It’s that time of the year again when I engage Apex Hygienic for our regular mattress and sofa fabric cleaning and I’m once again very satisfied with their service. This marks my fifth time engaging them and I can honestly say they’re the only cleaning service I trust. One of the main reasons I keep going back to Apex Hygienic is their genuine approach. Unlike many companies, they don’t push to upsell or recommend services I don’t need. What really stands out is that they put health first, especially since one of the team members has experienced eczema themselves. This makes them more mindful and committed to cleaning thoroughly and safely. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers’ well-being. Their professionalism, attention to detail and transparent pricing give me peace of mind every time. I can always expect a thorough job with no shortcuts or hidden costs. It’s refreshing to find a company that values integrity and delivers consistent quality. Thank you once again Apex Hygienic, for your excellent and honest service. It’s always a pleasure having you over. I’m excited to sleep on my freshly cleaned mattress tonight, it truly feels like new every time! Highly recommended.

I SHOULD have read the reviews prior to engaging them. They claimed they had many 5 star reviews. I wonder how they got them in the first place! 1. Cleaner was extremely rude. I was in the toilet when they arrived. Hence I told them to proceed with a particular mattress first. But when I came by, I found the cleaner cleaning the MATTRESS TOPPER and not the mattress. I am sure the cleaner must have cleaned long enough to differentiate what is a TOPPER and what is a MATTRESS. I told him it’s wrong, to proceed with the mattress below instead. Instead of being apologetic, he said your husband told me this one. And was very cold throughout. I had asked for a 1 seater sofa to be cleaned prior, he asked me then. But I had to check with the kids again. He didn’t verify with me again. But instead walked out of the home. Without asking for any checks or verification with the machine and simply said THANK YOU. Walked out. Called no answer. Admin called no answer and hide behind what’s app only. Yet prior to the cleaning they kept emphasizing extra charges for this and extra charges for that if not done properly etc 2. Service was EXTREMELY FAST! They merely took a vacumn and vacumn all the mattress in under 10 mins each. Arrived at 11.30am. Out by 12.00pm. I had 5 mattresses to be cleaned. It’s like using a powerful vacumn like Delphin or Rainbow to vacumn for you and charge $80 each!!! It’s better to engage professional cleaners NOT them who will put in proper care to clean the mattresses and not put in flowery language to disclaim themselves from stains. Picture of my “mouldy” mattress after cleaning. And all mattresses are extremely WET after. No explaination NOTHING to advise us. Yet they sent a lengthy message prior to advise us what we cannot put on the mattresses etc or they will charge us. And lengthy message to highlight stains WILL NOT be removed to disclaim themselves from it. If you expect more, better not use them. Also, do note that they will claim stains will not be removed because of no chemicals used. That’s bcos the cleaning process is as good as fast food!

Booked a mattress steam cleaning for a queen-size bed at $90. I wasn’t home during the session, so I cannot personally verify the cleaning quality: only the duration, which was about 15 minutes. The cleaner was very punctual, which I appreciated. Communication was smooth, and the overall coordination was hassle-free. However, the website mentioned: “Away from home? Receive a video of the extracted dirt after cleaning for peace of mind.” In my case, I only received a photo, not a video. so I couldn't really assess how effective the extraction was. From a timing perspective, 15 minutes feels more like a VERY surface-level clean rather than a full deep steam clean, which usually takes around 45 to 90 minutes for a queen mattress. This might be fine if you're just doing a light refresh. But if you're expecting a more thorough deep clean, or if you're not home during the appointment, I recommend checking beforehand on what will be done and what proof will be provided. Overall: Punctual and polite, but results were hard to gauge remotely, and the timing raised questions.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend them. From the start, the interaction was unpleasant but I was desperate as I needed the cleaning to be done urgently and my usually company was fully booked.. The representative who arrived didn’t greet me and walked straight into my bedroom without asking—completely inappropriate and unprofessional.when I asked him where he was going he said to do my headboards but shouldn’t he tell me before simply walking into my room ? He then looked at one of my sofas and claimed he couldn’t clean it because it was velvet. In reality, the sofa is suede, and I’ve had it cleaned regularly by another company for years without any issues. Unfortunately, they weren’t available for this urgent job, which is the only reason I tried this company. When I explained that the sofa had been cleaned before, he seemed annoyed and insisted he was uncomfortable doing the job. He eventually offered a refund and left. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and a terrible experience.

I engaged them in cleaning 1 king mattress, 2 head pillow, 2 bolster, 6 pieces of soft toy. Im very surprised because he got it done ridiculously fast. Reached at 11.15am, done by 11.37am. The outcome wasn’t as pictured in their advertisements. The mattress, pillows, and bolsters are VERY wet afterwards. It’s more of a touch and go service. Not going to engage them anymore.

Booked an appointment and then they went unresponsive. Not picking calls or replying to messages. Edit: i actually paid the deposit as well unlike the claim made. I was just texted with refund and then blocked from WhatsApp so that they don't even have to wait for a reply. I then sent sms too but no response

It was my first time using a steaming and deep cleaning service for my sofa, two baby car seats, and two carpets. The staff was informative and professional over WhatsApp, providing clear instructions on what to expect. Aaron arrived punctually and worked efficiently on all the items. I appreciated that he sent videos of the pouring out of dirty water in my toilet, as I was curious to see how much dirt had accumulated. Aaron is the person that I had liaise with and also who came to clean my mattresses (1 King, 1 Single) and sofa. This is my 2nd time engaging Apex Hygienic. Service was good - prompt responses, with clear instructions and was punctual. He came in, went straight to my Master Bedroom and got his act together and began to clean. Followed by the single mattress and my sofa. What I appreciated is how dedicated he is to his work. Actions speak louder than words. Not much of communication needed. Arrived: Hi there... Done: all completed, thank you. He would take a video of the dirty water that his equipment had absorbed, send to you before flushing down the toilet bowl. Hassle free payment as its by PayNow. Utilised welcome-back $99 promo and cleaned 1x super single, 1x king, 4pc full fabric dining chair. Served by 1x service staff. 5 stars for punctuality. They even came earlier than expected (but texted first to confirm). 5 stars for efficiency: Observed them spraying wet solution, then vac it up. The solutions don’t sit on your mattress though, and it gets sucked up pretty soon. They do spray all 4 visible surrounding sides (just not bottom) of each mattress as well. They do disclaimer very clearly in initial WhatsApp: this promo is primarily to remove dust mites, dust, etc, and not lift stains, which we agreed upon. Drying time with aircon was about 3 hours. Compared to other companies specialising in hot-steam clean, lift stains, vac dry etc, this falls short of the super squeaky-clean mark, BUT, for the price listed on their website $15/item > 4pc, the quoted price + cleaning scope is really reasonable, so based on this, I would recommend.

Didn't expect some of the stains on the mattress and office chair was able to remove. Didn't managed to take a closer photo of the office chair before cleaning :( Top notch services provided by both Aaron and Melvin, highly recommended. Will definitely engage their service again.

I tried Apex for the first time, after having tried other companies. Aaron was textually communicative, and Melvin who arrived for the task was polite and did a good job extracting the unknowns from my two mattresses and a sofa. I appreciate that they charge a flat price for 3 pieces of anything, much simpler that way compared to other companies who made things unnecessarily difficult for themselves and their customers.

My husband was sceptical that our sofa could be cleaned well as he had bought 2 equipment:a special dirt extraction equipment and a heavy duty steamer to clean the sofas. Our helpers used these equipment to clean our sofas but our sofas were never as cleaned as when Aaron, the Apex personnel cleaned it. We have 3 huge dogs that caused our sofas to be perpetually dirty. Aaron did a fantastic job. He told us that some stains could not be removed but honestly he did a really good job with our bench. The stains are not noticeable any more. Our sofas and carpets were also cleaned very well. Most of the stains are gone .They feel so fresh and they smell great. We are really impressed by the service rendered by Aaron. He was punctual, professional and spent a lot of time cleaning my stuff. We can tell he takes pride in his work and we are so pleased with his excellent work. We will definitely hire him again to clean our sofas, carpets etc.

Aaron was responsive and the best to work with. He came earlier than scheduled with my permission to get the job done and a job well done he did! I had requested to clean a queen sized mattress, 3 seater sofa and an ottoman and the results were visible. All 3 looked cleaner after the cleaning. Do note that some stains were still visible as this is a cleaning service and not a stain removal service, perfect for me as i have a son with allergies and eczema. This will do him good and i can have a clear mind now that all is clean! Thank you so much Aaron for the wonderful job!

Hi there! Today, I engaged their services. I appreciated how fast and efficient the service was. However, the main thing that disappointed me was that I had booked for my mattress and carpet, both of which had been bought for over a year. I was instructed to prepare the mattress before the service man arrived, so I only got to see how clean my mattress looked on the day of my appointment itself. I mentioned to the service man that my mattress seemed quite clean, but he proceeded to vacuum and clean it anyway, which, honestly, felt pointless to me. I could have used the service to vacuum other dirty items, like pillows and smaller carpets. I understand that the service man was just doing his job, but I wish to provide feedback that perhaps the vendor should have checked the items I wished to clean beforehand, assessing their level of dirtiness. It felt like my money was wasted cleaning something that didn't necessarily need it. As a first-time customer of this type of cleaning vacuum service, I now know what to check for in the future. Overall, I'm still happy with the service, albeit feeling a bit bittersweet.
