I can’t recommend this team enough! Sherfoel, Zul, Melvin, Rashid, and Patrick were absolutely fantastic. They were swift, professional, and genuinely caring about our belongings. They handled everything with great care, took the time to protect our floors and walls, and clearly explained how things worked, which gave us total peace of mind. Their communication and customer focus were top-notch. We’re moving again soon and will definitely be booking them again! Edit: we employed their services the second time for a local move, they were detailed meticulous and courteous. Highly recommended.

Smart Relocators were professional at all times and I am very happy with the relocation service from Singapore to london. Laiza was excellent and kept me informed of the delivery status on a regular basis. The goods were well packed by the team and arrived without any damage.

I engaged SR on recommendation of a friend, whose company engages them. This is the first time i used a packer/mover service. SR was very professional and prompt. The packing was done in 1 day and moving the next day. The packing was very meticulous, with multiple layers of protection for every item. The team led by Arrif took great pains to move my big items, taking care not to scratch or bump into anything. They also consulted us along the way on how we wanted our things packed, and labelled. This was much appreciated as it made unpacking easier. I have used movers before and are usually subjected to uncertainty (e.g last minute increase in price due to 'more load'). SR was not like this. Overall the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend SR and Arrif.

Very good, efficient, flexible and polite staff on the ground. A bit of hiccup with the office in terms of clarity on the schedule of the days of the move (they should clarify when they need to remove vital furnitures (beds, kitchenware, sofa, etc) so that you can plan accordingly when you need to be already in the Hotel. Easy fix that they can improve so overall recommended

Had a great experience with Smart Relocators. The team was very professional, thorough, and put in a lot of effort to ensure everything was done well. The bundling of TV & other electronics installations (like ceiling fans) saved us a lot of time. They made our moving experience hassle free and would highly recommend them.

Ms. Thru Malar was our main point of contact as soon as Smart Relocators were designated to receive our shipment from Guam. We found her to be very reliable, professional, and kept us informed all the way through. She even went out of her way to help calculate the estimated storage size we needed for our boxes. Highly recommend them.

A bunch of very professional and experienced movers! It’s our first time moving house and we were rather overwhelmed. When we first spoke to Smart Relocators, they were very responsive and promptly sent a representative (Taka) over to perform a site survey to understand the amount of carton boxes needed and storage area required. We confirmed our booking rather close to our actual moving date. The team was able to deliver the packing boxes the following day. On the day of the move, movers (Melvin and team) were very on time and went through the items with us and shared with us the packing sequence. They were very organised and helpful. There were many items which we required help in wrapping and they did it for us. Moving with Smart Relocators was the best decision ever. It was fuss free, stress free and reliable. Highly recommend to anybody who is moving!

This is my 2nd time and i will take my time to write my experience with SR. Im doing from SG to AU and AU to SG. I can say i really trust Kenneth thats why i contacted him for returning. From SG to AU in Jan 2023, it was really smooth. Kenneth came down and do a quote. Weeks later Taka and team came for the packing and they were fast and everything is well packed within hours. They are so professional that they know how to pack the plates so it wont break. It was really a smooth experience and stress free move for us. When we reach AU, i unpacked all my stuff and nothing damage!!!! My plates were good and bicycles were fine! Thanks to Taka and team for the professionalism. From AU to SG in Dec 2025, i actually contacted another company at first because i thought SR only do out of SG so the other company came to do quote for us but not a very good experience because i dont feel comfortable or safe with them so i contacted Kenneth and good to know they do returns as well. Kenneth settle everything for us and we are so thankful. The Aussie packers came, packed and settled, everything was smooth. Just that we are the problem because we got 2 last min add ons but luckily we got Aaron to settle it for us and they are very patient. We are really thankful. Receive my items back in Singapore. Thanks to Arif, Deva, Kishan for the effort for helping with my bulky furnitures. Thanks you Kenneth and Aaron (Aussie team) so we can fly back with no stress. Thank you guys.

Moving country is stressful but Smart Relo made the whole experience as smooth as possible. Excellent communications with our accountant manager, Nica, helped me understand the process and the unpacking team were professional and knowledgeable throughout. In fact, a small but key component of a large piece of furniture was missing and the onsite team leader came in with a replacement for me the next day. I would recommend this company and use them again in the future.
