Really impressed with Freeman’s service. He was very responsive, and we were lucky that he happened to be available and around the area, so he was able to drop by and assist us on the same day of the request. He took the time to break down the problem properly, identify the weak points in the system, and explain clearly where the bottlenecks were. What I appreciated most was how transparent and practical he was throughout the process. He helped me understand the situation quickly, talked me through the options, and also thought ahead about what could be improved. He’ll be coming back with recommendations on possible upgrades, and overall I felt very confident in his approach and advice. The technician is really helpful and gave me good advice on the steps I need to take to solve the wifi issue in our home. In fact he was able to correct an issue regarding the wirings of our data point and provide a more cost saving solution for our slow wifi instead of other companies who would push to buy new mesh routers. Freeman helped fix my home mesh network which was patchy and had inconsistent connections. He was knowledgeable, patient and did a great job in organizing my cables. He was also highly responsive to my queries and came on a Sunday to have it fixed. I would highly recommend his services for anyone who is having problems setting up and configuring their home network system.

My kids complained that 5g was not available - turns out the TV would not work and so a hasty call on a Sunday was made to Terra. The response was quick and after an exhaustive testing session the existing equipment was deemed time served and faulty. An interim service was effected and quote for upgrade sent on Monday. The new system was procured and installed extremely quickly and now we have fast, stable WiFi in all corners of the house. We are thrilled!

Engaged Mr Freeman’s services after a Google search for advice and installation for a wifi network for my 3-storey residence that incorporates a sizable air well courtyard in the middle. He provided us very professional and friendly help that resolved all my wifi network coverage problems both indoors and outdoors (solar system inverters installed outdoors on the 3rd storey balcony needed wifi connection). With this trust in his services established, we also have him to install the cordless telephone system for the whole house on all 3 levels. We are very satisfied with his quick responses to the queries we had from time to time. And yes, reasonable prices was also important, our initial consideration.

Professionalism and pride are what I will describe Freeman's work ethics. After reading good reviews on Google, I decided to engage his service to lay LAN cables in my house to make most of my 10Gbps Internet. What differentiated Freeman was that it's not just laying the LAN cables but how to do so optimally from the perspective of a new home owner. Because my house has built-in cabinets, I was actually ok for the cables to be laid along the walls even though it may be unsightly. However, Freeman literally went out of his way to move the built-in cabinets and use the false ceilings to hide the cables as much as possible. As a result, he spent a few more hours in my house. And of course when the job was done, he used equipment to evidence that the connections are working well. So, I was impressed with Freeman's professionalism and the pride that he brings to his job, as if, he is doing the same to his own house.

Me, being me, everything has to be done now or earlier. When I lost my internet connection, I panicked. Thankfully, I found Terra Info via Google. A waste of time dealing with Freeman. Late for appointment without prior notice. Yet to receive any quotation after 1 week despite his promises to provide within 2 days. Cannot imagine if he is being engaged. Disappointed!! Upon this review, Freeman texted and promised to quote by today. Hopefully!
