The person with the phone number listed in the website takes your deposit and MIA. I installed with them few years back and now many issues. Buy from them at your own risk.

These people are cheaters, DO NOT ENGAGE THEM. In 2022 we engaged Ben to do the wiring in our home. He came over and told us that he was able to do the work. We paid him deposit of almost 1k. Everyday he would give an excuse, workers sick, covid etc. Finally we had to engaged another company to do our wiring. We have been asking him to return our money, but till today he disappeared with my money.

I cannot in good conscious give this business a good review anymore after I found out that my neighbour 2 floors above also engaged them and they left his project unfinished after my neighbour made full payment. Apparently AP Vision also did painting (half-way done) for my neighbour Another note, I also found out 2 of my RJ45 ports that was moved is not working. Original Review: 5 stars I had entrusted Daryl and his team to work on my BTO as electricians for my renovation. Among the works done are as follows: 1. Run neutral wiring for all switches. 2. Custom electrical for carpentry like LED strip, power points and switches 3. Create + install fan and lighting points. 4. Move / create power points. 5. Install Video Doorbell with wired power. They completed the work to my satisfaction. When there were hiccups along the way, they were fast and flexible. Communication is also fast. Quotation price is quite competitive especially for running the neutral wiring. Here is what my Interior Designer had to say about AP Vision: "(AP Vision is) very responsive and fast. My other client used their own (other) electrician and took three times longer (than AP Vision) and (AP Vision) work (is better). (When) I told (AP Vision) to straighten the crooked switches and other defects and the next day they go down do straightaway."

Their slogan is a joke.Totally unprofessional after-sales attitude. I called to get repairs done on our door alarm which was giving off loud beeps nonstop. Darrell, who handled the sales and installation, cancelled 3 times and all at the last minute when I set aside the timings to meet and resolve the matter. Lame excuses like forgot, overlooked, didn't receive the texts etc.,,They are very good at presenting their 'best services" when selling you but good luck on getting them to return to handle any hiccups after. Purchase at your own risk.

Terrible company, Not only did they fail to fulfill their financial obligations, but they also attempted to deceive by providing false transaction records. This raised concerns among suppliers, prompting us to block any further dealings with this company. Caution is strongly advised when considering any business interactions with them.

Do not trust this company. Dissapointing service. Only good when asking for your payment. After payment, all pattern come out. Delay here and there. All kinds of excuses will be given. Never fulfill all the job properly. Then promised refund for unfinished job. But refund never came. Chase and chase but never bother to even answer phone call or whatsapp. Deal with them at your own risk. No ethics at all. This kind of company spoil the name of the contractor industry. Problematic and dishonest. Zero stars should be given...

WORST after sales service ever. Never fixes the problem, fix one time few hundred dollar and spoil within 3 months. Message them to fix again and they say will check and never reply back. Often have to spam message them to even get them to reply and on actual appointment date doesn't show up. Ignoring calls. Find another vendor. Don't waste your time.

This guy Darrel is a fraudster. His business AP vision is a scam company. Police complaint has been registered in his company for absconding by taking money from me to do electrical works. Even though he runs an electrical works company he falsely claims to have done some home interior design works. He is not a licensed personnel. Please stay away from him. His attitude is rude. He lies all the time. Never picks up the phone. When you talk to him on phone he always records the conversation without consent. Please do not engage him. He doesn’t have a physical office. Strongly recommend to stay away from this guy.

terrible, went MIA on my sister's house and did not follow safety standards. don't even bother asking them for quotation. Used old wiring codes, twisted wires. Not up to safety standards.

Recommended by one of our very good customer, approach Darrel & Co. Reasonable quotation with break downs, friendly and responsible team members. Before the final handover, did found some flaws on the LED panels, but team managed to rectify it before the actual opening next day. Good to have a cozy shop with a simple and elegant lighting. My family moved to a resale flat and had engaged AP Vision to clean up and redo the electrical component of our old flat. Their quotes were very competitive and value for money. This however, did not compromise on quality. Darrel, the coordinator was very responsive, understanding and very easy to talk to. He made sure everything was done according to our needs and wants. Any changes was also dealt with by them promptly and efficiently. Their ground personnel, kartik and mathi, were also understanding and did a good job of removing and relaying the new wires. At the end of the project, they completed it in double quick time with very little delays and everything we wanted was done up really well. Thank you AP for accomodating to all our needs and demands for our house!

Goes missing after taking deposit, and resulted in delay of renovation by more than 2 momths. Eventually had to get another electrician to finish up the remaining work. Warning do not pay them any deposit and only make payment after the work is completed.

Engaged them to install 2 CCTVs for my home, and was pleasantly surprised by how good their customer service is in terms of advice and quick responses. Kartik and Andy that came down was also friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

The entire project was waiting for electrician before handing over. Delayed for at least a month without prompt communication from Darryl. - 29 Oct: electrician sent invoice - 31 Oct: electrician started chasing for payment. We paid 90% deposit. - 12 Nov: Hologramme communicated that pending electrician to come down 15 Nov to complete electrician points. - 16 Nov: Electrician still did not appear but at 10AM, Hologramme said he will be here today afternoon as part of project coordination role. My partner took leave to go to site as he needs to explain / see some things live. At 4PM, after waiting for 6h, We are told the electrician can’t come… (false alarm #1) - 17 Nov: ID communicates that electrician said most of his guys got COVID. Offers a refund but not the full amount. How do you do that with exposed wiring and half-done work as it makes checking hard? - 22 Nov: Communicated to finish on sat 27 November. - 28 Nov: NOTHING. not done lol. (False alarm #2) - 30 Nov to 02 Dec: Electrician came down to complete work but left half done. Lighting for the display case cannot be done. Came back before Christmas to finish up. It’s not even Darryl who turned up but his juniors

Unreliable and unethical. Wasn't able to start at the the agreed upon date. Gave them a week more but received zero updates and i had to chase them daily to get my refund which came 2 weeks later. Was given every single excuse under the sun. Edit: The delay was not the issue, if it was then I wouldn't have waited til after the second week to contact you. I was never informed, not even once any supposedly " faulty shipment" or delay. There was radio silence. The issue is zero communication, you brushing off your customers everytime over the phone.The lies about "finance department" when you can clearly Google to see how many staff you have.The 3 promised but missed refund dates. The customer shouldn't need to have to chase you for updates. Why would anyone trust your company with something as crucial as electrical wiring of their businesses or houses when you can't even treat them with common decency?

We were introduced to Darrel from AP Vision SG Pte Ltd by a friend who was also using their services for electrical works. After he came to our place for a site visit, we paid the deposit of 50% (~SGD 2.1K), and his guys proceeded to take out all the old wires of our resale flat. Things then went south quickly after that. We decided to drop AP Vision before any works started, as we were worried that our house electrical/physical state may be compromised by their works. Red flags for us included the following: 1) Told us for OpenNet 2 trips could be arranged (trip 1:let loose wiring, trip 2: install optical terminal after TV console up) on his side to install optical terminal in tv console but in the end asked us to book ourselves and that he could only facilitate on site. We went to ISP to ask, they can only get OpenNet to do in 1 trip (cannot let loose, can only immediately install terminal). ID even voice messaged and communicated via text his plan for the 2 trips (to which Darrel said shouldn't be a problem (it was). We repeatedly asked Darrel regarding this because it's important for our design and he over-promised. 2) Our house theme involves placing electrical wiring in black PVC conduit pipes, and ID had provided a rough conduit design to Darrel for reference (via ID's own electrician when he had come to site for a discussion). ID had asked Darrel to come up with his own design/plan as usually there are technical aspects of the running of wires which ID may not know. From what we understand, usually electrician comes up with the electrical layout to ID and not the other way round due to this reason. On site, Darrel and his team initially said ok to most things and seemed clear how everything should be run, but nearing the date when works were about to start, Darrel showed that he was unclear and even asked ID for ID's planning design (ID had already showed Darrel and his team a rough design during our second site visit!). I also personally texted Darrel to update us once he completes the design and he said ok. Darrel's team was also asking things like should the conduit pipes be using half/full saddle. We feel that this should be electrician's expertise and they should be the one advising instead. Failure to capture potential issues based on carpentry and give advice during site visit causes multiple disruptions, wastes time and effort for everybody. 3) Postponement of meeting on the day we were supposed to meet at the unit as Darrel had to handover site to another client that day. I wanted everybody to be on site (Darrel, ID, wife and I) to minimise any chance of blame pushing/miscommunication regarding the works to be done. My wife works shift so it's very difficult for us to plan a time when all of us are free at the same time. Her leaves usually need to be planned a month or more ahead. 4) Removal of wiring works done unprofessionally. Very roughly done leaving many big patches which added a substantial cost for plastering works. Sockets, casing, fans all not dismantled cleanly but left in their place after cutting the wires. It should be implied that electrical work would cover removal of these items. Trunking not disposed and was placed in one of the rooms. ID needed to ask his own guys to finish Darrel's job as it was affect their works. Wiring from DB was hanging low posing safety hazard, it should have been coiled up safely and tucked to a corner. ID did not reveal these to us and settled them on his own as he did not want to seem like finding fault. He only told us and sent us pictures when we probed. 5) Darrel kept asking us for things which he was supposed to come up with. To us, it seemed like he was lost/blur. Examples are sockets and switch placement plan. We already went through once on site with ID and Darrel (my wife even drew out the whole house socket plan and already passed to him).

BIG shoutout to Darrel, Arjun, Andy & Jack! site visit and quote process was efficient, comfortable and straightforward. let the guys know what you want, they advise on feasibility and provide suggestions to improve the aesthetics. once done, they go back and BAM, quote is out, if the price is right: date will be fixed. upon confirmation, give them your dates 1-2 weeks in advance, dont worry about the timeline because the process is hassle free, as long as it’s within their means, when you want it to be done, they will get it done. workmanship is tip top standards with excellent circuit breaking component (i did rewiring with them). i swear to god the amount of commitment from the team is at 200% high i couldn’t help to always buy them lunch and water when i know they will be coming over to do the works. in summary, price was damn reasonable & workmanship was highly meticulous. do not hesitate to let them know what you want, what kind of colour/switches/function you require because as well know, the expert knows it well! once again, thank you AP vision and the entire team, without you guys I might be homeless, finding a place to rent and incurring additional expenses (storage of my furnitures etc). my renovation couldnt make it without you guys man. cheers!
