Very happy with Gmove Logistics. They moved our 3-bedroom apartment items from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and the whole process was very smooth. It took only 3 days from pick-up in Singapore to delivery in KL, even with a public holiday in Singapore in between. Everything was handled professionally and without any issues. I would also recommend getting the moving boxes directly from Gmove, as they are included and the quality is much better than the boxes you typically find on Shopee. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them for an international move between Singapore and Malaysia.

Moving home is one of those stressful life experiences. So it’s important when the moving team make it less so. The guys at GMove Logistics were excellent. Efficient, careful, fast and effective. Although it was a short move from Singapore to Johor Bahru, there’s always a risk of damage and breakages. The GMove team delivered everything in one piece. Have no hesitation in recommending GMove.

House moving from Singapore to Malaysia (Melaka). Had a great experiance using GMove Logistics for moving my household items, leader and crew are very friendly and impressionable. The moving crew was very efficient and professional, very accommondating even for last minute request, the team that came to help packing bulky and fragile items are excellent and helpfull, well experiance and coordinated, additional cardboard packing materials was used to protect the furnitures, additional care for fragile items and glass cabinets and items, communications was clear and prompt, seamless operations, both loading and unloading team are great to work with, an excellent job done. Pricing are absolutly very reasonable. Seamless operation from loading to unloading at destination. Will highly recommend their services for local and international moves.

Highly recommend GMove. Very personal, friendly and helpful service and competitive pricing provided by Kenny before the move. And on moving day - the moving team (e.g. Ah Wei, Ah Bing, Guo Li and including on the Malaysia partner's side too eg. Azrul) were friendly, super strong, proactive and thorough - wrapping my loose furniture and items in cardboard and then bubble wrap, offering to and helping removing wall-mounted speakers even without my asking. The shipment arrived in KL the very next morning. Not least - I only realized the day after that I had forgotten to ship my two bicycles that were locked outside of the house. Kenny very kindly helped me arrange for them to join another separate shipment for a nominal fee.

We chose GMove Logistics because of all the positive reviews. Ended up regretting it big time. Maybe we were just the first unlucky customer. Our move from Singapore to Penang ended with broken items, fines on both sides with the MCST and no responsibility for unfulfilled promises ! Almost all the staff are contract workers. Good human beings but they operate on their own with no supervision. Just two people were packing an entire home. Paintings and delicate items were being loaded with not even bubble wrap … and after pointing .. it was packed in haste. On the Penang side it was the same crew that drove up from singapore. They had been on the road two days, totally exhausted … and did not even have box cutters or any tools to unpack the boxes. Box cutters and scissors were borrowed from us … which also broke ! For the most time they were using bare hands to unpack !! Eventually, more than 80% of the boxes were left un opened and we have to do it all ourselves. Looks like the intent from Kenny is to just move on, never mind what the other side feels. seems a transactional approach which is probably ok for the majority for who it was/has been a positive experience. Whatever was owed has been paid in full … even if there was a delay in processing from my office side… and there is clear breach of commitments. We cleared the full amount because both Kenny and his son got defensive when told about the damage to lift at the singapore condo and the fine we had to pay … and started speaking disrespectfully. We just wanted to get it over with. Would never recommend this mover if you are moving a home. Perhaps they are ok for within city/simple moves where your only goal is low price.

I had an excellent experience with GMove for my relocation from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. Kenny was incredibly accommodating and even went out of his way to help move some of my belongings to different locations within Singapore. The two movers/packers were professional, efficient, careful, and worked very quickly, making the entire moving process stress-free. My shipment arrived in Malaysia smoothly, on time even much earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Everything was handled exactly as promised. If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy moving company. Thank you for making my move such a pleasant experience!

Engaged GMove Logistics to transport 3 medium sized cabinets from SG to JB. The sales consultant I chatted with on WhatsApp was easy to talk to and responsive. The men that came were punctual and friendly. They did a great job encasing the cabinets with cardboard and cling wrap to prevent damage. The cabinets arrived in JB on the same day in the late afternoon, and were carefully placed within the designated areas. I highly recommend their services.

I had some furniture to move from SG to JB and searched online for movers. Kenny responded promptly and after comparing quotes I decided to use GMove because their price was the most reasonable and the great reviews as well. True to the reviews, everything went smoothly, punctual, professional and pleasant people. Kenny even went out of the way to accommodate a small request. Furniture picked up in the afternoon and arrived in JB the same evening. Their JB counterpart updated as well and delivery timing arranged. The JB side we professional and helpful as well with moving the furniture including moving some big pieces up to the second floor... Absolutely good experience and all smooth smooth.

Called GMove a with a short deadline before moving a full house from Singapore to JB, told them it had to be completed by a specific date, and not only did they accept the task, they were able to handle all the logistics and customs issues professionally, timely and with constant communication letting us know what was needed to help the move go smoothly from our side. Before the move they brought over the customary packing materials for us, and the day prior to the move they sent a team to stage all the furniture and boxes on trollies to ensure that when they came the next day they could quickly load the trucks to beat traffic and to make the deadline. Day of the move full team of over 8 people showed up on time and ready to go and they quickly handled all the moving, loading and such. Later in the day their counterparts in Malaysia called us to let us know they were on their way to deliver our items and were also professional in their job, putting every box where the label said, and at the end cleaning up any packing material we had removed. Highly recommend GMove, if they can handle all this with a short time frame , I don't think there is much they cannot handle.

Returning to my home country Malaysia after almost 30 years in Singapore, my initial plan was to dispose of everything as I had no idea of cross border movers. Until I searched online and found GMove. their response was very prompt. It was the professionalism of Kenny during the onsite survey and his explanation of what would be done that convinced me that the move would not be so difficult afterall. I can feel that Kenny is very experienced and we would be in good hands. Just as important, their pricing is reasonable. I must say he has a great team. Impressive and gets the job done swiftly. Our furniture and belongings were wrapped, picked up as scheduled and delivered as per schedule. The move was seamless. GMove is highly recommended!

Booked this mover to relocate our office equipment from our Singapore office to our KL office. Our PIC, Kenny, was very professional and helpful throughout the process. A popular moving company backed out on me last minute, saying that they no longer moved on Sundays (citing manpower constraints) on the date that I had booked at least 4 months back. So I went with GMove instead. Kenny immediately agreed on the date I wanted. On the moving date, the truck arrived at 8:30am sharp, as agreed. Movers were patient, professional and careful with their wrapping. Reasonable pricing. Happy with the service and will recommend others. Thank you Kenny and team!🫰🙏

I engaged Gmove Logistics for my relocation from Singapore to KL. Kenny, the operation manager is very good. He is very friendly, responsive, flexible, well coordinated project management skill and take full responsibility to ensure that they vacate my unit early so that I have sufficient time to clean the place and prepare to go to the airport on time as per planned. His pricing is also very reasonable and much competitive as compared to the other logistic companies quotation. Its my first time moving house and I think I am lucky to have gotten GMove to help us move. They came down to do an onsite quotation on the same day of contacting them. Things were transparent and Kenny and his team was very helpful and advised me on what to do before and during the move. On the day of the move, everyone was very professional and knew what they had to do. There was no breakage and all boxes and paintings arrived at the new place safely. Dismantling and assembly was done properly as well. Not to mention that they had to climb 3 storeys of stairs during the whole move. Will definitely recommend GMove to friends and family who needs a mover!

I recently utilized the moving services of GMove Logistics for relocating to my new house, and I couldn't be more pleased. Kenny was extremely helpful and was always prompt to provide what we needed for our packing. He had to make several trips to my place to top up supplies such as bubble wrap, plastic wrap, scotch-tape, etc. We even felt bad having to trouble him again and again; but, he was always helpful and customer service was par excellence. My recent move from Singapore to the KLCC area in Kuala Lumpur was made significantly smoother thanks to GMove Logistics. Initial Contact and Preparation: The journey began on their website, a straightforward process that quickly put me in touch with Kenny, who would become my main point of contact. Kenny's approachability and flexibility were evident from the get-go. He provided boxes, bubble wrap, and tapes for pre-move packing. Moving Day - Singapore: On the day of the move, punctuality was key, and Kenny's team did not disappoint. They arrived on time, ready to tackle the task at hand. Their professionalism shone through as they loaded all the boxes, and their expertise in handling bulky items like beds, tables, and TVs was impressive. The quality of packaging was top-notch, ensuring that everything was secure for the journey ahead. Arrival and Unpacking - Kuala Lumpur: The consistency in service quality was mirrored upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur. The delivery team was punctual, arriving at the agreed time, ready to unload and assemble all items. The smooth transition from loading in Singapore to unloading in Kuala Lumpur was commendable. Was introduced to Kenny and his services awhile back and decided to work with them for our move. Prices are competitive and service is top notch. It was super easy to arrange with them. On the day of our move, they were on time and handled all our items with care. Overall experience with them was beyond these 5 stars.
