Reviews name Vincent as the locksmith on most jobs: lockouts from bedrooms and front doors, plus replacing door locks, handles and a letterbox lock. Of 42 written reviews, 27 say the problem was fixed, 27 say he came quickly, 2 say they knew the price before work started and 2 used him again. Many mention arrival within minutes, including late at night and early morning, and a tricky deadbolt job that stayed at the quoted price. Its website says it takes urgent jobs, so send Vincent your lock type and address and ask for the price before he starts.

For reasons too long to explain I needed help unlocking my friend’s house — Vincent was professional and careful to ensure I could prove my relationship to the occupants and show they consented.
He got there quickly though it was nearly 11pm, which I was grateful for. Price was also fair — though it was a tricky deadbolt that took much longer than expected, he didn’t charge me more than he initially quoted.
