Highly recommend Vinyl Guards for their excellent renovation cleaning service. The team did a really thorough job cleaning my house after the renovation. They were meticulous and made sure all the renovation dust, dirt, and residue were properly cleaned, leaving the entire house looking fresh, spotless, and ready to move in. What impressed me even more was their vinyl protection shield service. They took extra care to protect the vinyl flooring throughout the cleaning process, which gave me great peace of mind and helped keep the newly installed flooring in excellent condition. The team was professional, efficient, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of work definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Vinyl Guards, for the great service and for taking such good care of my home. Excellent workmanship and service — highly recommended! 👍🏻👏🏻

Sunny and his team from Vinylguard came over to work on my newly renovated home, and they were phenomenal from start to finish. They delivered exceptional professionalism and genuine dedication to their work. What impressed me most was their meticulous attention to detail—they took the time to meticulously inspect and cover every single corner, edge, and surface of the house without rushing the process. They were punctual, respectful of the space, and left the place spotless. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Sunny and his crew to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service!

If you’ve ever survived a major home remodel, you know the single worst part isn't the construction noise or the endless design decisions—it's the fine, persistent dust that settles into every microscopic crevice of your home. After completing a full-scale renovation, my space looked incredible in theory, but in reality, it was covered in dry-wall dust, paint splatter, and grout haze. Enter Vinyl Guard. From start to finish, Sunny and team exceeded every expectation. Here is why they earned a perfect review: Relentless Attention to Detail: They didn't just sweep the floors and wipe down counters. Vinyl Guard went after the hidden culprits: inside the window tracks, on top of high cabinet moldings, around light fixtures, and deep inside freshly installed air vents. Surface-Safe Expertise: True to their name, they understand materials. They used specific, non-abrasive treatments tailored for our new vinyl plank flooring, delicate stone, and fresh paint without causing a single scratch or leaving chemical residue. Professional & Equipped: The crew arrived right on time with industrial-grade HEPA vacuum systems, heavy-duty steamers, and a clear game plan. They were courteous, efficient, and worked tirelessly until the entire footprint was spotless. Zero After-Dust: Anyone who has dealt with drywall dust knows it usually settles back down hours after a cleaning. Vinyl Guard's technique completely captured the airborne particles—no mystery film returned the next morning. They transformed what felt like an active construction zone into a spotless, move-in-ready home in a single day. If you want to actually enjoy the final result of your home renovation without spending your entire weekend scrubbing floors, Vinyl Guard is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the cleaning service provided by the Vinyl Guards team for my 4-room BTO after our minor post-renovation works. The team did an exceptional job and truly went above and beyond my expectations. I would especially like to give my highest compliments to Sunny. He was extremely detailed and thorough, carefully checking every area of my home and paying close attention to the defects as well. He listened patiently to all my requests and made sure that he and his team carried out the cleaning to a very high standard. They were meticulous in ensuring that no dirt or dust was left behind. The floors were cleaned and polished beautifully until they were shiny and spotless, and they made sure there were no visible marks, stains or overlooked areas. I could really see the amount of effort and hard work they put into every part of the house. A huge thank you to Sunny and the entire Vinyl Guards team for your professionalism, dedication and excellent workmanship. You have definitely exceeded my expectations! ❤️ I will definitely engage Vinyl Guards again for my future cleaning needs and would highly recommend their services to my friends and relatives. Well done and keep up the amazing work!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really glad I decided to get the Diamond Fusion coating for my toilet shower screen with Glass Shield. The Vimu team was so helpful from the start and made the whole process really easy for me. They were responsive, efficient and took the time to explain what they were doing, which I really appreciated. My shower screen had quite a bit of water stains and cloudy marks, so I was really looking forward to getting it treated. It looks so much clearer now! Really happy with the service and the results. Thank you to the Vimu team for making the whole experience so fuss-free.

Booked them for deep floor cleaning and post-renovation cleaning. Customer service was very responsive and replied quickly, and everything went smoothly from the booking to the cleaning day. On the cleaning day, 5 staff came, including 1 supervisor. They arrived early, which was great. Before starting, the supervisor pointed out the existing scratches and marks around the home, which we appreciated. The supervisor was polite, professional and kept us updated on WhatsApp throughout the cleaning. The team was thorough and took care when handling our home fixtures and furniture. Overall, very happy with the service. The whole process was smooth and the place was cleaned well. Would recommend them for post-renovation and deep cleaning.

Very good service, engaged them for a post renovation cleaning + full floor machine deep cleaning. Supposed to be only 4hrs from 9am to 1pm. However they realized that the paint stains and renovation stains were too much on the floor, they went beyond what they were supposed to do and cleaned all the way till 4.30pm to make sure my flooring is sparkling clean. Mani even helped me spotted some scratches/damage on my vinyl so I can report them to my ID. Super helpful and great experience

We engaged the team for Post Reno cleaning. It took from 9am to 7+pm. They were very detailed in cleaning the exteriors and interiors of the house. We tried putting our hand across hard to reach places in the cabinetry and it was cleaned. Even the hung up mirror was clean at the top. Overall, they were very punctual (even can 15m before scheduled time), detailed to clean and even friendly. They also helped to spot defects which we would otherwise miss for new carpentry. Would definitely recommend people to use their service:)

I had an excellent experience with Vinyl Guards from start to finish. A big thank you to Mani, Satnam, and Shorya for their outstanding service and professionalism. The team carried out a thorough post-renovation cleaning, formaldehyde removal treatment, and deep floor cleaning for my new home. They were punctual, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail, ensuring every corner was properly cleaned. They also took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions patiently, which gave me confidence in the service provided. After the cleaning, the house looked spotless, and I had greater peace of mind knowing that the formaldehyde treatment had been professionally completed. The deep floor cleaning also made a noticeable difference, leaving the flooring looking fresh and well-maintained. I truly appreciate the dedication and excellent workmanship of Mani, Satnam, and Shorya. If you’re looking for a reliable team for post-renovation cleaning and formaldehyde removal, I would highly recommend Vinyl Guards. Thank you for making my new home clean, safe, and move-in ready!

I edited this review following the company’s request to provide more details. The good: The floors were cleaned thoroughly. The not so good: The company conducted a pre-cleaning defect inspection and photographed defects they identified. No damage to my mirror was recorded during this inspection. After the cleaning, I noticed an obvious damage to the mirror and raised it with the company. They suggested the damage may simply have been overlooked during their initial inspection. I found this disappointing because the purpose of a pre-cleaning defect inspection is to document any existing defects before work begins. If a defect is not recorded during that inspection but is discovered after the service, it leaves the customer in a position where it is extremely difficult to determine responsibility or seek a fair resolution. That was my experience in this case. Overall, while parts of the cleaning met expectations, I was disappointed by the handling of the mirror damage concern and the quality control.

Engaged VG to do Vinyl deep cleaning, Formaldehyde treatment & Shower screen coating. Staff was very friendly and responsive when I was enquiring about their services via WhatsApp. They sent a team of 6 guys to come work on my unit and their team lead Vimu explained to me what the steps they would be taking to treat my house. They will cover all metal hinges before performing the formaldehyde treatment to prevent any possible rusting. Formaldehyde measurements are done before and after to show the changes (which are significant). When I first booked them for floor deep cleaning I thought it would only be for the vinyl parts (which is most of my house less toilets, kitchen and yard) but they cleaned the entire floor. In the process of doing so, Vimu also pointed out to me whenever he spotted any chips or damages to my tiles and skirting, taking pictures of them and sending them to me. He was so meticulous that even tiny chips that one would normally miss did not manage to escape him! Wanted to add on vinyl coating and messaged their staff to requote me but she waived the fees for me! Overall they spent almost 4 hours carrying out the job. Very satisfied with their efficiency and thoroughness!

Got the full package of Full Floor Machine Deep Cleaning (FOC coating), Post-Reno Home Cleaning and Formaldehyde Removal for 4-room at GB promo price of $1208 (after 20% off). It's a 7-hr job. Sunny and his team of 3 arrived on time, remained contactable and friendly before, during and after the job, and went the extra mile to highlight post-reno defects and educate us on what they do, their process, the state of the house and provided other small advices. Currently awaiting the coating to dry so we can do as the follow-up advice from the team. Thank you for the good job and communication, Vinyl Guards and Sunny and team!
