Our MIWA lock jammed, and replacing it will cost $1500. When I showed Alex the lock picture, he quickly sent me a WhatsApp message with some advice on how to unjammed. We followed his instructions, updated him with pictures and videos. He walked us through the process step by step, and we managed to successfully unjam the lock! We’re so thankful we reached out to Alex. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he’s also willing to share his experience and help us out. Alex, you’re amazing!

Prompt service and convenient mode of payment and return of change ( if you don't have exact cash for the discounted price of the service provided ). If you are located near Serangoon area, the locksmith would be able to reach you soon physically.

Alex truly deserves the 5 star ratings. Called him at 3.30am in the middle of the night. Quickly, he responded and came down at 4am with urgency, fixed the broken door knob within 5 mins. $250 to fix due to midnight charge, usual $150. But would I say his service was worth it? Yes. Reliability, expertise. More than 20 years of locksmith experience, he’s a genius with locks. Btw he also do key duplicating, unlock car door, motor bikes, etc etc.

Let me start of by saying that I'm so appreciative that this service exists!! You don't think about this until it happens to you and unfortunately, it happened to me. I was mindlessly doing things out of routine and I locked both my topbox key and bike key in my topbox. My partner did a quick Google search and Axel was one of the few suggestions with very good review! Lucky, that this incident happened within the area he was that day too. Alex was very quick to respond to my call and easy to communicate with. When he arrived, which was about a 30-45mins wait, he got started immediately and it didn't take him any longer than 5mins (only a couple, in fact) to pick the lock and set it free - very impressive! Though I do not wish this upon anyone, but if you need to, I highly recommend Alex - 100% a professional at his craft.

Quoted across a few locksmiths, when i asked him he said “u ask other people alr what. Just take their price” quite rudely. Edit to reply: There was no mention at all about sending a pic or that you were on the line or working on another job to me. You might be thinking of another customer.

Alex responds fast and timely. He came down on the day I called and rectified my toilet door lock issue. While it is an installation issue by the developer themselves, he still managed to get it functioning properly after coming down to inspect the problem. Highly recommended. Great service with great attitude 👍🏻

I don’t usually give reviews but Alex was incredibly helpful, easy to coordinate with and very proactive. I called him to fix a safe that was jammed and he was flexible with his time (came at 9pm at night), he had all his tools and gadgets with him, he was friendly and helpful and gave tips while he was working on the safe. Needless to say, he solved my problem and eased the stress that came with it! What a relief!

Highly recommended for all digital door lock emergencies! I had some issues with my digital lock late at night and was really stressed out but Alex was very patient and helpful. He tried to guide us step-by-step over the phone offering clear and practical advice to troubleshoot the problem. His prices were the most reasonable out of all the locksmith that I contacted. His replies were prompt and he was available and ready to assist without hesitation. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just doing a job. Truly a life saver! Was trapped for 30 mins inside the bathroom @ 12am & couldn't open the door despite several attempts. Glad I had my mobile with me & managed to find 24 hours Alex Locksmith. Alex answered the call promptly & arrived swiftly in 15 mins to the rescue. He even sent me his live location while he's on his way. Courteous, willing to explain his charges. Honest about the fact that he wasn’t charged toll so gave a $10 discount. Suggested practical solutions to avoid a lockout from our digital door in the future.
