Had my vehicle fumigated on 29 Jul 2024. Service was on time and responsive. Customer service is able to reply promptly to confirm my appointment and also adjust timing to suit my schedule. Engaged Pesticon back in Nov 2023 to deal with a cockroach infestation inside my kitchen cabinets. The technician was very detailed and spent about 1.5 hours going through each of the kitchen and yard area/cabinets to look for cockroach nests and placed baits in various locations. They also sprayed insecticide in the various rooms as a preventative measure. Pesticon followed up via WhatsApp a few weeks later to check on our situation. I’m pleased to say that my cockroach infestation issue has been resolved. I would highly recommend Pesticon for their effective and excellent customer service.

Very unprofessional. Technician was extremely late and wanted to do a different service for me, which is different from what the boss informed me. When I tried to get clarification from the boss, he just told me that as a technician, the worker will not know anything and to check with him(the boss) instead. If such, the wrong treatment would have been done if I didn’t take note to confirm? And in saying that, I no longer have any confidence in the service provided. The technician informed me that there are no bed bugs, but said that will still proceed to perform the service for $680. I declined but he insisted that it was still needed even after there were no bed bugs found. After the service was provided, that night I had a severe allergic reaction over whole body which required a hospital trip for an injection as the swelling was so bad over whole body. Edited to update: Since they are saying that the allergic reaction is false, i am attaching a portion of doctor memo dated 30 Jan 2024 when I had to go to A&E at 3am due to increasing itching after their service on 29 Jan 2024. I am not sure if it was caused by the treatment, possibly yes and possibly not, unfortunately I will not know for sure as I will not try again for the 2nd treatment to test out whether I am allergic or not. For a doctor to confirm allergic reaction to a specific product or item and to write a memo as they have demanded requires allergic testing in a clinical setting. I doubt the company will pay for such testing, and even if so, I would not want to subject myself to be tested with their chemicals. Technician arrived at 12.45-12.50 (based on my checking of call logs as I called you to clarify once he arrived) instead of 12.35pm as claimed. The reason I was not happy that I was asked by technician to leave premise for 4 hours was because it was a sudden request. When I had arranged the appointment a few days prior, I asked specifically if we need to leave the house. I was told in whatsapp that there was no need to leave the house, we can just wait in the next room. Hence, on the day of service, when suddenly being told that required to leave the house for 4 hours, on such short notice, having a 3 month old infant (any parent will know that this is not something you can do last minute)- it was not possible to do so, and furthermore I had been assured that no need to leave the house, just stay in a different room would be possible. When I called to ask for an explanation, I was definitely upset and deemed unreasonable for being upset at given the incorrect information. How would one as a customer feel, to be treated that way? Throughout all these, no service recovery was provided. I have declined the 2nd treatment, but it is unlikely that they will refund the amount paid upfront (please note in future not to pay upfront for both treatments which they request upfront payment) I am being scolded on whatsapp, and almost all communication is done via voice messages so it is very difficult to track the info in the whatsapp conversation too, unlike other providers. I guess let the readers believe what they want, I am just sharing my experience with this company, just as I share reviews on other businesses that I engage. I sincerely wished I had a better experience as I also engaged them trusting the google reviews. As a customer, I surely hope to get a good service and also hope to share accordingly.

Pesticon did an excellent job in fumigating my car (19 Jan 2024) which was crawling with cockroaches 😱. Staff was punctual, performed the job diligently and gave tips on how to prevent cockroach infestation. Downtime was between 1.5 to 2 hours. No sight of cockroaches ever since. Good job guys 👏🏽.

Don't see any further insects in the car after fumigation. Also, they are able to meet you Island wide, and the downtime for the car is about 5hours, so it's pretty convenient since u could do it from your own void deck or home.

We engaged Pesticon to fumigate and get rid of the cockroaches in our car. We had been experiencing cockroaches for about 2 weeks. They were on time, efficient and explained some measures that we can employ to deter insects. Very good service, job was done and so far no recurrence of pests.

The response from Pesticon was very good. When I called them, they gave me all relevant information I needed. The managed to schedule the service within 3 hours and it was a door step service. I did pest control for my car and it was seamless. The technician had picked out the pest and showed me as evidence. The after service was also very good. They sent me a report on the service stating what was discovered and what are some precautionary measure to help the situation. First time using the service and I feel the are priced competitively and very responsive. Highly recommend.

What I first liked about Pesticon was their website and direct link to whatsapp for communications. Making it seemless to find out more information and arrange for an appointment. My car having lots of things inside as I have two young kids made it difficult to clear but they did it without any complains whatsoever. My previous roach problem in car is gone now from their spray and fumigation. There was even a post report emailed to me on the details too! Highly recommended!

I got a big issue of having an army of roaches in my car out of a sudden. The car usually is for my and my precious daughter so definitely I need to clear the army away. I approached Pesticon Pest & Sanitary Pte. Ltd. and KC, the Ops Man is very efficient with the responce. KC explained to me very clearly about the procedures and quotation. I got the most excellent service by Noh, despite knowing that I have inconvinience leaving my house at that time, Noh is willing to come over to my unit to get my car key and do the fumigation for me, then head back to my unit again to deliver my car key. Knowing that I dont have much time, Noh did not hold me up, to talk about the situation, but he dropped me a text after leaving to left me know about the situation and guiding me what to do next when I goes back to my vehicle. Kudos to both KC and Noh for the excellent service and job well done!

5/5 STAR to Mr KC for his truthful and sincere effort and professionalism in providing advise on an issue with booklice at home. We started approaching Pesticon via Watsapp, and KC replied within a minute! Throughout the conversation, he demonstrated great sense of professionalism and sincerity in confirming our problem, explaining and advising us on the ‘bug’ we found in the house. I called KC pretty last min due to a roach infestation that had occurred in my home, he came and gave a very thorough check, explained the different breed so i can have a better understanding of the pests. He placed sufficient roach baits in a better safe than sorry manner, the roach issue was solve in a week. He is very responsible and also check back with me a few days even after the job was done. After sales service 一级棒!

I have been serviced by KC from this company for couple years already. Whenever you encounter problems like insects, it can be really stressful and urgent. But I am always so pleased with their prompt response and arrangement(never once late or delayed) professional advice, kind followups with detailed report. Highly recommend!

I was worried when I woke up to find a pest problem one morning. I contacted many pest control companies, including some big names, but I had the best experience with Pesticon. I spoke to KC and he was really knowledgeable, responsive and helpful in explaining the situation to me, and laid out the possible options, some which did not need engaging their services. KC really knows what he is doing. I may not be getting Pesticon in today, but they will be my first choice if I ever need pest control.

Very thankful for their service that I even signed a contract. I took the service for ants. I saw the ants crawling out within 45 mins after their technician came.
