We had an amazing experience with this moving team! They moved our things from two locations to one destination quickly and securely. The team of four worked seamlessly together—everyone knew exactly what to do, making the whole process super efficient. We started using Sky Mover for our business related moves (events, office relocation) more than 10 years ago. They are so good that we also started using them for our personal residential moves as well. Alvin & team are always helpful, be try efficient, and do not penny pinch. They do not count dollars and cents with every single item, instead quote fairly as a total job then do everything to complete the job to the highest level of satisfaction. To summarise our experience: POWER.

They are very very professional, very organized, to separate different levels boxes, before they load into their gigantic lorry. They are very reliable, friendly, and fast. We moved to a 3 storey house with no lift, they were very fast and careful every single corner. And even though the professionals, are more mature in age, but they are very experience, very strong, one individual can even lift up my brother gym workout bench, which weights over 100kg with bare hands. I am super impressed!! I would highly recommend this movers to friends and families!!

It was my second time engaging Sky Mover. It was raining heavier during the day of move from the StoreHub back to my HDB flat. They were so professional that they took time to wrap up the boxes to ensure the boxes were dry. Poor guys have to work in the rain to move the boxes from carpark to my flat. No compliant and they were still in cheerful mood. Good professional service. Will recommend friends to engage them.

Sky Mover is very professional in their work. They are fast, efficient and trustworthy. I have so much stuff to move and they are really patient and accommodating. I engaged them to move out in 5 trips and will still engage them to move back when my house has completed the renovation. The owner of this business is also the one helping to move for my family. He has a very lousy temper and you can tell how he handle his customer once he clinches that deal and knowing you have no other way out on D day (moving day). His helpers even validated our claims, saying - 'his temper is like that, no choice...' If you treasure piece of mind and don't want to be held at gunpoint, suggest you run away from skymover, else you may literally fall from the sky while on family's major move..

BEWARE! Though our whole family have been happy engaging him for the past years, it’s the first time that we felt we were held ransom when he threatened to abort the moving after loading our belongings onto his truck. Apparently, he was upset since morning because many of his staff did not turn up except for one and he was displaying his frustrations in words, tone and actions upon arrival at our place. He even slammed the trolley on the marble floor. :( He was aware about the longer route in this property beforehand when he quoted higher yet he cited the same reason as well as other reasons to make us top up. In the end, we had to top up $150 more so that he can complete the moving job. Tips: If you are using him, just watch out, he usually finds all sorts of reasons to ask for additional top ups. That’s the trend we notice.

I engaged them for moving some of my things to storage. They come highly recommended as they are reasonably priced. They are more than that. They are efficient, punctual and very professional. We had a very satisfactory and pleasant experience with Sky Movers! First, need to commend on the excellent customer service provided by admin staff, Ms Casey. She was very approachable, responsive and patient in answering my questions regarding quotation and moving process which was abit complicated. Next, on actual moving day, Mr Alvin and team came on time and got down to work immediately. I was so impressed by their punctuality, efficiency and capabilites! You don't need to worry at all as they handled your items, maneuvering the surrounding skillfully. Overall, we were very happy with the services provided right from the start. Great staffs with great attitude, totally reliable. Also, very reasonable priced. If u can't decide which moving company to use, hesitate no more! Sky Mover is highly recommended!

April 12th~~ The day of the move... I don't know how much it rained, but as soon as we started at 9 a.m., it rained all morning as if a hole had opened in the sky. To make matters worse, the freight elevator broke down and was unusable. We had no choice but to carefully use the private lift while listening to the complaints from the building management. On top of that, using the private lift meant we had to go up another hill to reach the truck. To climb the hill that flowed like a valley, the Sky Mover staff took off their shoes and carried the moving boxes barefoot. A move that was supposed to be finished by 6 p.m. The Sky Mover staff deeply understood the inconvenience of our home and worked tirelessly, eventually pushing ahead with the move until 10 p.m. They completed the move on the same day. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Sky Mover staff who understood the difficulties of a customer like me and made our move so wonderful with all their heart and sincerity. If you are planning a move, I highly recommend them. With this kind of service and a great price, I definitely recommend them. Our house Bang and Olufsen Thanks to you for packing both items without a single scratch, they arrived safely at our home. The Royal Copenhagen dishes were also undamaged. The Jura coffee machine, Ligne Roset standing lamp, and 12-person extendable glass dining table were all moved perfectly. You also perfectly assembled and installed the children's Flexa bunk beds. It must have been incredibly difficult for you due to the terrible weather and unfavorable conditions, but I would like to thank the Sky Mover staff once again for taking full responsibility until the very end.

Please avoid this mover if you have a big fridge. They have no idea how to dismantle despite providing pictures prior to move. I had to engage a second mover to help with my fridge. So inconvenient and unnecessary stress.

Prompt responses, overall very efficient and professional in their service. Moving went fast despite the longer route they had to move everything through due to condo parking restrictions. And nothing was damaged during the move. I’m very satisfied with the service and can easily recommend them!

They will come down personally to check, verify before the actual move. Punctual and friendly, with a little extra service or help if needed. The movers arrived slightly earlier on the day to check through what are the items needed to be moved before the agreed time slot. I felt that this was very professional of them as other than pictures, it is sometimes very hard to tell the exact amount of items. The whole process of moving from my old place to the new place was so fast that it was so seamless and felt so smooth. Everything was well taken care of and packed well. I would like to highlight no damages were found at all and they took care of our things well during the moving. The staff were well trained and knew what they were doing and had proper coordination from the Boss. The Boss himself is a really nice down to earth guy and easy to speak with. I never regret at all hiring their service for moving of our new home. 🤗

Alvin and his team showed exemplary professionalism. Although our time slot was supposed to be 1-3pm, they called and came an hour earlier and stayed until around 10pm because we had too much to move. They displayed professionalism and honesty when they accomodated our request to fit all our massive furnitures into their 15 footer truck. Despite many obstacles, they were swift to overcome challenges (e.g. removing fridge doors in order to fit through my main gate without scratches). They are responsible in their work and I can trust them to protect the furnitures and appliances. Cassie who manages back-end replies promptly and were patient in answering my queries. The charges are very reasonable and worth the price paid for such a smooth service. My family and I really appreciate every effort put in by Sky Mover, definitely would engage them again and would highly recommend them to my family and friends 👍🏻

This is my personal experience with skymovers. They are professional and efficient workers. I shifted mu furniture from Bukit Batok to Geylang without any hassle. Though an item was accidentally broken they are more than willing to pay me for the losses without doubting the price of the item. Indeed many people will feel that it is a must that the movers must pay for the damages yet it is not right for some people to quote ridiculous price. Somehow it is good that I find skymovers to do the job. Thank you skymovers I have faith in you.

On 28th December 2016, Sky Movers were engaged to move in an owner into their new condo. When told not to obstruct the walk-way, Sky Movers staff became aggressive with our security personnel to an extent that at least one challenged our security staff to a fight. As this is not the first time we have had non-cooperative / aggressive Sky Movers workers, the Management will insist for security deposits when engaging Sky Movers and will have to be in cash or at least Seven (7) days in advance for cheques so that we can bank in the cheque/s. Take note that the management shall at its own discretion impose Liquidated Damages for any and all noncompliance. Thank you The Management Bartley Ridge

Bad movers, don't hire them. Service is bad, staff is rude, they had broken some furniture then they say it's not their fault. It's unbelievable.
