Terrible experience. When they shifted my things out from my place to their lorry, they left out 1 trolley load in the lift. The load just went up and down the block until I noticed and brought it to the movers. They didn’t even realised. My stuffs were then placed in their storage for 1 month. After 1 month, they shifted my things back but they lost my mattress and sofa cubes. They kept denying that they lost my things and eventually they ghosted me and refused to pick up my calls.

Warning! Moved with the company a month ago and they broke my TV. They told me they would replace it within a few days and it has been over a month now and they are ghosting me. Terrible customer service and even worse etic and integrity. I am about to take them to court as they give me no other options.

No worth - no value for committed time slot just sent out one person to do the packing which he did anyhow as is difficult for him to load and wrap the items stacked one over other, so at the end items got damaged, on which even after sending pic no respond, not even a simple text to acknowledge (not asking them to pay hahahaha)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Movers are EXTREMELY rude. 1) They came late (10am instead of 9am) 2) HIDDEN COSTS: wanted to charge $100 for 5 steps along the corridor, even though I informed the sales staff beforehand about the steps. Spoke to us like gangsters. 3) RUDE: When he cornered me with extra costs amounting to twice the initial quote, I was considering it and felt trapped when the Indian mover raised his voice at me and my mom said “so how? Hurry up. I have another place to go to after this. If you don't want to pay I will unload the lorry and just leave the boxes behind” — excuse me?? You were late and we didn’t even complain. If you are in a rush you should have arrived on time. They did not even apologize for being late. Only after I complained to the sales staff Vincent (who was decent), he waived off the steps fee. I had 6 more boxes than my initial estimate and they charged me for full lorry load instead of half lorry load. I don’t mind paying more if he had been more polite about it instead of threatening to leave half the boxes behind- I topped up $99 in the end. In conclusion, to save yourself the unpleasantness of dealing with the unprofessional movers that spoil your morning, use another moving company!!

Horrible experience with them, I would never wish this on anyone. I reached out to them through googling movers; Vincent responded and I sent the photos of what I needed to move in the house, stating the time and date and also the location weeks before. 2 days before the move he mentioned bringing the boxes down the day before for the move and confirmed with me again. 1 day before all of a sudden totally unresponsive. It created a lot of stress as I had to pack all my household daily essentials and were not even sure if they were coming or I should call someone else. On the day of move in the morning I frantically called other movers and thankfully I managed to reach Yong Sheng movers (which I gave an amazing review) who practically saved us, charged a similar price and were so professional gave them a sizable tip to bless the whole group that came. If you did not want to or was busy with other jobs I would rather you let me know and we could have more time to engage another. Disappointing

We sent photos and videos of items (whole house moving) and they said only need 1.5 load. I told them at least 2 loads needed likely, just to be sure. They came 3 hours late. When they arrived they were very rude and said there's too many things. Then he became very rude, even my neighbors came out to see the commotion and said these guys were out of line. They threw my things on the ground and left. Please close down your company and save others from the misery of having to deal with your horrible guys.

I chose this mover co because they always responded to phone calls. I used 2 services to shift house. But the movers spoilt few of my furniture. They wanted to collect back 50+ cartons but after 2weeks despite reminders and promises. Still in my house.

Engaged Speedz Mover (SM) of a delivery task: 9:30am to 10:00am on 31st of MAR 2022 for moving a queen-sized mattress and bedframe (including wrapping and installation), time and location is confirmed one month in advanced. I even reconfirmed on the time, location and date two days before, which was on the 29th MAR. SM replied everything is confirmed! On the day of the 31st MAR at 10:30am, I questioned the SM contact person - Thomas, delivery was not even started after the driver called me to inform that there was a miscommunication, it can only be delivered in the afternoon. Later, the driver called again claimed he has a road accident. I called Thomas again to rearrange a new delivery task asap...that was very very unprofessional team and work ethnic and untrusted services provided by SM!!

Engaged their service to move our belongings from warehouse. We realized the TV was damaged after the move (we also engaged them to move our belongings to the warehouse in the first place, they pack up the stuff in the warehouse). We called and ask for compensation, initially, they did response and say will check with "upper management", but 2 days ago, they stopped taking our calls and stopped replying to our messages. We are ready to negotiate, but SpeedWinz appears to be denying responsibilities by ignoring us. Definitely will not recommend their service to anyone. If you do not have expensive stuff, you can give them a try. But if you do, I suggest you look elsewhere. Seems like our only hope is to go to their office and try to find the boss to negotiate.

Rushing through the job, forgot my items and when asked told to speak to sales person to make arrangement for another delivery. Contacted sales person, apologise and that all..end up calling Lala move.

Very good service from Wolfpack and Speed Winz. Spent 8 hours loading 6 loads to my Condo, Storage and Disposal. Including dismantling and fix back. Very skilful, muscle and polite good professional movers. Highly recommend their service.
