Been using their product for 2 years. The product quality is good, and their after-sales service was excellent as well. Thanks Mr See for the wonderful after-sales service to help rectify the defect i was experiencing with my screen.

They did a great job of advising me on suitable options based on my needs during the on-site assessment, and I especially appreciated how they were looking to give best value for money rather than just proposing the most expensive option. The installation was done really quickly and the staff were very punctual too. Can highly recommend for anyone looking for insect or cat proofing options for their homes!

Found this company in the www. The reviews were decent and decided to engage them as their pricing was reasonable. They were very prompt in their after service as one of window panes could not open, the service agent came the day after to rectify the screen.

Very prompt service.

Installation and survey of how to install the screens were professionally done. Have previously used them for a long time with no issue. What I like about their magnetic screens is that they can do a small removable panel in the net that makes it easier to access the window.

Installed their magnetic screens for our aircon room in our apartment in the East Coast, a few months ago. Their staff took accurate measurements of the floor to ceiling space needing the screens, and showed me the various options in terms of powder coating colours etc. They sent me a reminder for the installation a day before the appt, and were prompt & clean in their installation. I've been very happy with the quality and service from them. Highly recommend.

The whole process from the survey, taking measurements right down to the installation went very smoothly. Everything was communicated well. Their prices may be higher but the workmanship and material used was of high quality as compared to my previous magnetic screens from another company. Will not hesitate to recommend Magnetic Screen Pte Ltd to anyone.

The services provided were prompt. The staff who took the measurement took time to explain in detail what the final product will be. The office staff was prompt to response to my request, and the staff who installed took time to show me how to operate the netting too. Overall, I am a satified customer and happy to recommend them to my family & friends who need netting against mosquitoes, cockcroahes and lizards 😁.

Magnetic Screen did all my window & sliding door screens 10 years ago. They are still in great shape! Recently I decided to get my 3rd floor guest room windows screened. Magnetic Screen quoted & installed the screens promptly. My guest using that room is happy she can leave her windows open & her room is well ventilated all the time!

We have been using their products since 2005. We are very happy with them. It s really easy to install without drilling and easy to move for cleaning. However, if use on high floor, you should remind people that it’s removable as it could give illusion that it could hold the weight of people who may rest on it.

Good service and good product. Company got a guy to take measurements very competent guy. And about one week later they came to install. All parts were prefabricated at their shop 2 (3 section) sliding doors, 3 (4 sections) sliding windows, 2 swing doors and a large kitchen grille. All done within a day.

Installation was quick & clean ie. the installer removed my old roller magnetic screen first and tidied up before leaving. Price overall is much more reasonable than my old roller version, the latch of which kept breaking & was costly to repair repeatedly. I’m satisfied with this magnetic version for the price … just hope it’ll be sturdy enough to discourage my cats

Went to a few places to find cat proof magnetic shades. Found Magnetic screen able to provide cat proof solution. Mr See was assigned to me to handle my project. He is very patient. He came down a few times to take down measurements bcoz I decided to changed all my windows, thus need to do remeasurement for me again. Feel very pai seh. No extra costing. I’m pleased with the end results. Able to Prevent insects and cat proofed the whole hse.

Wanted to cat proof my windows, however the results did not turn out the way I expected. Seems that the person measuring the windows did not take into consideration the window handles, causing the handle part to be sticking out (the magnet cannot stick back properly). Informed the customer service person, they said they will check with their technician, however since then, they have not get back or even replied me on Whatsapp. (Customer service doesn't exist after service) FYI, the way this company "cat-proof" their screens are by drilling 4 screws into each side of your window frame. They didn't even attempt to clean up the metal shavings they left behind. Expensive. Disappointed. Do not recommend.

Contacted Magnetic Screen on a Saturday due to problem of mynahs barging into kitchen and living room daily to steal food and pooping all over the house. They were quick in responding and promptly sent someone to do a FOC home assessment on the same day even though it’s a Saturday. Measurements were taken and recommendations were provided to solve the service yard Mynah problem. The company has an extensive range of products on their catalogue. The following week, a quotation was emailed. Upon deposit and confirmation, fabrication of frame and installation was promptly done in about a week. Very efficient! Thank you so much!
