Tech Alex repaired on my refrigerator which had issue on no cooling. Alex repair service is excellent and most important customer friendly. Alex came for fhe repair on the same day case reported even though it was a weekend. Can't imagine fridge without cooling & all your food get spoiled wasted. The repair charge was also reasonable. My fridge spoilt and was attended by Mr Alex who came to repair it even though it was around 8pm at night.He is a very friendly guy who did his work without any mess. My fridge died out of the sudden and found them online. Eric responded to my WhatsApp promptly and came by to repair my fridge within 45mins. He is professional, diagnosed the issue of my fridge, gave a quote and repaired it immediately upon acceptance. Fridge repaired and working well now. Highly recommended.

Came in within 3hrs to rectify my fridge short circuit. Checked motherboard and compressor. Tested and rectified the faulty compressor. Very clean job and does not make the place dirty while working... explained clearly and tested for any problems before leaving. Highly recommend.

I was having issue with my fridge door and has contacted Sin Hoe Engineering. Alex responded very fast to my request and was able to advise what is the issue by just taking a look at the photo I sent over. Really lucky to have contacted Sin Hoe before incurring high cost in getting a vendor on site to do the repair. Thumbs up to Alex for the great advice and service!

My refrigerator's cooling system broke down back on Sat in Aug 2023. Alex came down within the 2h window and did a superb job in telling us exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it (within $200), so there were no surprises. He changed the sensor which rectified the circulation of cold air within the fridge. The repair was done quickly and he even adjusted the rollers at the base of the fridge so that the door could close tightly. 3 months on, the fridge is still working perfectly!

Person that came to fix was very rude. Asked what time he will reach, he just shouted "wait for my call" and instantly cut the line. Upon reaching, demanded for food and did not even pay. Charge 50 for checking, and left without saying what is wrong. DON"T USE THIS SERVICE

Scammer and cheater. Promised Freezer will work 6-7 hrs after replacing fan. I should have google for reviews first instead of engaging his service just because it came out in google search! This company has a nice professional website to give people the impression they are professional but instead it is just a 1 Man show to con people of their money. Avoid this company at all cost! We tried call him many times! He either don't pick up or say will come later which never happen! Purposely use delay tactic on us! It is this kind of company that tarnished the reputation of other fridge repair company. I have learned my lesson the hard way and I hope people don't get cheated by this scammer!

My freezer was not working on a Sunday. Search the internet and call up this company and arrange for an urgent service. They came within an hour and accessed and helped me slove the problem. Freezer not working on PH . Thinking who will come and repair . Call up the number a guy ALEX pick up. Ask is PH he say will have a $60 and checking charge and I agreed. (NO choice ) Within 3 hr he show up and check and found the problem . Luckily he got e spare parts in his van . Overall he charge me only $250 . Thank Alex from saving my day. Highly recommended.
