Extremely poor customer service, does not respond to emails / phone calls for servicing. Our security company engaged then vehicle management system and it stopped working mid-term during contracts. We asked for technical details and fixes but company is not providing info. They keep asking for 10's of thousands of dollar to upgrade to new system ! Pls note that there is no comms on end-of-life or end-of-support of existing system. Beware of this company
