Affordable storage space. Packers were very good. After care service is terrible as my emails go unanswered often and I have to find other channels to contact them. Their late fees are arbitrarily implemented. Making payment just days after receiving the invoice is considered late, so it’s quite unreasonable.

Onboarding was easy and very welcoming, and the location itself is fine. The place was usually quiet and generally straightforward to use. The issue came during move-out. After returning the keys, I was informed that the wall condition was “more stained with visible black marks” and that a $250 reinstatement charge would apply. When I asked for specifics, I was initially given general photos of all walls without clear indication of the issue. Only after pushing further did they clarify it was related to a single grey wall. The description of “black marks and stains” did not accurately reflect the actual condition. The wall already had visible dings and discoloration at handover. Despite this, the assessment was based on a full repaint model for, with a quoted $500 cost for 1 wall (reduced to $250 as a “goodwill” adjustment). No clear or objective criteria were provided to explain why repainting the entire wall was necessary versus normal wear and tear. Image attached is before and after of the wall. In the end, I accepted the charge to close the matter, as there was no meaningful resolution despite repeated requests for clarification. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Termination was a headache. They ask for renewal of rental very early, 2 months before the end the lease. I initially agreed. However their ever increasing prices made it unsustainable. Gave a 1 month notice period to say I change my mind and will not be renewing the rental. However, to my unpleasant surprise, the spaceship team said I cannot back out since I have agreed to rent! My current rental lease has not even ended, and I gave one complete month in advance to inform. You mean I cannot change my mind? What nonsense is this! Hated it when they start to throw words like ‘you have signed and it’s binding’. So what does it mean that it’s ’binding’ ? Are they going to sue me over such trivial matters? Having been their customer for so long and with such advance notice period given, I cannot fathom any reason that requires arm twisting to force a person to continue paying for a service no longer needed. It goes to show the value system the company has, where profits come before customer needs. Small customers like us doesn’t make a dent in their business and they are just happy to do without. Lots of competitors out there who will gladly put customers first over trying to force a customer to pay meager few hundred dollars to buy a service no longer needed. Engaged Spaceship for its storage and delivery service. The movers were professional. Customer service was good at the start when trying to secure a commitment, but found that customer recovery was sorely lacking after you engage them. Specifically when making arrangements for delivery dates and reporting damaged items during the move. Spaceship seems to value its “policies” over customer service and retention. And these policies are too discreet for any non-corporate to pay attention to. To all present and future customers, please take note that you will be charged additional fees for every change in date (there is no grace period) and that any claims for damages has to be made within 5 days and that is IF there is a way to evidence that the item (mechanical or not) was fine before they handled it. Really very disappointed with the experience.

service is prompt, attentive and friendly. they are kind and accommodating to cater to my requests and availability. location proximity was also a plus. ive found the ideal storage space that caters to my needs within a week at a very reasonable price. aside storage space, i also have access to use on site packing stations, meeting rooms and other facilities available. its almost a one stop shop! i recommend checking spaceship out!

Spoken to Eugene for providing details on rental space. Eugene was very patient in explaining the process, details and even offering alternatives. Aftering doing viewing, we decided on a unit as it matched our budget and size. Overall a very straightforward and simple process.

I just recently moved into the unit at Spaceship. Angeline was my account manager and her service is professional and thoughtful. She offers very good advice and it shows she is very experienced in handling onboarding of clients. The company’s movers are also fantastic and they did a very good and efficient job!

I needed storage urgently and Gelin from Spaceship was very responsive, even on a Sunday. She was helpful, fast, and accommodating. The storage facility was clean. The only downside is that they can be a bit pricey--had to be charged for a month's rental even if I only needed the space for less than 2 weeks. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend them given the good service from the team. Thanks.

This is a well-equipped storage cum office space facility. Fully aircon. The female sales staff is very friendly and prompt with her responses though i texted at midnight. Very neat and pleasant environment with vending machines. Highly recommended if you are starting out with e-commerce.

have been searching for a long term self storage and been in touch with all the big and popular storage providers i could come across online. Hands down, the teams i got in touch at Work+Store appeared not only responsive and professional, but also genuinely friendly and most accommodating. My experience dealing with the Work+Store's representatives from Kallang, AMK and Eunos all proved remarkable. Eventually i took the storage from the W+S site that provided me best value (considering size and rate) however, must say the support and personal touch of the people made me feel super comfortable. Best part was, each were reachable and responding me via whatsapp even at off hours, answering my queries, and went out of way to reply promptly even for last minute change requests. The facilities appear clean and the common work areas/hot desks/ pantry/ ecommerce solutions area beautifully decorated, and useful. Will highly recommend. Eugene, Elaine, Tracy, Freddy.. big shout out to you guys.

I don’t normally write reviews but I must honestly admit that the team at Spaceship seriously deserves me taking out some time to pen down what they have done so splendidly well. Have been running an eCommerce business from home and space had become an issue due to business expansion. Spaceship was the first company which I visited amongst many others which provided similar services. After the visit and introduction to the place and the services which was available, I did not even bother to visit the rest of the companies. Angeline was patient, professional and knowledgeable, attending to every single query I had as I could not decide which option to get. Elaine was equally knowledgeable and understanding, which was greatly appreciated and the services rendered was indeed an extremely positive one. In short, if you ask me whether I would recommend their services to anyone, the answer would not only be YES, but that they would be any eCommerce business owners’ one stop solution because they seriously have EVERYTHING you possibly need to operate one’s eCommerce business at its optimal efficiency. They have a wide range of options to choose from, different sizes of caged storage, different sizes of room/office setup with storage/shelves, open co-working space, delivery drop off zones for your bulky goods deliveries if you are unable to be physically present to receive your deliveries, etc. The list goes on, there is even a pantry and phone booths you can privately take and make your phone calls in! If you are an eCommerce business owner looking for a space you can store, arrange and pack your products, you have definitely come to the right place. The place is accessible 24/7. Yes, that’s right, you can come anytime to do your work. The vibes here are excellent and the community is friendly. It’s more than ideal if you need a place you can have your goods delivered to, pack your orders and placed aside at a designated area for your appointed logistics company to pick them up for delivery over to your customers directly! Am looking forward to my ‘stay’ here and once again a huge shout out of thanks and appreciation to the team for the seamless on-boarding process!

We’ve recently moved in to our new warehouse/office space with Spacelabs AMK. The team was super helpful throughout the process to accommodate all our request and extended support above and beyond expectations. The space is convenient, nice and clean. Just what we were looking for as a small and agile company.

Place is well organized, there’s a packing area, loading bay, and convenient to unload big pallets at one go. Can lead directly up to your unit which is extremely ideal.

Was pleasantly surprised at how warehousing facilities has evolved to include a cosy corner/ co working space. A good space to consider for start ups who need an affordable and decent warehousing space. Nice friendly reception Elaine who is very on the ball and responsive to replies all times. Though pricing of rental can be abit better :)!

Have been with Spaceship for 6 months, love the facilities and atmosphere here. Facilities like meeting room, photo studio are plus points as I don’t see these in other warehouse. The work area is cozy and comfortable. Also very convenient for e-commerce businesses especially the courier service here. Special thanks to Elaine for being helpful and patient with all my enquiries. Highly recommend!
