Great experience getting my record player fixed here. The only shop that can fix my CD player in this mall. I asked more than 10 shops, and most said it was too old a model to fix (p/s: it's actually a new model). Some, even worse, said they couldn't fix it without seeing it. All of them are really noobs. Only Imran could help me repair it. Help me to get the parts from overseas. And the repair fee is also reasonable. Really, thanks a lot! highly recommended.

Just brought my boy here to fix his amplifier parts that broke. I told him Sim Lim Square has a reputation for having a lot of “scams,” so I was quite cautious at first. But he showed me the good reviews from this shop, and since the quote sounded reasonable, we decided to give it a shot. Originally, we wanted to replace the broken part, but the shop told us the part was out of stock and all the supplier shops had already closed for the day, so the boss asked us to come back on Monday to collect it. We were thinking of walking away to check out other shops first, but the boss then offered another option. He quoted us $20 to try repairing it without replacing the part. He also assured us that if the repair didn’t work, we could come back on Monday to replace the part and just top up another $5 for the replacement part. My son and I were both skeptical that it could actually be fixed without changing the part. I even told my son to be prepared to come back on Monday because I honestly thought it was some kind of “trick.” But in the end, the boss really fixed it without changing the part at all, so we even saved the extra $5. Really skillful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Now we know where to go next time if we need help fixing our IT stuff!

My CCTV recorder recently stopped working and I was about to get a new set (the power adapter showed the adapter was still working). However, I decided to give Imran a shot to see if he could save me $1000+ from a new purchase. From the onset, he was polite and professional. During my visit, the first thing he did was to test the supposedly working power adapter, and it immediately blew. The whole rescue took only 15 min and saved me a pretty penny. Thank you Imran! Will highly recommend you to everyone looking to save their devices :D

I had approached more than 20 stores trying to get my jabra wireless headphones fixed. It appeared that only a small part broke and I didnt want to throw it away coz it'll be such a waste. Most stores turned me away as it was a small project (and i assume not lucrative). Only this shop offered to take a look and see if he's able to fix it. When he told me the cost, it was more than i was willing to pay/my budget. but he offered to meet in the middle was of the same mind that it would be a pity to throw the set away. He eventually made a part for it but it wasn't reliably resolving the issue so he didnt collect any fee from me. Whole thing took a few days only. Ill return if i have other electronics in need of fixing!

I took my JBL Pulse 5 all the way from Sri Lanka and gave it to Imran to fix, and he did not disappoint. He was so professional with his initial diagnosis, keeping me updated at every step of the way with pictures and messages, and I had no doubt that he'd be able to fix my speaker for me. He helped trouble shoot the faulty electronics I had (guitar wireless transceiver/receiver), and he helped me find the root of the problem and even upgraded the device with a power switch installation. Send my damaged headphones for repair on 19 June, came back after a month as the Technician explain to me that it’s not only the external parts that are broken and need to be replaced, but the internal parts as well, along with waiting for the components to arrive. After a month of waiting, my headphones are usable again. My repaired headphones are good as new. Thank you Mr Imran for your good service and work.

Took time and effort to diagnose my 2 wireless headphones and he told me most probably it's an interference with my wifi router. When i asked how much was for the diagnostic he said i don't owe him anything!! It's hard to come by this kind of shop owner already.
