Good response time from sgPlumbMart over Lazada, with useful graphics about their installation packages. Each item was explained and gone through in detail over whatsapp, and I managed to arrange an installation just 1 day later. I got a Joven JSH25 heater to replace the discontinued Joven JH25.

3rd Purchase 22 Jun'26 The is my 3rd time dealing with this vendor. They are knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. I urgently needed a replacement. Though I only reach out to Ryan on Saturday, he managed to replace my shower set by Tuesday morning. The product is of excellent quality and the installation is professional and timely. Highly recommended ! 1st purchase 4 Feb'26 My parent's house's rain shower diverter broke suddenly on Sunday morning. I need to scramble for a replacement asap. Thankfully, Ryan responded to my enquiry on the next morning at 830am. And managed to help replaced it on Tuesday evening. The quality of the set is superb and the installation process was a breeze workmanship was professional. He managed to reusethe same drilled hole position so there was no need to drill additional hole. With the 1 year warranty of the set and 7 years warranty on parts. My first experience with this seller whom I came across while browsing through Shopee. I was in the market for a water heater replacement. Enquired a bunch of things with the seller, and seller was very prompt in response, even when it was beyond official office hours. Seller was also very fair in counter proposing a better water heater storage solution than the one I was enquiring about, especially since the one I was originally going for was more expensive. I especially like how the seller can also arrange for installation services as it seems like other sellers aren't able to do so. Generally speaking as a home owner, one would need the installation services apart from the actual product itself. Arrangement of the installation was exceptionally quick, which is amazing as plumbing related issues are usually adverse quality of life inconveniences. The installer himself was promptly on time as scheduled, friendly, knowledgeable and professional in his setting up of the water heater. I would make it a point to revisit this seller should I encounter plumbing related issues again.

The Seller is really helpful and quick response and action. We received it next day. we can feel consideration because the additional parts for installing basin also included in the package. Unfortunately we should return the item due to our mistake(not consider hidden portion of basin) but the seller helps us quickly and the process of return.it is really smooth. Ordering of rubbish chute bin was easy on Lazada with good customer service support. Installation was done with care and satisfied with end result. Installation guy also make sure we have insecticide spray before he start with the dismantling. 😂

Engaged for rubbish chute cover replacement. Prompt followup and installed correctly by drilling and glue the front cover. Magnetic cover seems strong hoping it last. Installation was fast and clean. Suggest to keep some insect killer handy when removing existing cover good to spray few mins before removing, the installer did so less insects tried to enter yard.

Decided to give this company, that's new to me, a try for water heater Installation, as their quotation process on Lazada was fuss free and transparent with the quoted installation price, with no hidden surprises. Responsive and easy to speak to. As my storage heater was in a hidden compartment, after sending them some pictures of the location, they told the guy coming for installation to bring 3 units over to see which is the best fit. When he came, he immediately assessed to see which would fit best and informed me. After which, he proceeded to help to remove the spoilt heater and fixed the new heater up. All done within 3hrs. Once the job is completed, he helped to clean up the area as well.

Replaced my faulty Joven storage water heater with sgPlumbMart , they are very professional , not only asking me for the photos of existing model, my bathroom, but also provided the installation service and advice. Delivery and installation can done on the same day less than 2hrs ; workers are really professional and careful, able to do the installation without the need of cut/reinstate the false ceiling, and also keep my bathroom clean during the whole process! Got our water heater here. Ran into some issue w model compatibility. Yet still, the team offered to help us resolve. Allow us to exchange in full. And guided us step by step. This is something they totally DID NOT HAVE to do. &, they still offered to do it for us out of goodwill. Says a lot about them as a business. Huge respect.
