop space to do the transfer. I'm grateful that I met Kenny and happy to be reading so so many good reviews about him on Google Maps. He deserved all the accolades for the excellent service he provided! I would strongly recommend his service to anyone. Thanks Kenny!

The most underrated computer repair shop and the only one you need if you ever find yourself in distress. Kenny is the go-to guy for your Mac repair issues as his wealth of experience and kind demeanour is a rarity nowadays. Prices are reasonable and as long as you are not being unreasonable. 😛 I came here 10 years ago and went there today, same 5 star service and reliability that is truly priceless.

Have been going to Kenny for my MacBook related issues. I had dropped my MacBook Pro previously and the screen became wonky. Kenny did a quick diagnosis and replaced my screen within the same day at a fair price. More recently, I dropped the same laptop again and was dreading having to change the screen again. However, Kenny performed a troubleshoot and informed me that the screen is working fine and all I had to do was change the LCD cable. He managed to fix it within 2 hours. Thanks Kenny! Thought my MacBook was on its last legs. My friend recommend that I bring it to Kenny for diagnosis. He reassured me that all I needed to do was replace my battery, which he did very quickly and at a reasonable price. My MacBook now has a new lease on life. So pleased and relieved. Infinique is the best computer repair shop in Spore period. Kenny, the owner, is a star, very fair in his pricing and excellent judgement on what needs to get done or not. He has fixed both Mac and Windows laptops for me, good access to parts in the Sim Lim ecosystem. Cannot say enough. Been using them for years and just fixed an Acer Swift in November 2023, still great and consistent.
