Cavan did an excellent job at repairing our Brandt 4 pot Induction Stove. He also installed a KDK Wall Fan and replaced a Wall light. Very polite gentleman and excellent work with no short cuts. He replaced a burnt out terminal block and cut off all burnt / overheated cable insulation and terminated with clean cables. I own a MedTech company and I appreciate clean & quality work, which Cavan delivered.

Cavan from OnlyHands is an incredibly honest and helpful professional. When two of my stove burners stopped working, he took the time to troubleshoot the issue with me over messages before even scheduling a visit. Meanwhile, every other company immediately demanded a transport fee without providing any cost estimates. Thanks to Cavan's advice, I fixed the stove myself simply by changing the battery. He even refused to accept a small fee for his time and help. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and integrity. I highly recommend his services!

The stove at my parents house needed attention and I decided to engage Only Hands online after reading a couple of reviews. What drew me in was that this is a young Singaporean grinding it out on his own. Cavan speaks good English, easy to interact with and respectful with his text messages. He came the 1st time to assess the condition and on the 2nd time, he replaced the gas stove. My parents and their helper are happy with the efficiency of the new stove. In the following weeks, called Cavan again to help me out with my in-laws stove. Another satisfied job done. Reasonable rates. All the best!

My oven was tripping/shorting and holiday is coming. Kevin was kind enough to accommodate us urgently on such short notice, he managed to find a slot for us even his schedule is fully booked. Cavan was very prompt in our communications, and very punctual. I appreciated the fact that he gave me a one hour waiting window instead of the usual 3-6 hours, and an ETA when he was on the way. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, and was clear and concise with explaining to me the issues with my stove, including what needed repairs.

I am very happy with Cavan’s service, he is very professional and thorough when performing his work. First time seeing my hob being dismantled to find the root cause. And Cavan even took the time to explained what was the cause and how he was going to fix the issue, from orange flame to blue flame. Not many good handyman choices available in the market to repair hobs and hoods. Most just telling you the issue can’t be fixed and needs a replacement, then will overcharge you for the replacement or the installation and disposal service or simply just for turning up for the so call “inspection” service without even trying to fix the issue. Cavan’s pricing is also reasonable for inspection and repair. Glad that I decided to use his service and even has 2 months warranty. Thank you for repairing my hob!
