- day for boxes delivery - no show, texted the person takes time to check and reply, re-provide on the next day, still acceptable - due to the earlier delay, I purposely texted wolfpack to remind them the next day house moving delivery, at the end, we waited from 2pm until 6pm! in between I almost thought they were MIA as don't pick up call no reply texts. besides, my second trip was only few more items but they didn't put into same trip. Im not sure why I searched that they have good reviews but apparently it is not

Extremely unresponsive and highly unprofessional. A significant amount of our furniture was damaged during the move, and several items went missing. Despite the lorry being only half full, we were charged for two full loads, which felt completely unjustified. The entire experience reflected poor service and questionable business practices. I would not recommend this company.

Nightmare movers. Came without knowing the need to pack when I have informed their boss multiple times . Brought no proper packing materials. Work at speed of snail. They took 5 times the time to do things compared to someone I engaged previously. Workers can't get along with the boss. Grumpy ttm and asked me for direct payment instead of paying their boss.

Total load 2 lorry. Moving + disposing. Initially charge me 2.5 load. Then reduce to 2.25 load. They just give lots of excuses. They are not looking at long term business, just a 1 time business. No more using them next time. Use at own risk. I would not recommend that at all. Say they dont anyhow charge like freelance but in the end they anyhow charge.

Super disappointed regarding the poor service experience and lack of transparency provided during my recent move. We have agreed on the pricing and also called to clarify more and they have agreed that 1 load is sufficient. However, we have been charged much higher than expected and they claim that it was not stated black & white. The quotation provided did not clearly explain the full breakdown of charges, and additional fees were later introduced without proper prior notice (eg, additional charges to HDB maisonette). Secondly, the cartons for packing were delivered super late, which disrupted our moving preparations and schedule. What was even more disappointing was the lack of communication and updates regarding the delay. We were left waiting without knowing when the cartons would arrive and it was only delivered at 12.40am when we were told that the cartons will be delivered between 3 - 6pm. Even though the movers were fast & careful when handling our furnitures unfortunately, this experience did not meet reasonable service expectations.

I'll start with the good part first. Liaising is easy, one of the team, maybe the supervisor, is a very nice guy, friendly and helpful. I think he is the main POC, no issues there. Generous with boxes. They also collected the boxes as informed and kept me updated. However, I really cannot overlook that they have no professional loading/unloading equipment. My pickup location is not wheelchair friendly, so they forced the trolly over the humps just using the feet/leg and bodily lifted all the trolleys into the lorry. I legit thought they would get injured and I'd be in trouble. So when it turned out that my bookcase had cracked at the base, I cannot say I was surprised when I thought about how they had no professional "lifting" equipment and how they had to manhandle all the trolleys into the lorry. I didn't notice it until after they had left. Someone (I dunno who, I think not the supervisor so should be the glasses one) also put my dirty, dusty washing machine feet INSIDE my washing machine. Like...you don't wash clothes before is it? Would you put that inside your washing machine? This was despite us saying ONLY the washing machine is to be transported. Unfortunately I had to go off to watch over them manhandling my items and my sister was not able to supervise this part. So we were already stressed with moving and unpacking, but I had to go hunt for a washing machine cleaner. Dunno if they caused my WM to spoil also - about a month in, I'm now looking for a new one. But maybe my WM is just lousy. The glasses guy was also very displeased when I asked him to help place my WM properly (maybe he's scared I open the lid and see the horrifying thing he had done), but at least the supervisor was nice enough to help me place the WM to where I wanted. the glasses guy also dirtied one of the walls when setting up the bed. I would suggest getting a mover with actual, professional moving equipment. My sister also thinks (like other reviewers) that they cheat us of the space. Cos a lot of vertical space. We took them cos my aunt said they were ok, but I super regret cos they also left my stuff all over the dustbin area. I know you wrapped it and everything (but you also didn't wrap that nicely) but seriously, it's obvious they don't really care that it's someone's personal belongings. I wonder if they move their own house also so will be so bochap. Forgot to add that in terms of dropping off the boxes, they didn't follow what they said and just left the boxes outside. Not ideal especially cos it was raining. We had wanted to be there to receive the boxes, but they rescheduled, then ended up sending the boxes on the day (after we made plans to leave cos we thought it was postponed). Luckily the boxes didn't get wet. So they have 1 nice supervisor but everything else is quite disastrous. not worth it cos moving is a stressful activity. Get someone better.

Scammer indeed. Asked to return box and will refund the deposit. Ended up cannot contact at all. Price is not following the quotation, being charged $260. Nice play. Kindly take their service if you wish to experience being scammed. Only 1 person sent for dismantling a 1.5meter cupboard. Delivery personnel did not arrived on time. Delivery personnel did not bring proper tools. Very bad experience.

DO NOT USE THEM; THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The worst service ever! They damaged 90% of our personal belongings stored in their warehouse and they did not compensate us despite agreeing to it. When they delivered our boxes back to our place, they sent boxes that did not belong to us. When we pointed it out to them, they pretended they were unaware and attempted to go off, but we insisted they remove boxes not belonging to us. When we saw boxes that belonged to us, they were mostly wet and soggy. Again they pretended not to know and wanted to leave but we insisted they stay. We opened the boxes and things inside were all mouldy and damaged, there were flies too. Also, we have some boxes missing, which i believe they threw it out on purpose likely cause they were severely damaged. They ghosted us by ignoring all our calls and messages after they promised to compensate $3800 for the damages. They always told us the boss was not around to sign the cheque for compensation, then later told us the manager resigned. One of the manager later challenged us to report them. We did not cause a staff named Ken kept promising he will look into the compensation. They delayed the whole process for several months and cut contact with us eventually and we got nothing. No apology too for damaging our items. So we did not manage to report within the initial period.

No time management always late ,said appointment 3-4pm until now haven't arrived upon fix timing, gave box also late kept giving many excuses i asked them how many mover came they told me 3 end up one mover with one lorry only

Today is my move out day and they had confirmed pick up is at 1pm but right now is 3pm. Call multiple times and no answer. Trust my instinct to check google review and bam! All the negative reviews are the truth. PLEASE BOYCOTT this company and do not fall for the cheap quotation because they will ghosted on the appt day. How to support local business like this? *PS DEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK

Efficient and on time. Despite raining heavily they were on time to access the items out first. Communication was easy, the supervisor that came was friendly and respectful. Definitely will recommend to others - specially when the prices are very competitive.

Had recently engaged the Wolfpack relocation services to shift furniture and belongings to new house. We were initially quoted that it would take about 1.5 loads to move our things that we had packed in boxes. Given Vincent and 2 of his co workers are very professional and efficient in their work that we decided to load more things (especially those packed in bags and fragile glassware) to move on the second trip. We ended up with 2 loads instead of 1.5 loads. Everything reached the new place in good condition. Good job guys! We had the shift scheduled in the morning, so they were very punctual as they are not affected by the previous jobs they may have. Thank you Vincent and team! 😀

Came 3 hours late for my house moving Driver called to say he will be late because his lorry broke down I spoke to the company operator/contact person- he said driver is late because having lunch Subsequently he said driver is late because previous customer had additional orders/items So which is it?? So many excuses Attitude and service of drivers (when they finally arrived) was ok But finds all sorts of reasons to charge more (similar to other reviews)

We booked the service for 1-2pm, acknowledging that some delays are inevitable. But wow they came around 4pm! Imagine our frustrations as we have to receive a furniture delivery around 4pm. When they came, they are rather efficient, stacking up boxes into trolleys and cling-wrapping them up, before loading into the lorry. But complaining “so heavy” when its just boxes, no bulky furnitures to move. After arriving at our house and unloading, so it’s time to pay money. They wanted to charge long-push fee as they said the distance from my house to the loading bay was very far as I was staying in a rented condo unit. They said according to protocol it was $120 but they can charge us $70 if we pay them in cash so they can use to buy coffee. Unprofessional. Also it’s so expensive just for a long push fee. Not a pleasant experience. Instead of offering service recovery for being so late, they are asking for money.

WolfPack gave me really good service. They estimated 2.5 load but it was only 2, and they charged me accordingly. The 2 movers that came were punctual, very efficient and v careful in handling, packing and even unloading the items. They were also v good at dissembling and reassembling my gym rack, play gym and bed. Vincent was also a v good liaison. Thank u all!
