Wah Eternally grateful. My laptop hinge was broken and the small pieces went directly into my CPU fan. I needed to fix my laptop like urgent. So i asked if i could like drop down immediately to have it repaired the same day. He diagnosed my laptop like fast and thorough and told me what was the problem aka the hinges. He gave recommendation and even said is okay to not fix it now if i only wanted to replace the fans. But I did both the fan replacement and hinge repair , which was around 3 hour ish? Either way i just waited around the area doing my actual work and ate my dinner. 10/10 really grateful to have it working and fixed in such a short time frame. Really recommend.

I had a great experience with Chan Repair Specialist. I found them online and contacted them via WhatsApp regarding my laptop, which needed a keyboard replacement. They responded promptly, asked for my laptop model and the issue, and provided a clear quotation upfront. I brought my laptop down, and they informed me that the keyboard replacement would take about 2 hours. To my surprise, the repair was completed in around 1.5 hours. My Lenovo laptop was unable to on and charged on Monday. Basically there was no power. It was 5 years old. I called up Lenovo authorised repair centre and was informed it would need 4 to 6 weeks if the problem lies with the motherboard. I chanced upon Chan Repair Specialist and decided to give it a try. A check by Ah Hao and was informed motherboard issue. The lead time will be approx 3 to 5 days. Today I get my laptop. It is in working condition. Back to normal. The rates are reasonable and lead time is fast I am happy and grateful for Ah Hao who service the laptop. Thank you very much. Good job 👏

My lappy couldnt switch on. Was told by external warranty parties, motherboard issues and it was beyond repair. Was at the verge of disposing the laptop when i overcame Chan Repair Specialist in google.. Went down to shop, Within less than a minute of diagnosis, found out the actual cause was the keyboard problem.. laptop was rectified within a short period of time.. Laptop is all perfectly fine.. Came here after a rather strange experience at the Lenovo Authorised Repair Centre. It turned out there was nothing wrong with my laptop. Diagnosis over in 5 minutes, nothing charged. I would have been happy to pay. A big relief.

Quick, good reliable repair service. Totally recommend! 👍💯 Came with a broken hinge metal part sticking out with a cracked part, was really worried as I needed my laptop urgently for work the next day. Was worried it would take a few days because I also needed to submit work tasks asap. They fixed it within less than 2 hours and well, totally recommend the service.

I had my MacBook repaired here due to water damage and was charged SGD 400. While the device initially appeared to be fixed, I discovered just two hours later that the screen had not been properly secured, resulting in significant damage when I opened the laptop. I am now in Ho Chi Minh City with a damaged MacBook that I rely on for work. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this repair service based on the quality of workmanship and after-service support.
