   Recently engaged Huimin/U-Gate for our new house’s windows and grilles. The pricing was very reasonable and offered great value for money, with simple, practical designs that were exactly what we wanted. We especially appreciated their advice on the toilet window arrangement to ensure it complied with HDB requirements. They were also very patient and accommodating, coming down 3 times for measurements due to renovation works and aircon trunking adjustments. Overall, very satisfied with their service, patience and pricing. Highly recommended!

   2021 → 2026, and I’m still choosing U-Gate. ❤️ Details matter, especially when it comes to the safety of my fur babies. 🐾 Their safety has always been my priority, and that’s exactly why I first engaged U-Gate in 2021 for my 3-room flat. I wanted to say NO, NO to bulky windows and grilles while still making sure my fur babies were safe. Back then, I was attended to by Hui Min, who was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She took the time to understand what I needed, advised us on what was suitable and, most importantly, always kept the safety of our fur babies in mind. On installation day, the installer was friendly, professional, and punctual. Work was done neatly and tidily. The whole experience gave us great peace of mind. Fast forward to 2026 — I engaged U-Gate again, and this time I was attended to by Alex. Once again, I met someone who was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful. No matter the day or time, Alex would reply promptly and give proper advice instead of simply trying to make a sale. To me, that makes a huge difference. As an owner who is a paw parent, I truly believe you get what you pay for.     Really happy with my experience from start to finish! 😊 From the initial enquiry, everything was smooth and easy. The admin was friendly, responsive and very easy to liaise with, which made the whole process hassle-free. I changed the windows throughout the whole house, and I’m glad I did. The package/promo they offered was really worth it and gave good value for the amount of work involved. No hidden charges! The workers were also very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently and managed to complete the whole installation within the stipulated time.     I had my windows installed by U-Gate on 20 July 2026, right after the HIP, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The installation team was incredibly attentive to detail and did an excellent job from start to finish. They cleaned up most of the debris after the installation, which I really appreciated. Some of our kitchen tiles were accidentally cracked during the work, but they manage to replace them using the same tiles, making the repair look seamless. They also carefully cemented and patch all the larger gaps between the walls and window frames, leaving everything looking neat and professionally finished. The entire installation was completed within a day. A big thank you to both installers - an indian gentleman and an older botak uncle - for their professionalism and workmanship. I'd also like to thank Xindy, who was always responsive and helpful in answering all my questions throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definately recommend U-Gate to anyone looking for quality window installation.

    The whole process with U-Gate is so seamless and hassle-free. From reasonable quotations to payment and with the onsite measurements prior to installation, Huimin has efficiently played her role in ensuring me with updates from day 1 till installation day. I did the whole house ( window + grille ) thus imagine the debris everywhere. But the installation team did a good job in pre and post removal/installation.     This is the third time my windows are being fixed due to alignment issues, scratches on the panels, and bubbles on the glass, yet the problems are still not resolved. There also seems to be poor communication between the staff, which has caused multiple delays. I’ve wasted a lot of time arranging appointments, but the issues remain unresolved. Please look into this matter.

    I will not recommend their sliding windows. Even more so the ones that can open. Even their grills are not worth to get. Everytime i slide open, there is a knocking sound. Called repair guy, keeps saying different visit. Initially said hinge, then rubber but still cannot fix the problem. Repair guy say use wd-40 but the issue is the the windows are rubbing the frame. The grills are so compact that it is difficult to open.
