Early morning, visited shop to purchase two cameras for office use. A young staff member began assisting me, but an old looking uncle walked in, scolded him for being an intern, and took over. The older man then served me with a glaring attitude and seemed completely disinterested in helping me. It came across as very unprofessional. Will not recommend to visit

Not helpful at all with technical support. Nobody is helping to address issues with their cctvs and none of the staff replied to calls for assistance.

Intern sent to my home is very polite but inexperienced. Failed to connect 2 out of 4 cams of the same password and insisted I have given wrong password. He took a picture of my cam password too without asking for permission and did not reset it. I hope interns with less experienced to be accompanied by an experienced staff, otherwise they took a long time to complete the job and yet not able to fully accomplished it.
