Prompt response when contacting on WhatsApp for quotation. Contact person very helpful and accommodating. The installers who came to assemble my Tao Bao dining table was very experience and patient during the whole process. Also took extra care to ensure the item was installed correctly. Protective card board used to ensure the floor was not scratched or damaged. Would hire them again if there are more furniture to install.

Had a great experience with Meiyang Mover Company! Their chat support was prompt and helpful, and the moving team was careful, and professional. They made my move smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely engage their service again, highly recommended! Just a small tip: offer the movers some water if you can. They work really hard, and the weather’s really hot!

I hired Mei Yang Movers on 1 August 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. The movers were an hour late, and no communication was given while they were running late, which left us stressed and uncertain. When they finally arrived, there was only one mover. It took another hour just to wrap up our items, and due to the delay, we had to step in and help with the move ourselves. A second mover eventually arrived, but that’s when things got worse. The team struggled to move our fridge out of the gate, even though another moving company had successfully brought the fridge in through the same gate just a month earlier. The Chinese mover became agitated and highly unprofessional, shouting vulgarities and struggling to communicate with his colleague who didn’t speak Mandarin. I had to translate between them, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. Despite my request to wrap the fridge properly, it was handled roughly and not adequately protected, resulting in visible dents and scratches. Since then, the fridge has developed unusual sounds and is not functioning as smoothly as before. My coffee table was also damaged in the process. We chose Mei Yang Ban Jia because they came highly recommended by a friend, but the service fell far short of expectations. The driver and mover complained of being overworked and not having eaten all day, starting work from 7am, which is not something a customer should bear the brunt of—moving is stressful enough. While the company’s admin did apologize and refunded S$50 out of goodwill, we won’t be using them again and can’t recommend them based on this experience. Hire at your own risk.

Meiyang Movers.! You guys are the best, fast movers without a doubt, fast thinking by both of your movers and pricing wise is affordable compared to some companies out there. Came early before the said timing of 9am. Friendly by both of their movers and even went to their extent of helping out with grace. Never see them work and move so fast and they are very meticulous with every move they make so that they will not disturb the peace of our neighbors. From 821 yishun st 81. And in total 5 hours to complete even with 2nd trip. Recommended movers with better price options and easy to communicate even though language barrier but all ends with a smile...

Even when our initial plan to do only one trip ended with two trips, it was all arranged properly within the day itself. They are professional and are very willing to help with small requests that tend to come out during the process.

Hired them for various moves myself not once, not twice but 3 times, and each without a single hitch in the moves. They are really prompt to provide cardboard boxes before moving, really efficient during the move and very professional after moving (loading and unloading). They charge based on a per trip basis and are really reasonable prices compared to other movers in Singapore. Highly recommended for anyone with any moving needs!!!

I had engaged another moving company(won’t be disclosed) on 12th Nov 2024. The operations was to carry 1TV and 1metal gate that can’t enter the lift up to the 9th floor. The other company came at 1230. Took 2hours to carry my TV up very unprofessionally and then bolted from the job and left me hanging without anyone to carry my gate. I then had to frantically do a last minute google and @Meiyang movers appeared as one of my search result. I reached out to them with the hope they can send a team asap and help to carry my gate up. MeiYang movers arrived at the agreed time and got to work. After the necessary protection wrap was done. It took them just 5minutes to bring my gate up to the 9th floor. I was shocked by the efficiency. And with the item so well protected and delivered into my house without the possibility of even getting scratched. The cheerful team didn’t have to ask to make me willingly give them an extra token of appreciation from the bottom of my heart. The guys had loud voices but do not get taken aback. That’s how they speak back in their hometown. They did the entire process with a cheerful attitude although it’s already evening and they must have been hungry. That did not stop them from doing extra protection to my item before they start moving it up the stairs. Fully recommend their service. And may they be blessed and be accident free in their future moving task.

Had a very pleasant experience with Mei Yang movers. The staff is friendly and careful on the packing. Price is reasonable as I’ve given quite specific details +/- items so no surprises. Overall highly recommended.

Not the greatest experience with this company, they were very fast in providing the boxes but on the actual day they arrived 30 mins late. Plus they charged $50 extra as the movers had to walk a distance to my condo block, this information was never made known to us. But in terms of wrapping the items, the Chinese workers were very careful and meticulous. They operate on the number of trips they need to make, so if one lorry trip is not enough, then expect to pay more. Maybe another mover would have cost less.

I am not satisfied with the good service rating because the lorry broke down, and we were only informed 12 minutes before the agreed time. Customer service assured us that the movers would arrive an hour later, but they were delayed by an additional hour, resulting in a total delay of 2 hours! Initially, the customer service representative refused to pick up the call, and when she finally did, she asked me to wait until she had handled other calls. This is unacceptable, and she showed no remorse for making us wait 2 hours. My suggestion is that if you can't arrive at the promised time, build in a time buffer so customers can attend to other things while waiting, rather than being left in limbo for hours.

Had a good feeling about Meiyang Movers when they came to our place for a quotation and they did not disappoint. We were very impressed by the work ethics of the movers. They were hardworking and very strong. We moved from a walk-up apartment to another walk-up apartment. Not only did they not complain, but they even made sure that everything was placed where they should be. I would highly recommend their services.

I have engaged MeiYang mover for my house moving recently. I am impressed by their professonal and excellent service from the initial enquiry, quotation, ... till the completion of moving items to my new house and payment. They arrived as per schedule on that day of moving and even helped me to repack my kitchen table marble top. I found all items remainded intact and no damage.
