Patrick can communicate well in English via WhatsApp text and friendly to give tips and advice. Price is reasonable (I assumed, definitely cheaper than own brand’s price quoted). Well recommended!

It's very convenient. I just contacted the technician via WhatsApp, sent a photo of the refrigerator and its model number, and described the problem. The technician will then arrange for a spare part. Once the spare part arrives, the technician will notify me and schedule a time for repair/replacement. The experience was excellent, and I'll definitely use the technician again if needed.
