Decided to enquire with them and Dinu is super responsive. The entire team was very professional and experienced in moving a king mattress via 2 small hdb lifts despite my concerns that it might not fit. The wrapping was also done well. All in all easy to deal, value for money. Thank you!
Response from the business
Hi Alexis, thanks so much for the review! 🚚
We know how tricky those small HDB lifts can be, so we're really glad Dinu and the team could get your mattress up safely and make the move easy for you. Appreciate the kind words and recommendation! 😊

1st review (2020):
I'd highly recommend Dino and his 4-men team! Dino was great from the get-go; explained every detail, approachable, patient, offered very good advice to the house moving procedures. I didn't actually met him until one day before moving day itself but prior to that he's already given me the assurance that he'd deliver the boxes (and he did! On time!) and replied very promptly to me when I ibanked him the deposit. Moving day was smooth and hiccups were v minor, generally because I think he did great planning by coming a day earlier to string wrap the items - very wise! On that day itself, we planned for 2 trips but because we were a family of 9 people it was inevitable that it became a 3-trip process and there was no complaints whatsoever from Dino and the team. They were still serving their best even though I could tell they were tired. And they were really patient with big items like piano and treadmill. Marvelous team, and Dino I am very thankful I had a chance to engage you as my mover! I'll definitely recommend you to anyone who needs moving services!
Updated review (2025):
We engaged Dino and his 4 men team again when we moved house and they exceeded our expectations again! Very wise planning done yet again by coming in a day earlier to wrap up the bulky furniture, which made the moving day such a breeze. Meticulous and experienced team - they watched out for all ceiling lights, made sure there were no scratches when turning corners, and used all sorts of techniques to move heavy cupboards and massage chairs upstairs! I didnt have to hire an additional piano mover too and could rely on them to protect and move my precious 40-year old piano. Extremely thankful to engage them as our trusted mover yet again! Dino and team will be our default mover from now on and we highly recommend their moving services to friends and family! Thank you!
Response from the business
Ruth, we're truly touched by your incredible loyalty and detailed review! 🙏💙
Serving your family in 2020 and again in 2025 is an honor we don't take lightly. Your trust means everything to us, especially for a family of 9 with precious items like your 40-year-old piano!
What makes us so proud:
You remembered the small details that matter to us - the pre-move wrapping, the careful corner navigation, protecting your ceiling lights
Even when plans changed from 2 trips to 3, our team stayed committed to excellence
Your piano, treadmill, heavy cupboards, and massage chairs all arrived safely - twice!
Ruth, customers like you who return after 5 years are proof that our meticulous planning and patient approach truly make a difference. Thank you for making us your "default mover" - that's the ultimate compliment!
To anyone reading: Ruth's experience shows what 5+ years of consistent service looks like. Whether it's your first move or your next one, we bring the same care, planning, and professionalism every single time.

Exceptional Service - Highly Recommend
I cannot recommend this moving company enough! They handled my move-in flawlessly. The team was incredibly efficient and professional, tackling everything with a positive attitude. A specific shout-out for their amazing help with breaking down and disposing of what felt like a mountain of cardboard boxes—they took care of it all without a second thought! They were also wonderfully flexible and accommodating with a few last-minute changes. If you're looking for a stress-free move, hire these pros.
