I took their sister company HOME and they charged exorbitant $1500! HOME do not have Google page! Charged $300 for the 2 steps outside unit and $200 for stacking! Still holding my deposit and trying hard to get it back! I checked few other movers and they don’t charge for the steps and stacking!

If I could give 0 I would. Received quote, far from accurate as stated by the company “the quote was done by a sales person, not a mover so they didn’t know how to properly account for the move” packing service were a scam, found several boxes at less than 25% capacity of space and weight. Boxes were found to have empty boxes placed inside, ALONE, with no other property. Several broken items in the move, lack of care of your belongings, disorganized, poor customer service, I can continue for days. Weeks and several calls and messages to get return of deposit….. one thing I learned, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND.

Moving is never easy, but 12Move delivered a stress-free experience from start to finish. I’ve used them twice now: first for a move into storage with Jayden and his crew, and most recently into my new home with Keith, Gary, Em, Aidy, Simbu and team. Both moves were fast and thoroughly professional. I was very impressed by the disassembly/assembly services.

Sales: ⭐️ Estimating quotes - terrible 😣 They should arrange a video call to do this better. We ended up paying double and can't help thinking they intentionally underestimated to get my business. Worst part, move had to be done over 2 days as it couldn't be completed in 1 day. Movers / Furniture disposal team: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Professional 💼👍 Punctual ⏰✔️ Strong 💪🏋️ Thank you Keith and team! Team accidentally broke a book shelf and a shoe cabinet though so just need to be a bit more careful 🙏 Overall, giving 4 stars largely because of the nice movers.

This moving experience was fantastic! A special thank you to Ah Cheng and his team for being incredibly punctual, arriving well in advance. They were efficient and professional during the move, carefully protecting large appliances and fragile items from impacts, ensuring no damage whatsoever. The movers were also exceptionally friendly, climbing stairs without complaint and working with remarkable efficiency. The price was fair, with no hidden costs. Highly recommended for anyone needing to move!

I should have listened to the other 1-star reviews. This company’s quoting process is completely dishonest, and their consultation is non-existent. 1. Deceptive Pricing & Load Manipulation: Even after I provided detailed photos upfront, they severely underquoted initial costs just to get my business. Once on-site, they immediately started pushing for extra loads and adding surprise charges without any transparency. When moving out of storage, I explicitly stated everything would fit in a single load. The movers tried to claim on arrival that I’d need a second load—yet after packing everything, including my stored items, there was still space left in the single truck. 2. The Storage Nightmare: Do NEVER use their storage services. When my items were delivered, EVERY SINGLE BOX was infested with ants, insect eggs, and lizards. Countless personal items, clothes, and boxes were completely damaged and ruined. It was absolutely disgusting. God only knows what filthy, unmaintained conditions they are keeping people's belongings in. Save yourself the headache, money, and ruined property. Use any other mover, or pay a bit more for a reputable team. Avoid this firm at all cost

I have a good team(Simbu & Gary and 1 more Chinese guy) in my house moving. they wrap up my stuff,organise and stack it carefully into their trucks. I last min added another load and they were efficient to get it quickly, both truck went straight to my new place to unload. Everything was done smoothly and effectively. Thanks for making my house moving a peaceful and hassle free event.From engaging them,sending of cartons to answering my enquires and collecting back the cartons the whole transaction was easy.They are really professional,I have already recommended them to my friends who use them for moving as well..I would highly recommend them if you want hassle free and trusted movers.

Do not engage 12Move. My experience started off well. Communication before the move was prompt and responsive. Based on the photos and list of items I provided, I was quoted for a 0.5 load at $198. However, on the actual moving day, I was suddenly told that my items were actually 1 full load, and I had to top up to $308. This felt extremely dishonest. To make matters worse, I had already moved some items over myself the day before, so there were actually fewer items than what was originally quoted. The movers also arrived late. While they were apologetic, there was no proactive communication from the company. My booking clearly stated (in bold) that the movers would arrive between 12pm and 1pm. I only received a call at 1:05pm, and that was after I had already messaged to ask where they were. When we expressed that we were unhappy, it was because of three very reasonable issues: We were underquoted based on the information we had already provided. The movers arrived late without informing us beforehand. We were told on the day itself that we needed to pay for an additional load, effectively increasing the quoted price from $198 to $308 despite there being fewer items than what had originally been quoted. Instead of trying to resolve our concerns, Jason was extremely rude throughout the call and even scoffed while saying, “All moving companies are like that. That is only an initial quote.” That is not an acceptable way to justify changing a quoted price on the day of the move. When I asked to speak to the boss because we were getting nowhere, Jason scoffed again and said, “The boss will not talk to you,” and “Nobody can get his number.” I have never encountered such unprofessional customer service. He then told me, “If you insist on sticking to 0.5 loads, we’ll only move 0.5 loads. The rest of your items you can figure out yourself.” By this point, the movers had already started loading my belongings, and my deposit had already been paid. I was effectively left with no real choice. To make matters worse, upon arriving at the delivery location, one of the movers came up alone and asked us to make full payment before they would bring up our belongings. At that point, our items were still in the truck. It genuinely felt as though our belongings were being withheld until payment was made, leaving us in an extremely uncomfortable position. The large number of positive reviews gave me confidence initially, but unfortunately, my experience was completely different. Avoid at all costs.

Beware of this mover. Quote you cheap cheap to lure you in. But on the day itself will raise price for this for that, claiming that the provided quote is merely an "estimate", despite earlier receiving full photos and details of the things to be moved. Anyone who still wants to use these guys should agree on a hard fee cap beforehand.

I was attached to Bryan for my move and he did an amazing job! He handled my fragile items and ensured they were well protected. He quoted 2 loads but because of my poor packing it exceeded the quoted load and required 3 but he managed to stack and arranged the items in such a way that it could fit into 2! Most impressive of all was the baby grand piano he moved for me, he was so strong he could lift up one side by himself when i struggled to even lift it up an inch! Truly a professional and skilled mover, highly recommend 12Move and Bryan as the supervisor!!

The move was done by a team of 4 led by Keith, and the move was done extremely efficiently with great care to our items.
