I first engaged Successful Movers for the moving and storage service in Jul 2023. Everything went smoothly and I was happy with their service and standards. They were also very responsive in my queries. In 2024, they informed me that they will be ceasing their storage service and moved my storage contents to a different facility which they told me is their friend’s facility. They did the necessary liaison so the transition was seamless for me. I recommended their moving service to several friends. In 2024, 2 of my friends contacted them for moving quotes but they took a long time to respond (over a week) which was unusual. My friends of course went with other movers in the end. On 31 Mar 2025, I contacted them for moving service to my permanent place. After a follow-up, they finally got back to me 2 weeks later on 15 Apr. Instead of providing the quote which I’ve requested, they simply told me they don’t have boxes. I asked if they were out of boxes temporarily or they don’t provide boxes at all. No response from them thereafter so I selected another mover company. In end Jun 2025, I moved my storage contents to my new place. 2 of my sound system equipments (sub woofers) got mouldy even though it was a fully air-conditioned storage facility. The subwoofers were in active usage and good condition upto Jul 2023 before moving to the storage facility for almost 2 years. As I don’t have the storage facility contact, I reached out to Successful Movers. They reverted a week later after a follow-up (again, super slow in responding), saying that their staff have wrapped the subwoofers properly. I requested them to give me the storage contact details so I can liaise with them directly, they gave me total silence after 4 follow-up messages over a week. This is simply rude and unprofessional.

1st time using them during my enbloc. Was very impressed with the team's working spirit. They wasted no time in packing the stuff and knew what were the priority items to pack first and last. After an hour, they are able to load 2 trucks of stuff. My neighbours movers came earlier, but they did not managed to fill their trucks and even dropped some of the stuff midway. 😑 I am so proud that I engaged Successful Movers. Save so much of my headaches and no damages to any of my stuff. Well done!

Engage at own risk. No option for 0 stars. 1. Arrived 2.5 hours late without informing us 2. Wrong pre delivery assessment. 1 load became 2 loads even though I listed the items I needed to shift. 3. Distance push charge was 480 dollars even though my condo was at most 120m from main road. 4. Many hidden costs. Even ask them to stack the boxes in the storeroom cost me 350 dollars. The company dangles reasonable upfront fees then charges unethically. From a 400 plus quote it ballooned to 1500. Equivalent movers quoted 800-1300. Taash the delivery supervisor is unethical. Andy the boss tried to ask me to remove the post by offering me a refund of the inflated distance push charge. Didn’t keep to his word and only partially refunded. Not recommended. It’s a life lesson to be learnt.

1st Move: Punctual, fast and efficient with just two manpower. We were told that our items and furnitures can be loaded into 1 truck during site visit, so slightly disappointed that all items cannot be loaded into 1 truck on moving day and was charged 0.5 truck load for the second trip with just one L-shaped study table that can be dismantled. Tattoo guy with long hair showed sincerity and respect before moving our deity statues and altar. Both showed professionalism and were careful with the moving of our furniture. 2nd Move: Decided to use successful mover again as the 1st move was decent and well done. However, second move was quite disappointing as items were lesser and yet packing was disorganised and handling of furnitures were rough. On the first move, our TV console was shifted without issue. On second move, our TV console leg and wood got teared away due to poor handling but luckily it could be fixed back. Our moving got delayed for an hour as staff was late. Punctuality and Professionalism was unlike the first move under 3 man team with 1 lady.

The shifting is very fast, efficient and their pricing is cheaper and reasonable. Important is they are very attentive and they willing to offer their helps and ideas to help us solve at least 2 issues that we faced including putting piano on parquet flooring and how to put a one whole pc of big table to the room with the similar door size. Thank you and appreciate their service.. Definitely will recommend their service to my friends.

Thanks to google search that recommended me this company for house moving. Their price which is think quite reasonable compare to others. I need mover service urgently and this company responded me within 5-10min. I Got the timeslot that i want and provided more boxes to me for packing, they even send the boxes to me on the same day after i confirmed want their service. Their guy quite friendly. They pack my things professionally and wrap my item with wrapper. I bring me with them toward my new place. They unload my things is just like 30min only. Very fast. I definitely will come back to them and recommend to everyone. Btw, their lorry is 14 ft.

I would higher recommend successful mover as they have one very important factor that most company are lack off. The human touch during the process. Understanding the needs of owner, helping extra mile. All these are things that i have experience while they help me to move my house. Not to mention that they are very professional and efficient.

The boss Andy has been very very helpful since the day I contacted him. Today he and his team did a wonderful job and went extra time to fix the washing machine at my rental flat just to make sure it works. He is trustworthy and very polite . I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good mover. As much a fact I will be using him when I move to my new property in a few months time.

Quote was based on estimated truckload. Boxes provided in advance to allow ample time for packing. I underestimated the amount of stuff I had to move. But Andy and mover (I didn’t get his name) were very accommodating despite me informing only 1-2 hours before the actual move. Mover helped to fit everything into 1 truckload, taking the stress off me. Really appreciate the help. Thank you!

Have moved house 3 times in 6 years, this has been the most efficient and fast team. From delivery of boxes for our packing and arriving on time to begin the move. They wrapped the items securely and did their best to include as many items as they could onto their trolleys. They also provided us with extra boxes on the day of move. Andy is very responsive on whatsapp and friendly, the price and any topup is reasonable too, highly recommended. 👍🏻

I am glad I found this mover company. They are fast in response. I only had 5 items to move out to another place. They did a good job. The whole process was smooth. I am impressed by their efficiency. I have a cabinet that is tall, huge and heavy. It is difficult for them to move into the room as it has little space for them to maneuver. I asked them to try and they obliged. With much effort and patience they managed to do it. Appreciate their kindness and effort! Thanks to Andy, Vicky and the strong workers!!! May God bless you!

Once the request for their services was sent online, the response was immediate and I was able to get a good quotation to engage them as our movers. Initially, I felt it would be a tedious process but the 2 men who attended to the moving were professionals and made it seamless to move from The Gale condo to Commonwealth Close. They were prompt and the whole moving was completed in less than 3 hours. Highly recommended movers.
