We engaged the company to fix the intercom system for our office . Over the chat, Ng is very confident that it is due to power supply issue. He turned up and fixed it within 15mins. Highly recommended. Will engage them as our company vendor .

The motor on my auto gate stopped working last week, so I reached out to a few suppliers for advice and an inspection. This was the only supplier who replied by asking, "Can you send a video of the issue?" instead of immediately saying, "An onsite inspection costs $XX." From there, they asked for a few more photos, gave me some great advice, and guided me step-by-step through the troubleshooting process. In the end, I was able to fix the gate completely by myself, all thanks to their help! I will definitely choose this supplier in the future—not just because they are kind, but because they genuinely care about solving the customer's problem rather than just putting profit first.

I got 8M Alarm System to replace my old Video Intercom system which was becoming erratic. 8M did a very good job diagnosing the faulty wires, replacing them and installed a new system. Workmanship was professional and neat.

Very super fast service, call and arrange for a service and it’s delivered within the same day, for my case it took just 3 hours. Gate motor fixed within the hour with reasonable charges, full recommendation if you got issues with your auto gate or the motor.

Had the security system, CCTV w NVR and auto gate system installed by Mr Ng's team last year. They generally work well, but have experienced some issues in the past year. There has been good customer service by Mr Ng and his team; they have provided reasonably promptly support over the phone and through site visits and the issues have since been rectified.

I engaged 8M Alarm Systems to shift my CCTV cameras to my new place. They were patient and accommodating and came down several times to assist me when I experienced several errors and issues with the electrical / data cables done by my renovation contractor. Their IT guy Nelson was very helpful and spent a good amount of time explaining the new set up and recording system to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a CCTV system in their home.
