Our main door couldn't unlock even after inserting the key. Apparently the deadlock could not be fully retracted. We found Andrew through Google search and contacted him immediately because he had the highest reviews.
Despite the very early morning and weekend call, he responded immediately and was at our place in Ghim Moh in less than 30 minutes.
From start to finish, everything was communicated clearly and professionally.

Found out that I had accidentally locked my bedroom door at 745am and called Andrew who answered the call immediately and came down within half an hour even with morning traffic.
