My first time moving in Singapore, I’d say they will be my first and last moving company. Ascent Movers was recommended to me by a friend who used their services before, and I was comparing between different companies at that time. But I decided to go with them because of their pricing and reputation. For context, I have only one room to move. I got quotes from two other companies which they quoted me for $300+, and charge extra for moving box usage and deposit. After I got quote from Ascent, it was a more reasonable price and they provide all moving boxes and everything u need to pack, like bubble wrap and tape. On the moving day itself, they arrived on time as scheduled, and checked through everything before start loading. The moving and loading time took about 30 min, including dismantle my friend’s bed, which they were professional and took extra care of it. Their professionalism and efficiency is what truly impress me. I’d 100% recommend their service, and myself will use again if I’d ever have to move again!

Very professional team. The move was smooth. They were careful will the items and even went out of the way to place the boxes in separate rooms. Would definitely recommend!

I chose Ascent because of their stellar track record and the sincerity of staff Thomas. His communication was exceptional and very assuring. On the move day, the team was punctual and fantastic, especially the leader really took initiative and was very customer oriented. I'm so glad I chose them.

Had a really good experience with Ascent Movers! 😊 The team was professional, accommodating and very efficient throughout the whole move. I requested a moving slot quite last minute, and the team really tried their best to accommodate me and managed to squeeze us into their already busy schedule. I could tell the team had been rushing from other jobs that day, but despite that, they still made every effort to provide good service. Our new place was still undergoing some renovation touch-up, with a few contractors working around the house at the same time, but the movers handled everything very smoothly and professionally without any fuss. They worked fast, coordinated well and made the whole moving process much easier for us. Really appreciate the team’s hard work and positive attitude. Would definitely recommend Ascent Movers! 👍

Huge shoutout to Ascent Movers for their incredible service yesterday! They handled everything from packing to item disposal with top-notch professionalism. The team worked fast, respected my home, and made the whole experience completely hassle-free. If you need professional movers who actually care, look no further. Highly recommended!

The team are always friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced, making the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. What I appreciate most is their consistency. The service quality has remained excellent every time, which is why I continue to come back to them whenever I need moving support.

Used Ascent Movers to pick up a secondhand bed frame and mattress I bought off a seller on Carousell. Booking was smooth, admin quoted me really quickly over WhatsApp with no back and forth, made the whole thing easy to arrange on short notice. The movers themselves were fast, efficient, and professional throughout the pickup and delivery. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond, they pointed out defects on the bed frame that the seller hadn't disclosed to me beforehand. That's not something you'd expect from a moving service, but it genuinely saved me from finding out the hard way after everything was already set up. Really appreciated the honesty and the extra care. Highly recommend Ascent Movers, will definitely be using them again for future moves!

This is the first time my family is using Ascent Movers services for moving house. The movers came early and they worked fast. They were also very helpful to my family as we had many things to move to the new house. They wrapped all my boxes and things, especially my fridge, very carefully. Their service is highly recommended. Thank you Ascent Movers for your professional service which ensured that my house-moving went smoothly.

I had a great experience with this moving company and would highly recommend them. From the start, they were very prompt in responding to all my questions and were always polite and professional. The quotation provided was transparent, and there were no hidden charges—the final price was exactly as quoted. The moving team was punctual and handled everything with care. I was especially impressed with how they dismantled and reassembled my difficult wardrobe. They did an excellent job, and everything was put back together securely and professionally. Overall, the entire moving process was smooth and hassle-free. Thank you for the excellent service!

Excellent service, professional and very friendly and helpfull. Our matrass was not passing through the stairs to the second floor, where the master bed room is. I was fine with leaving it in the room downstairs but they incisted and pulled the matras up to the terrasse on the second floor and installed it in the master bed room. Excellent service and doing that extra effort to make sure everything is perfect was amazing. Thank you will be using your services again.

Another superb move by Ascent - with team leader Kelvin and his team of 15. Large items and small were treated with care and speed / they brought the dragon pot along with the lily and enough water to make sure this little guy flowered on Day 2 after the move. Truly, we flourish where we are planted - but only when moved with great care. Thank you Ascent!

Hired Ascent Movers to move between HDB flats. Communication with Thomas was clear, friendly, and professional. Planning was efficient and direct (no templated/AI-sounding messages), and it was straightforward to coordinate the drop-off and collection of the cardboard boxes. We went with full-house packing. They also offered boxes in advance for self-packing. The quotation process was straightforward: they estimated the number of truckloads from the photos we provided, with the final amount depending on actual volume. The final was only about 0.25 truckloads more than estimated, and it didn’t feel inflated. On moving day, the packing was well-managed by the supervisor even though some team members seemed less experienced. Everything was wrapped and packed well, and delivered without loss or damage. Minor issues: Instead of sending some boxes for self-packing, they initially sent the full set of 60 boxes which was more than we needed, but promptly collected the excess after we informed of the issue. Also, a few boxes meant for the study room (heavy books) ended up in the living room, so we had to shift them during unpacking. Overall, still a smooth, fuss-free experience that greatly reduced the stress of moving house. Highly recommend Ascent Movers!

Was referred by a friend to this company and I am really impressed with their service! On the moving date, the staff were efficient and experienced in handling all our items. Overall I am really satisfied with their service and will definitely engage them in the future! Thank you Ascent Movers team for your wonderful service! :)

How many companies can pull off over 1,000 reviews and keep every single one at five stars? Not many, but Ascent is one of them. This was my fourth house move with them, and every time I think it can’t get any better, they manage to blow me away with their efficiency, professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. If you want a moving company that completely takes away the stress, look no further. The best part of being a repeat customer is that they know the drill so well—often with the same familiar faces—that I don’t even need to be there. Kelvin is amazing, and Thomas is a total lifesaver who always finds a solution no matter what. I could go on and on, but simply put: thank you for everything!

We engaged Ascent Movers for our move on 25th July from a referral. We had a number of requirements & restrictions for the move and Thomas handled them all well. As it was a condo move from a 5-room HDB on a Saturday we only had half a day to finish up everything. Planning was done perfectly by Thomas & his team to ensure the move was completed within 4 hours. We were very impressed & grateful to Thomas & his team for making our move a very smooth one. We would highly recommend Ascent Movers!

If you want less stress for your move, then choose Ascent Movers. Prior to moving day, our agent, Mala, was very helpful and responsive in setting everything up. The team of 5 that they sent over on the actual day were professional, courteous, friendly, and very efficient. This has been our best experience moving.

I cannot recommend Ascent Services too highly. I recently had a very stressful situation as my landlord required me to vacate my apartment temporarily for roof works. The "temporary" turned out to be for seven months! Ascent handled my move out and stored all my belongings, which they brought back in perfect condition. I was expecting disasters after storing my carpets, fridge and electrical equipment in a non-airconditioned space for so long but actually -- amazingly -- nothing even smelled musty. I did not have to do loads of laundry. With regard to the whole procedure, I found Thomas' coordination and management very reassuring. Communications were fast and informative. For the two moves the teams were amazing - they worked hard with excellent coordination. I live on the top floor of a walk up block so this was even more impressive. The team leaders for each move - Adrian and Michael were excellent, both in managing the move and in giving me confidence. For the return move, the guys hung my heavier pictures and wall hangings, which was an enormous help amidst the chaos. When I had unpacked all the boxes, they were removed within an hour of me contacting Thomas. I will definitely use Ascent again when the need to move arises. Addition July 14th 2026 I used Ascent again last week and their service was again beyond excellent. As always, communication was very clear and they arrived on time to wrap my stuff carefully. They went the extra mile by coming back later in the afternoon with something I had thrown away by mistake. It was my mistake and I had offered to go to their office to collect it but they insisted on coming back. How kind was that? I have no hesitation in recommending Thomas and his team!

Look no further ! I have used 9 other movers and Ascent was by FAR the best. It is a SIX star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ removal company ( and I’m fussy and selective 😂 and Google only allows 5 Star max ! ) Moving house with Ascent Movers was completely stress-free! From the moment we made our first enquiry until the day of the move, the entire process was smooth, reassuring, and professionally handled. Their prompt responses gave us confidence every step of the way. A special thank you to Thomas and his team. Their teamwork was outstanding—they were fast, efficient, careful, accurate, and incredibly neat. They handled everything with great care and made what could have been a stressful day feel so easy. We are truly grateful to my colleague for recommending Ascent Movers after using their services three times. Now we understand why! We highly recommend Ascent Movers to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy moving company. Thank you for making our move such a pleasant experience! (Adrian & Adeline)

The seller of my new place recommended Ascent to us and they were really good. The team was punctual and professional. They were super polite and really easy to work with. Despite how draining i imagined it to be (weather was crazy hot that day too), the team gave a super positive vibe and energy. What amazed me the most - Our unit was a 2-level unit and we were prepared to lug up boxes meant for rooms at the upper level other than the big sized furniture which we have informed beforehand for Ascent to help move up. On moving day, the team helped place the respective boxes at the intended room/part of my place (eg kitchen, kids room). And yes, they helped carried up all the boxes meant for the upper level. We were super impressed and thankful. We have engaged 2 movers before and they would simply drop off the boxes at our new place and leave. This is def what sets Ascent apart. We sought a 2 other quotations from other companies and Ascent's quoted price was reasonable. Thank you Ascent for giving us such a wonderful moving experience! We will be sure to engage yall again and highly recommend your services to friends and family.

Shoutout to the guys at Ascent Movers. I used them recently for a move and to get rid of some old stuff, and the entire process is seamlessly executed. They showed up right on time and got straight to work. I was super impressed by how fast they moved while still being really careful with all my gear. No scratches, no dents, just total pros who know what they’re doing. Helped to install and set up my sofa properly at my new place as well. Their disposal service was equally fantastic. They cleared out everything I needed to get rid of efficiently, leaving the spaces clear and neat. Highly recommend Ascent Movers 5/5.

I have engaged Ascent Movers for more than once for my moves in Singapore. Each time, the team has been professional, punctual, careful, and well-organised from start to finish. They handled all the items with great care, especially the fragile and bulky pieces. I was particularly impressed with how they carefully wrapped and provided proper padding for my marble tabletop to ensure it was well-protected during the move. Their attention to detail gave me great peace of mind. The team are always friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced, making the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. What I appreciate most is their consistency. The service quality has remained excellent every time, which is why I continue to come back to them whenever I need moving support. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, careful, and trustworthy moving company in Singapore.
