I approached the company as it was showing a very high review in Google. I asked about the service required for aircon that though having regular servicing, seems have weak cooling, inconsistent airflow. They said they will just do normal wash for weak cooling issue and give warranty if the issue still persist. The word warranty is loosely thrown as there is no accountability for wrong checking. As I saw good review, I just put my trust with them and go ahead with the service. During the normal wash, the technician said if it is not cold, will need to top up gas, which for me is quite questionable approach.. For him to decide on that, you will need to measure if there is any leak from outdoor unit. But I don't want to argue so once the service is done, I was asked to let it run for few hours and see how it goes. I paid and hope the issue is resolved. However the issue remain so I directly via WA, raised the issue still remained so we scheduled a new timing for follow up. I request for a senior technician as the previous person's skill was not satisfying. The second technician has much more skill and patiently advised what needs to be done and he was even confused with the first technician suggestion. He advised on gas flushing instead of chemical wash/overhaul because he noticed that the jelly caused the coil and the gas flushing should resolve it.. The issue I have is that during the pricing adjustment for the follow up, cause I didn't ask for normal wash and maybe if the better technician has been assigned in the first appointment, I might not need to pay double. But it is what it is.. Just want to shout out to Mr Saiful (2nd technician). For you that want to approach them, just make sure you ask that they need to provide checking before doing any servicing. Don't let them just charge you for something that may not resolve the issue.

Engaged their service to replace my water heater tank and the experience was amazing from start to finish - personnel arrived on time, explained the poll issue and the possible reasons behind it before starting the removal and installation works. Plumber Kumar was courteous and efficient - he asked for our opinion with regards to the replacement of tank brackets and was very respectful to check with me if it was okay for him to start drilling because he knew that my husband was on an online meeting. He got the job done very quickly and with no fuss at all. Admin who was managing my WhatsApp messages with Everyworks was very prompt at replying and acknowledging the payment that was made. Contracted for replacement of faulty PUB water meter valve + replacement of outdoor tap.
Your guy Mahfuz came down, and managed to replace the water meter valve in 20 minutes, and the outdoor tap in under 10 minutes. Note that it was also raining at the time. NGL, was pretty impressed with the speed.
