To whom so ever it may concern.... This has been my experience dealing with APAC and in particularly Diya. It has been a pleasurable experience dealing with Diya. Changes were accomodated where needed. My requirements were well understood and executed. The packing was also well organised withh the crew turning up on time and the packing finished relatively on time. Diya kept me posted along the way of the changes to the volume of the cargo amd a financial difference was accepted and paid. I wold not hesitate to recoment APAC to any of my friends and relatives. Thanks you once again.

APAC Movers provided an extremely professional end-to-end service for our recent relocation from Singapore to Sydney. Our entire shipment arrived door-to-door in perfect condition, exactly 2 months from the shipping date. The packing team was meticulous, handling all our belongings with immense care, and thoroughness. Special thanks to Unni, who personally visited our home twice to re-evaluate our inventory as our shipping list changed, and Kamalini, our primary point of contact, who was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and email throughout the entire journey. Unni and his moving crew are genuine, top-tier professionals. The team who managed our packing were super nice and patient folks who packed every item much to our satisfaction and with utmost care. I recently engaged APAC Relocation for a Singapore → Kuala Lumpur household shipment, and overall I had a very positive experience with the Singapore-side handling. Special thanks to Ms. Diya, who was my main coordinator throughout the process. She was patient, responsive, and consistently helpful despite my many questions and changing logistics considerations. What I especially appreciated was her proactive coordination once an earlier shipment window became available — instead of the originally estimated 4–6 weeks, my shipment could be delivered in around 2 weeks, and she worked closely with me to coordinate a delivery timing that matched my travel schedule and helped avoid unnecessary extra charges. I was also genuinely impressed by the Singapore packing/loading crew. The team of three worked efficiently and professionally, and the supervisor in particular demonstrated very strong packing skills for bulky and fragile items. Having previously used a premium international relocation company for my move from New York to Singapore, I can honestly say APAC’s packing quality on the Singapore side was surprisingly good — especially considering they are positioned as a more budget-friendly mover. One area where I think APAC could further improve is the physical truck/loading setup used on the Singapore side. The lorry appeared to be a more basic open-sided vehicle requiring external rain covers during loading. While the crew handled everything carefully and professionally, upgrading the transport fleet and presentation would further strengthen customer confidence and better reflect the quality of the staff and coordination team. Overall, I appreciate the strong customer coordination, responsive communication, and hardworking packing crew, and I’m looking forward to a positive Malaysia-side delivery experience.

My moving experience recently with APAC was fantastic. They were fast, prompt and very much customer oriented. I was moving from Singapore to Cochin and APAC did a good job from start Almost a month before, I have contacted them, including some other movers too. They have visited the premises, assessed the items to move, and later arranged the quote. Detailed and explained the quote. I have selected APAC, because the way they convinced me and given a black & white contract/quote for entire operation. Within 1.5 days they neatly and safety packed all goods and shipped it. I have used TR and was a door to door delivery. Within next 2 weeks, goods arrived at my door in Kerala. Customes clearance was through Chennai port. I sent my PP by courier and APAC team at Chennai managed the rest, and returned the PP safely. Goods arrived at my door step and they unloaded, unpacked and placed the items at right locations. They have taken back all the waste packing materials too. Most importantly, APAC team from Singapore and Chennai were in touch with me throughout the process. Really pleased with the professional service and I will suggest APAC, if you are in need of them.

Just relocated from uk for the second time. The team from APAC were so helpful. The guys in particular were all excellent. When the treadmill would not fit into the lift, you could see that they really made every attempt. In the end, I dismantled the handles. They took a great deal of effort in protecting my floors and walls. I really could not asked for better movers, made a stressful move a lot less so. Would recommend them to anybody.

I had recently engaged with APAC relocation services to relocate my house things from Singapore to New Zealand via sea. We used APAC Relocation twice for two difficult logistical moves - to Norway and back to Singapore some 2 years later. Though the moves required multiple handovers with local entities we found APAC were excellent at handling and coordinating all parties. Our belongings were delivered on time, undamaged - and with even the boxes virtually unmarked. Nothing lost or damaged and the process for marking off the deliveries was simple and efficient. Throughout the moves Lilli Shen was very helpful and always responded quickly to any queries or change of details from our side. We would recommend dealing with her particularly - though the entire APAC team were efficient and courteous throughout. Very happy with the APAC service - and we will use again on any subsequent relocations.

Apac relocation was super helpful and the only one amongst the 4 vendors i spoke to, who provided 2 different quotes according to my needs. Then they inspected and finalised the quote which was reasonable and competitive. Sheetal was excellent and helpful throughout this process. Amir, Hir and Thanesh was the team who came for the packing and did an excellent job of packing without any hassle and they were a friendly crew. Relocated some home items from Singapore to Qatar. It was a hassle free experience dealing with APAC Relocation.
