Thank you to Dean and Kay who did a great job servicing 2 of my aircon units! Dean was very warm, thorough and explained to me what was happening. Has an issue earlier where a team came down to clean but it was completed unsatisfactorily. But the company was very quick to remediate the issue for us, which we appreciate very much.

Got the air con servicing done with 7 Days Air Con Technician Chong. He has an extensive knowledge of the equipment and explained in a precise way on the condition of the air con. Air con wasn’t cooling properly, so Chong checked in detail and suggested for chemical wash. Post which, air con started working with proper cooling. Chong was very well organised with all the tools and serviced superbly. Would recommend Chong to anyone looking for a trusted technician! 👏
