Picked up our household belongings in October 2024 and so far we have not received anything. No customer service available. No one gives us any update about where our belongs are. Total failure. We decided to take further actions with the police, because Moovaz is a total scam and runs by criminals.

Engaged with Moovaz in May this year to ship my items over to the UK. They were very friendly when it came to making their sales and initial dealings but these last few weeks have turned into a nightmare. My items arrived in the UK and I was informed by Moovaz that there were some issues of dispute in payments between Moovaz and the carrier and that they were sorting it out, guaranteeing that my items would not be abandoned and they would keep me informed. I later received an email from a local shipping company here in the UK informing me that Moovaz had failed to pay them their outstanding payments (I was told an estimated 15k-20k pounds worth, excluding significant amounts owned to multiple other firms around the world) and that they had gone uncontactable. They have completely stopped replying to my calls/emails as well and I have had to pay a few hundred pounds again just to have my items collected and sent to me from the port. From a quick search into Vishnu Vasudeven (the Co-founder of Moovaz) and in my conversations with the local shipping company director here, Vishnu has been involved in multiple court dealings and owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to staff/vendors in the past too. Looks like whatever happening isn't new. Do not engage with these people, just awful!

Appalling business who don't pay their bills and become aggressive with their customers when challenged. Stay well away.

Don’t trust the low price and empty promises. It operates like those shady beauty salon that are quick to collect upfront payment but slow to deliver your parcels and eventually MIA. When you keep trying to press them for it, they will turn around and cuss you. You will end up paying extra money to the receiving port and local mover to deliver your stuff. This company doesnt even refund the money for failing to deliver

Company has gone bust and I had to pay double as the local operators didn’t get their money.

Scammers. Once our belongings arrived in the UK, Moovaz simply did not pay the local logistics company, and let our items accrue port charges. Eventually, they left us with no choice but to pay a hefty sum to clear the items from port and get it delivered. To make matters worse, employees were being quite dishonest by falsely promising reimbursement for months, which was never followed through to date.

Stay away! One star is so much more than this company even deserves. I’m not quite sure how much longer they’re going to be in business so leaving this whilst I still can. Avoid using this company at all costs they’ll take your money and then ghost you. They don’t pay the vendors so the shipping just gets stuck. They will then ignore you, they’ll ignore the vendor, they behave like a child that’s misbehaved at school, the school has phones the parents now they won’t come home because they don’t want to get in trouble. This is without doubt a the worst service I have ever received. They are liars, they don’t care about their customers and they certainly don’t know how to run a business. It shouldn’t be too long now before they wind up operations and I’m fairly sure the guy running the show is going to be in a fair bit of trouble.

Do not trust Moovaz Singapore unless you are prepared to face endless hassle and frustration. I am currently taking legal action in Singapore as their unethical practices have left me no choice. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter amicably, they have blatantly ignored my communications. They respond quickly and appear professional until they have your money. After that, they conveniently “forget” to disclose hidden fees and disappear when it is time to honor their commitments. This has not only been financially damaging, but has also caused me significant mental harm, including anxiety and depression, which I have documented in medical reports. They promised a refund, only to disappear without explanation. This behavior is deceitful and demonstrates a complete lack of integrity. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice before trusting them with your time, money and peace of mind.

To all affected customers, please reach out to me, as I've been advised to take next steps as a Class Action Lawsuit. Upon a ruling, the assets of the company will be seized and we can claim upon the assets. Use at your own risk. Company requests payment upfront, and also upsells insurance coverage. Upon receiving payment and collecting items, the people you've been in contact with suddenly all no longer work for the company, and then you get bounced around multiple "staff members". Eventually you discover that your items are still in your home country and request a refund. The boss then tells you that he can only refund you 50%, as he has operational costs. He then lists his operational costs, and realize that's not 50%! But he only wants to give you 50% back! Summary - 0/5 Items not delivered, money essentially stolen. A police report has been made.

absolutely no accountability and vanished the moment they knew they were in trouble! First of all, there was a case of theft with one of their staff at our house. I have reported that to the police but it's just disappointing to find out that someone would do that in the midst of the move! When we found out our Hermes plates were broken, our TV damaged and our book shelf screws missing, they kept pointing fingers and eventually disappeared. I kept asking for the insurance certificate but we never got it. What a scam. I’m extremely disappointed – I trusted them with my things, and not only did they cause significant damage, but they also vanished without offering any help or compensation. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company unless you want to risk your items being damaged and having no support afterward.

If you’re looking for a bad experience, then Moovas will live right up to the expectation. What a dreadful bunch of swindlers they are. Vessel was booked on the 29th of October, 2 days before they tell me for some reason they can’t load. Subsequently they went AWOL for 3 weeks, calling, messaging etc, no one would pick up, let alone call back. They also play some sneaky game, by using discharge agents, with them going AWOL you are automatically drawn to the discharge agent, but at that point if there are any issues they’ll just point fingers, and say this was not under our responsibly, like a travel agent will when your flight is delayed. They kind of hand you over to discharge port agent and then put their hands up. You can imagine, you entrust someone with your personal possessions, and they act like this, definitely not a comforting feeling. No, I would not recommend them in a thousand years and would advise anyone to avoid these guys at all cost! Of course, when they need payment then they are haunting you… how typical. And of course, they are doing it in a typical blackmailing type of manner, “pay or we won’t release your goods.” The damage on my stuff is also a rather exhaustive list! Since they don’t arrange the discharge port, I am not sure if they were rough with my stuff or the discharge but either way, they clearly dropped boxes because my glass was all intact, (95%) yet plates were broken for more than 50%.... I’ve also lost items. And as per their culture not responsive on trying to recover the items. Overall, a very bad experience!

This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable, with non-existent customer service once they’ve collected payment. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs. They demand full payment upfront, but once they have the money, communication completely ceases. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My inquiries were ignored, and I faced constant delays throughout the process. The most troubling part is that although our goods have already arrived in Napier, New Zealand, from Singapore, we have yet to receive them in Auckland. Upon contacting the shipping company, I was informed that Moovaz has failed to complete the payment required for the delivery. Despite numerous calls, Moovaz co-founder, Vishnu Vasudeven, claimed they are dealing with legal issues with the shipping company, further delaying our shipment day after day. This is now the sixth month since shipping my goods from Singapore. This company’s negligence and lack of accountability have caused us significant distress, leaving us no choice but to pursue legal action.

I genuinely don’t understand how this company has an overall four-star rating, as they don’t deserve a single star for the stress, anxiety, and distress they’ve caused our family during our move to the UK. It began with them providing a quote after inspecting our belongings, only to demand three times more on the day of the move, claiming there were suddenly ‘more items’ - a blatant and dishonest excuse. Their time management was appalling. What should have been completed by 3pm dragged on to 6pm, then 8pm, and eventually past 2am. I had a baby who needed her naps and sleep, but their incompetence turned the entire day into a nightmare. Despite their unprofessionalism, we treated the packers well, providing them with lunch and drinks. Yet, when we challenged the outrageous price increase and refused to pay the additional amount, they threatened to dump our belongings on the street. Who behaves like that? It was beyond disgraceful. To make matters worse, we’ve yet to receive our shipment from Singapore to the UK, and we’ve since discovered they owe money to multiple local partners. This company is an absolute disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you’re planning an international move, steer well clear…they are the height of unprofessionalism and dishonesty. This company has caused us so much distress that we are now bound to take legal action against them.

These guys are not professionals. My shipment from SG to India is still undelivered. CEO ( Vishnu) doesn’t even answer the calls. Most pathetic company i came across.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Moovaz when shipping our belongings from Singapore to London. Initially, their customer service was polite and responsive, especially when it came to collecting the payment. However, once they received our money, the entire experience took a drastic turn for the worse. After paying, communication completely stopped. No one responded to our inquiries, and we faced constant delays. Worst of all, despite our belongings having already arrived in London, we still haven’t received them. There has been no clear explanation or updates regarding the status of our shipment. The entire process was chaotic, frustrating, and poorly managed. It was a nightmare from start to finish. The lack of professionalism and care is shocking. They were friendly and attentive when they were after our money, but once they received it, it felt like they completely forgot about us and our shipment. I strongly advise against using Moovaz for any international shipping. The service is abysmal, and they are completely unresponsive once they have your money. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered, and I deeply regret trusting them with our belongings. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and their customer service is non-existent once they've collected their payment. Avoid them at all costs! If there were an option for a rating below 1 star, I would have given it without hesitation.

Unfortunately, I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. This company collected our items in May and assured us that they would be shipped within 120 days (4 months). By early October, they claimed the items were already waiting for shipment. However, come November, when we began pressing for delivery updates, they went completely silent. They were not responsive at all!! In the end, we had to send people down to retrieve our belongings and transfer them to another mover to get the job done. Use this company at your own risk!

This is a scam company, don't honor their agreement. Once your packages is abroad, they won't do anything, so expect to pay the extra cost for custom clearance/port/shipment to your destination address. Oh, and If you try to contact them, the only response you will get, we will escalate. This is a real scam.

A company that ignores customers: Carol has been trying to get information about her shipment, but Moovaz simply doesn’t care. This irresponsible attitude is infuriating. 8. Delays and Excuses: My friend Carol’s shipment has been delayed far too long, and Moovaz just makes excuses without providing any real solution. I absolutely do not recommend them. 9. No Customer Support: Carol has received almost no customer support while waiting for her shipment. Moovaz’s neglect of customer rights makes it an unreliable company.

@moovaz- Please settle your pending payment to AMJ Campbell Canada!!! Our boxes arrived in Canada but they are not able to release to us because you have not paid the agent here. We need our stuff!!!!

Do not use Moovaz! Five months has gone, our stuff arrived in the UK from SG but Moovaz refuses to pay the shipping line, so we do not know when we will get our belongings. No one is responding and being responsible for the case. Such a scammer!

SG to Melbourne shipment of personal belongings. GOOD: competitive pricing; skilled SG packing team. BAD: lost part of our shipment and three months later they have not yet arranged our insurance claim; all boxes and packaging have been left at our property and not yet picked up; Moovaz's customer service has been very unresponsive when we have repeatedly tried to get resolution. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

We provided good services to Moovaz, but even after 4 months their invoice remains unpaid, despite 5 reminders.

Worst experience ever . I should have chose a more reputable mover . I paid in full before they even come to pack . Only one person came to do the packing . I have a 253KG piano. Imagine the stress . About three weeks I received an email that my piano has arrived in Australia . Took them 7 weeks to clear quarantine ??? Their mover here was unprofessional and rude. At one point they said moovaz Singapore did not pay the warehouse and that’s why they can’t collect the goods and deliver to me. The next day they said it was settled and they will deliver to me . But because the piano was so heavy they needed 6 people to deliver and they ask for at least $450 in cash. I contacted Sg moovaz who told me to ignore. Two movers came that day and they were not professional piano movers neither do they have much experience in moving piano up steps . They were very ill equipped . There was only one trolley which did not help with the move at all. This was one of the most stressful experience. The piano was chipped at the bottom . Moovaz Singapore ignores your text and email after that.

Avoid! Our shipment has arrived to destination country and cleared from customs weeks ago. The local company is holding our stuff due to Moovaz not paying them. We have paid Moovaz fully over 3 months ago. The situation is unbearable, Moovaz stopped answering our enquiries immediately when shipment left from SG (even before that communication was poor after packing was done, causing extra delay in shipping). Moovaz is not paying and not answering to the local company, or us. This has nothing to do with us but we’re the ones suffering. We have seen from AirTag the items have been in a storage for weeks, and still also the local company has been telling lies about the actual situation. We have no idea when we’re going to get our stuff, this is unaccetable!!

Appalling relocation service. Despite paying for crating for my paintings, none of my paintings arrived in crates and I even had 2 missing paintings and a missing Persian carpet and most of the trophies and fragile items were broken because they were packed in the most illogical way- just loosely wrapped in paper and stacked on each other. My hangers have melted onto my clothing and my massage chair arrived with a missing piece. I have been trying to file an insurance claim and no one has replied me after weeks of emailing them and texting them. I had to do an investigation because my signature was forged on the list of items received and it was also verified upon investigation that my belongings were clearly not packed according to international standards. I must have changed account managers at least 3x since I started the process as they kept leaving and while my account managers have been helpful, since my last one also left the company, I have not gotten a reasonable response to any of my emails and text. Simply unbelievable.

Moving from Singapore to Melbourne was a daunting task, but our experience with Moovaz was a breeze. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, every step was handled with professionalism and care. The team was incredibly efficient, packing our belongings securely and ensuring everything was in place. Albeit minor hiccups, they kept us informed throughout the entire process, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. I would highly recommend Moovaz to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable move.

Just received my goods in Yangon this month, all furnitures were very well packed and u packed, most movers either quoted very high or didn't even quote since it was Myanmar, Moovaz was fast and quoted a good price. They also delivered efficiently with no damages, thank you Moovaz !!!

We did an international relocation from Singapore back to Netherlands. Moovaz handled it every step of the way including packing and unpacking at the other end. Overall, move was executed quickly, precisely, and without flaws. I recommend this company!

Incredible service from start to end, the team took the time to alleviate any doubts or questions I have and they were patient as I had many doubts. My items arrived in immaculate condition and I could not have asked for a more competent service. Would definitely recommend to my expat friends!

Quick to take your money with zero follow ups, despite multiple attempts of reaching out. We are relocating from Singapore to London this week, packed out items early May, and have just come to find out that our container hasn’t even left our shores. The team are unprofessional and unresponsive, passing blame for unresponsiveness from one team to another. Price is one thing- but we packed a lot of sentimental items and having to move to a new country without any information on where our stuff is, is making us anxious. We finally heard back from one member of the team saying that because of the Red Sea crisis, our items have not left Singapore. This should not be new information to any moving company as the Red Sea crisis has existed for a while. We understand that while some things are beyond the company’s control, what we were simply expecting was a response. Not being ghosted after taking thousands of dollars from us. We read really good reviews from many months ago but it seems that in the recent months, standards at Moovaz have dropped drastically. Poor all around and we wouldn’t recommend this to any of our friends who are relocating out of Singapore.

Quote was transparent, reasonable price, the moving crews were efficient and hard working. Entire move from Singapore to Europe went smoothly. If you're looking for a reliable and professional moving company, I highly recommend

Great service by Lavish & Raj in Melbourne who helped us store all the boxes into the house. Moovaz the company did a great job arranging teh logistics of our move from Singapore to Melbourne, Australia.

Commercial and operational team are super reactive and kind. The packing team is great, super friendly and efficient, packing day became an unexpected good day.

Moovaz gave me insanely overpriced quote $4700 for just 2 medium boxes while I eventually settled everything for just $377 with another moving company. If you don't want to deal, please just being transparent instead of providing the quote like this. Thank you! :)
