I had bed bug problem for 20 years. I had thrown away all the sofa and beds. I had used a few pest removal companies to spray insecticide and all. Even did full canister spraying. All did not work. After many years. I called again a new company which is verminator. They used a new spray all bed bugs vanished. It was a simple treatment. I can vouch for verminator that your bed bug problem will be resolved. No question about it. Mine was done a few months ago and there has been absolutely no more bed bugs. I strongly recommend terminator. I do not know whether other pest control companies use the same new spray. But to me it worked, it was like a miracle. 🙏🙏🙏

I’ve had a great experience with 3000Immunity team over the past 2 years. They are always friendly and do their very best to accommodate our schedule, which I truly appreciate. The team at 3000Immunity are so quick to respond, very friendly, and know exactly what kind of issue you may be dealing with by description or a quick picture. This is actually my second or third time with them, they remembered the past history, and also sent someone within 24 hours. They're prompt to show up on time and extremely thorough with inspection and carrying out the treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone !!

The rating is purely based on customer service, she made decisions for me even though I did not ask her to. There were only good reviews so far, so I was hoping I could count on them, however, I was annoyed by the quality of the customer service. This is my first-time wanting to go through with the service of a pest control company and I had a fair share of questions to ask. It was going well until I asked questions on payment methods and I found her rude and condescending. She said she can void the invoice and voided it even though I did not ask her to, however, I agreed to it in the end as I do not wish to engage in their services anymore. I can't speak for the quality of the technician's service but it is up to you whether to engage with them. Update: What do you mean by "I could not accept the payment method and we respect your decision?" I did not say I did not wish to proceed, I had more questions to ask so I did not go through with the payment yet. You can look at our conversation in the chat and you will not find me saying "I don't wish to proceed" except for at the end when I said "Alright" after your rude response. All you had to do was reply with a "yes" or "no" or say you don't accept partial payment like you did in this review. You could have explained it in the chat like you did here but you chose to be rude in the end. What you stated in the invoice was just methods to get the money to you e.g. paynow, bank transfer nothing about partial payments so I had to ask if it's available. You telling me I can read the google reviews and no customer did what I had requested and voiding the invoice when I did not ask you to is rude,condescending and unprofessional to me.

Technician arrived prompt. He did a thorough inspection of apartment and sprayed throughout. And placed deterrents. He advised about taping gaps and garbage chute and recommended drain covers. I was told I’d likely see a few more cockroaches initially after treatment. Which I did. Overall very happy with the service. It has given me some peace of mind. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Response was quick and cordial since my first contact. A few days after service was performed, I contacted them again because I had new roaches in my kitchen. One more time, person that messaged me was cordial and knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my problem. They went back to my home for a follow up. I would 100% recommend them.

I reached out to them on Sunday evening for roach spraying (figuring they would respond on Monday). But they immediately responded back! Could make an appointment for 2 days later. We were going on vacation so I was super happy with the fast appointment. They guy was 30 min early and was very kind and knowledgeable. Giving explanation, lots of tips and answering my questions. So far the treatment is working really well. Very professional, fast service, highly recommend!!

I reached for 3000Immunity Pte Ltd when ants had taken over my living space. I was very pleased with a prompt response to my matter with pest control treatment advised, chemicals to be used, a cost of it and a 3000Immunity Pte Ltd Technician availability. The pest control Technician arrived on time, carried out an inspection of my living premises and described the methods and chemicals to be used. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. I haven't seen any pests in my house for over 3 months now. I shall be in touch with 3000Immunity Pte Ltd to fight pests in the future.

I sleep better thanks to the team at 3000Immunity. I have been with them for a year and just renewed for another year. When I moved into my flat last year, there was an ant and roach problem. Ants all over the kitchen counters and walls. Roaches…ugh! I called 3000Immunity and Karen got me taken care of the very same day for first service. Ant and roach problem is gone! We work together as a team. I have followed their suggestions for things around the house and they do their part. Our technician, Abdullah, is like a friend now. Everyone is kind and very responsive. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Very patient, customised and professional service. I ordered Misting for 1 room. They spent time to discuss with the problem. I can highlight those concerned area to them. They mist for ard 10mins on the room. It's end up like silent hill when they finished. So far so good.

I found out about this place through Google & even initially doubted it as it was new. I was struggling with the pests in my house as we're going through lots of upgrading with the new House Improvement Project. We wanted to hop on & renovate the whole house. At the same time, I finally got my new house & I was swarmed with both projects. To put the cherry on top, both houses were going individual pests problems & I needed someone to come in to give me a clear direction & simultaneously handle the situation. Through the 1st call & after explanation of the situation, I love how they first assured me, then clearly breaking down my problems into the individual houses. From there, instead of many other companies, they sent one person, Karen, down to be with me the whole day & went to both houses with clear explanation on what is needed for each house & in total what are we looking at, how do we solve it. The next day, the situation seem to got worse & I panicked & called back. The person on phone was very up to date to my situation & reassured me that Karen has updated her & it's normal. Clear communication throughout. My things was finally going smoothly & things were solved in a week through the Teamwork, efficiency & effective, good quality methods of placement & chemicals. Will recommend to friends & family !
