Picking up day 2-3pm, 130pm no msg or calls, I had to call and check. 4pm then reply will check driver location. Ended up 8pm arrive. Take note about time management. Collected boxes and said 4-6 boxes cannot fit lorry, when in actual fact they didn’t stack properly on most trolley carrying 4-5 boxes only. After further pressing, then they manage to rearrange to 8-9 boxes per trolley. Please use same size boxes to ensure ease of stacking. Fast forward to sending back boxes to new house, same issue, late also. Best part, after dropping all, some boxes are badly damaged and was informed it’s normal due to 3mths storage. After they left, the next few days came back to do the unboxing, just realised one trolley full of boxes not delivered. Texted and was informed weekend not working. Monday I called and texted but no response till 1pm. In summary, Need to improve time management and communication. Update 1: Customer service manage to pick up call stating they are very busy. After 2 hrs worth of unanswered calls. Was informed they are only able to check later 6-7pm when staff back in warehouse after delivery. 7pm updated they found my items on a trolley stacked up at their warehouse. Claimed staff may have forgotten. That was why we called to check if there’s left behind etc but communication was poor. Will update tmr with rating if deliver in order or not. Update 2: Items delivered in good order. Thank u! Please reply to customers queries and update on what’s happening instead of keeping quiet. Final update, bumped the rating up to 3 as all my items have finally been delivered. After much stress initial stages worrying what happened to my stuff.

Traumatising experience, never again. Irresponsible group of people. Would give zero star but that’s not possible on Google. It was a terrifying experience with the company. From getting called unreasonable by the customer service, having my items lost (a bed and a wardrobe - these are bulky items, idk how they can lose it), received damaged items (bed frame was in good condition before delivery and suddenly there are hole and scratches) and getting ignored by the customer service whenever I ask for updates for my lost items. The movers are really nice tho. Nonetheless, have informed them that a police case will be lodged after a few more days.

ENAGED THEM AT UR OWN RISK Engaged them and mover was late for 1.5hrs with informing us until I called them to chase after the service. Due to delay in moving. Item from my fridge all defrosted and spoil Total we have 60boxes They do wrap carefully on the Item, but my monitor screen still cracked and mover refuse to compensate us and push all the blame to us Moving service was completed at 12am+. It was late and tiring night and we did not unpack until the next day 1pm. When we open, saw the screen cracked, we immediately mover and after checking, they mention it is our fault for not checking on the spot. I have file police report and CASE. CCTV are everywhere where we can see the timing Well ~ 12am, who will open up to check So on the same day, We unbox 60boxes to check. Please do not use them at all cost or at ur own risk Additionally, one thing to praise is the Myanmar guy who help us, serious knowledgeable and helpful

Did not do full wrapping for my bed despite request. Only the middle. So could be damaged or dirty during the process. The bottom where they stand it up was so black. they did get the job done eventually. Don't understand why it's so difficult to wrap? It's to protect the furniture which is a huge part of moving svcs. It's the most basic requirement . Even lalamove wraps better.

The worst movers we’ve ever encountered. Please beware of this company and avoid them at all costs. They are completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful. Despite being clearly informed — both by us and the condominium management — about the strict moving rules, they completely ignored all instructions. As a result, the move was a disaster. They only managed to move some personal belongings in boxes (between condos that are less than 1 km apart), but they failed to move a single piece of furniture. Their team arrived unprepared and wasted hours trying to arrange necessary equipment. Eventually, they just left the job halfway. We were then told they are fully booked for the next few days and will not be able to complete the move. So now, all of our furniture is stuck in the old condo, while we’re in the new place with just our clothes and boxes — literally sleeping on the floor. This level of negligence, dishonesty, and lack of responsibility is shocking. We’ve never experienced such poor service in our lives. Please don’t be misled by the positive reviews on Google — they are very likely fake. This is our real experience, and we are now left in a complete mess, caught between two homes with no resolution in sight. Avoid this company. They are not capable of delivering a proper moving service.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent service. The team was very effective and efficient throughout the move. Although there was a small hiccup, I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally it was handled—your responsiveness and sense of responsibility really stood out. The team arrived punctually, worked in an organised manner, and took great care with everything. Overall, it was a smooth and well-executed move. Great

Really satisfied with the service. We engaged Yongsen Movers for both moving and packing services. The packing service is beyond our expectation, they did with extra care and protection especially for fragile items. They provide 3-4 manpower as promised and arrived on time. Slight underestimation of the loads and a last-min change of unpacking rate in the quotation but overall the communication is transparent and straightforward. Highly recommend their service.
