   Mr. Fixit came to my place on Sentosa today to do two small jobs. He was polite and prompt at replying on WhatsApp. He didn’t over charge me. And he didn’t grumble about it being a small job. I would happily recommend this professional to anyone. If I have more handyman jobs in the future, I’ll be asking Mr. Fixit to do it.

   Engaged these guys to do my new VITSOE system installation. Yes they were polite and all, but when comes to actually installing the system, sloppy. They blamed the wall for not being straight when in fact, instead of utilizing the leveler provided BY VITSOE at every step of the way, they decide to cut corners and only use it in the middle thereby not ensuring that the top part of the rack is aligned and resulted in my middle portion rack not being even able to reach all the way to the top. U can see from the pictures that they had to drill TWO holes to fix this. Mind u this is my newly plastered wall. Yes they did rectify their error but for a system as costly as this and one that can EVEN be AVOIDED all together I can’t absolve these guys from blame. You should take greater care, and look at the workers being unprepared for the job. Only one ladder for two pax. No apologies, no service recovery, tried to even blame the wall itself. For a system that costs thousands of dollars, simply unacceptable. Replying to owner - as a result now my top 2 racks can’t be utilized. What do you mean you informed me? How does this even make good? I have a shelf system that can’t fit the top 2 shelves

   Don't know what's the rush to drive so aggressively and force others off their lane, when the traffic is in your favour. ________ There is no reply function. It was 930am at Stamford Rd junction turning left to North Bridge Rd. If I hadn't swerved out it was an impending collision. If he had the patience to slow down and wait 2 seconds the lane opens up and we all can safely filter, traffic was also particularly light today. Don't know what advantage he gained when he was going to keep right towards Coleman anyway.

   I’m honestly impressed by Mr Fuad’s skill set - he was able to fix my carpentry hinge, my Blum hinge issue (couldn’t close and Blum couldn’t help) as well as my curtain roller problem! Saved me visits from 3 different vendors and on-site fees. Price was very reasonable, every fix was broken down in the bill. Thumbs up for this service.

   In a repeat customer and again, Mr Fix It didn't fail to disappoint ! Very honest bunch who would focuse on the job that needs to be done and not "con" you into believing that other "repairs" are needed. Highly recommended.

   Used the Mr Fixit team to install my Vitsoe shelving system for my home office, and relocate and mount some shelving as well. They were professional, polite, and had the necessary expertise to complete the installation without any issues. Will certainly use them again - highly recommended!
