Very poor/bad/hopeless MCST. Told them the exit to the stair case was lock during fire alarm activation (with lifts not in operation) and the security guard at the lobby just ignoring it. Really hopeless security and management! Hope SCDF can pick this up and check on this facility. This is the worst MCST and council. They set their own rules, operated by Hooligan asking for money when anyhow wheel clamp your vehicle. When ask for explanation none was given. Please be warn not to come here or park your vehicle here, all at your own risk!!!!

I want to thank SECOM Team for their professionalism & fast response! Yesterday our dryer’s motor bursted and the fire started inside, within 3-5 min a black smoke started to came out from the dryer . Luckily we have #secom smoke alarms which were triggered , followed by a call to help us to arrange for firefighters. We had fire extinguishers in the house and were lucky to be at home when it happened so my husband managed to put fire down. You can imagine how fast fire can move and installing a fire alarm system in the house and buying fire extinguishers is the must, strongly recommend! Thanks again team for your excellent support!
