Excellent experience! Called them and was able to schedule one of their services the same day. Fair pricing, on time and good communication. Kishore was very professional and courteous. From moving out to moving in, he handled all of our things carefully. Highly recommend!

Service dropped tremendously. Requested 14ft lorry but on the day of move, a small van arrived with no prior communication. Mover suddenly attempt to cancel the move completely. Had to resort to a later time with a smaller 10ft lorry (2 trips), but mover still fail to arrive on time. Avoid this company at all cost if you want to save your time and money.

Engaged their services for the first time (vehicle & driver only - to moved some furniture & boxes including an additional pickup location). They responded promptly, punctual with arrangements, helpful & pleasant service, and to top it off, charges were very reasonable. This review is unsolicited and completely on my own accord. Not responsive. Request for a quote on 30 September 1130PM and got acknowledgment email stating that someone will get back to me the next day but nothing. Engaged another service provider in the end.

reading the reviews Syed is mentioned because of his friendliness. He made up for "Jasper" the planner who I chatted with weeks before my moving date. Jasper told the team at 12am and he told me 9.30 am. When I contacted him ( where are the movers??!) He never replied, and when I called him he didn't pick up. He didn't really care I was waiting for hours and getting worried because in most complexes you have to leave the condo before noon. Had to go through emergency options. I had to leave THAT day. I give it 2 🌟 because of the lack of customer care. Syed is friendly and the two movers are fast.

Rentalorry provided a very courteous service. They were on time and provided all that we asked for. The truck came with a tailgate which was very useful especially while moving the couch and the washing machines. Trolleys were also available to move other stuff. I'm sure the price is reasonable as well. We were able to move houses in a couple of hours. I'd highly recommend this service if you want to move houses. For other applications, I'm sure they'd have the appropriate service to suit your needs.

We engaged Syed and team yesterday 10jan to move a bed frame and mattress and they did it seamlessly. They did a great job dismantling and assembling the frame and wrap them up well. They were fast and took good care of our bed frame and mattress. Would definitely hire them again!

Excellent service. Syed and Team were completing the move as agreed (regarding time, quality, price). I can definitely recommend them. Edit used the company again in November 2019 and the service was excellent again. 5* rating is still valid.

so thankful I found rentalorry when I needed to move a Queen size mattress and frame from one location to another. Their price is reasonable and pretty fast turnaround when liasing with them. Will definitely use them again for ad-hoc services!

Arranged with the company to deliver new boxes on a Sunday prior to the moving date. No reply from the company whatsoever on the promised date, and wasted the whole day waiting for the boxes to come. What worse is that the company hotline does not work on Sunday. Decided to cancel moving service from the company immediately. Definitely do not recommend this moving company.

We hired RENTALORRY for our move and they were simply awesome. They were fuss-free, prompt and went the extra mile for us. Even when we had hiccups (mainly cats) which added a couple of layers of complications, they handled the situation professionally. Out of all the moving parts on moving day, RENTALORRY was top in making things easier for us. Plus, they're really affordable. :) Would definitely recommend them!

Used Syed a couple times now in Singers. Syed and his team are just the best. Syed is responsive in emails, and I’ve had some difficult management offices in the condos I have moved to and Syed has been happy to comply each time. His team pack and move Super quick and safe. If u need a guy with a lorry, Syed’s your guy for sure

Recently engaged Rentalorry to move some furniture (tables, chairs and sofa set) from my relative’s house over to mine, and I was really impressed with their service! The items were wrapped and in original condition. Movers were also on time and very efficient – this was really important for us as we had visitors that day! we required an urgent job to be done by the day itself and uninstall our glass boards. they are very efficient in respond. i called up in the morning and they come down by lunch time. they are professional as they know how to dismantle the glass boards and wrap it well. easy communication with the driver. overall, good well done.

We recently engaged Rentalorry for our house moving. Must say that they have good team work and gotten things done very quickly (but never reckless). They will shrink wrap and/or use corrugated paper to protect your furniture, painting and stuffs. Their fee is also reasonable. Something to note for those who are keen to engage their service - their standard box may be smaller than those offer by other movers. You may want to check with them if you prefer bigger boxes.

I had a pleasant experience with rentalorrty for a room move. Coordination with the operations lady, Charlotte was clear, fast and efficient. I gave her details of my items and quotation, confirmation and deposit payment were done smoothly and Super promptly. On the day of my move, shah and Ikhsan were kind and friendly and got everything to my New place on time. Price was reasonable compared to other Companies who quoted me exhorbitant prices. I'm Really please with the the entire move.

I had a pleasant experience with Rentalorry. The response was prompt and fuss-free. Hired a lorry to move house from lakeside to bishan. Driver was on time and carefully and professionally wrapped up my furnitures before moving. Am very satisfied with their service and will use them again!

Charlotte and Shawn are really efficient and reliable - I had to urgently move some frozen food to an event when my transportation broke down and within 30 mins, they arranged for a van for pick up. Friendly and willing to go the (literal) extra mile even when the drop off location was really inconvenient. I'll definitely use their services again. Two thumbs up for Rentalorry, you saved my event!

Driver was not friendly, our fragile items were not given the care that we expected. Some damages to our expensive merchandises were discovered after the shift. Hope more care can be observed.

Very bad experience, booked a 14ft lorry but 10ft lorry came. Was told by driver 14ft fully booked but not communicated to us earlier.

The service that Rentalorry rendered had exceeded my expectations. I requested for disposal service for my double-decked bed and desk and the price was reasonable. On top of that, the driver was punctual and came on the dot, and they were very speedy. Everything was completed within 20 minutes and I was highly satisfied with the service. Will definitely recommend Rentalorry, it did indeed end my worry!

Was able to rent an extremely comfortable passenger van from them at last minute notice. They were very accommodating and provided great services when I was doing the booking. Will definitely book my next rental through them again.
