The staffs from urban company and apple cleaning company hoard the common corridor with so many stuffs and rubbish for many hours! Blocking the walkway and the emergency exit. So unprofessional and inconsiderate!!

The house we contracted them to do was absolutely filthy. If we had done the job ourselves, we would have taken at least a full 2 to 3 days just to get it done. Super thankful for Team Hotel for being super effecient and immensely professional throughout the session. We'd definitely contract them again for big cleans or even aircon and regular maintenance. Truely appreciate this service and keep up the good work ❤️

Fantastic cleaning services from Team Hotel from Apple Cleaners! They are friendly and helpful. Despite the hiccups of delay by us due to no key to enter house, they did their best to help us to clean and even offered to help to come back next day to clean remaining areas. I am impressed with the extra miles that they offered. They have very professional equipment for deep floor cleaning, and the places they cleaned really smell like Hotel. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and clients.

After my rental room change to this company. The room cleaning more better than last time. Especially Ms. Ei Ei very hard working and very good service.

Contrary to other reviews, my own experience of engaging them for 3hours house cleaning was mediocre. staff dont seem well trained or experienced and honestly pretty slow and do less than what other cleaners can do in that 3hrs. The only redeeming factor is that they have good customer service and got a 2nd staff to come when i asked to cut the session short seeing their work. However, 2nd staff was only a bit better but still far from my satisfaction. Update: after the disastrous 1st session, they offered a free cleaning session as service recovery. The staff this time was good and I signed up with them long term specifying that staff. I think it’s been maybe 9 months now and I’ve had 2 staff - Ms Tint and Ms Saw both are great. the only thing is not great is that their prices keep increasing. They started out value for money but now prices almost comparable to the big mainstream cleaning companies/app but I’m paying for half a year upfront. If prices increase again then I’ll need to look elsewhere cos it won’t make economical sense.

I’m very impressed with the cleaning service. The company is reliable, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Booking was simple and communication was clear throughout. A special thanks to the staff EI EI who assigned to my house—very hardworking, detail-oriented, and respectful of my home. Every corner was spotless, and extra care was taken with areas I usually find hard to clean. She worked efficiently yet thoroughly, and left the place feeling fresh and organized. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy and quality cleaning.

On the first cleaning session, Thet, the cleaning supervisor, came down to walk through the office. He took time to understand what needed to be done and made sure that the cleaner understood. I really appreciate this as it ensured that he knew what was going on. When a new cleaner was assigned, Thet also came down with the new cleaner to brief her. I have worked with a number of cleaning companies and this is the first to do this. Would totally recommend them. The cleaners were all pleasant and did their best whenever they came in. Cleaner Anju was gentle and hardworking. She took the initiative to clean under the large carpet we have in the reading corner.
