   My toilet was leaking and the fix worked for 3-4 months. It started leaking again. Atlas came to inspect and put some cement on the floor trap. After a few weeks, it leaked again. Called them and they did not respond to honor their defects warranty. To your response: the customer name is my wife. Call me if you want to honour your warranty.

   UPDATED REVIEW AS OF 19 AUGUST 2026 — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING I am updating my review because, after only ONE YEAR, mould has already started appearing — despite the fact that I specifically OPTED AND PAID FOR MOULD-RESISTANT PAINT. Seriously, what exactly did I pay extra for? If mould is already appearing after just one year, then I have every reason to question the quality and effectiveness of the so-called mould-resistant paint. This is completely unacceptable and certainly not what a customer would reasonably expect after paying extra for this option. What makes the situation even worse is their terrible communication and after-sales service. Liaising with the person through WhatsApp is an absolute nightmare. A simple question can take DAYS to get a reply, and that is only after I repeatedly chase and follow up. Why should a paying customer have to keep asking and chasing just to get a basic response? Taking days to answer a simple question is not proper customer service. It gives the impression that once the job is completed and payment has been collected, getting a response afterwards becomes the customer's problem. So now I have mould appearing after only one year despite paying for mould-resistant paint, together with extremely poor and frustrating after-sales communication. With this kind of product performance and service standard, HOW CAN ANYONE FEEL CONFIDENT ENGAGING THIS COMPANY FOR WORK? Based on my experience, I certainly would NOT recommend them. ================================================== After comparing few quotes, I finally engage on Atlas work for my whole house painting. Bernard is very professional and quick in replying. We chat like we know each other for long time. This is most impt in choosing contractor as the communication is impt. Before actual work, there was a Alot of changes here and there but he is patient and make sure he replies to all queries. As nothing is perfect in all company, same goes for Atlas. after painting there are parts not painted properly. Feedback to Bernard and he make sure all remedy work are done to perfection! End day, I am a happy customer. Look for Bernard, make sure he is busy and don't let him rest! 🤣

   I chanced upon Atlas Works from a social media posting, contacted them via whats app - and within a day or two, they responded - asked a few questions, I sent them photos of affected areas of my home - balcony, parapet, internal and external walls, floors etc. A site visit was arranged where Xavier - business development and technical person - came, went thru the concerned areas and gave me and my wife a snapshot of the root problems …. I have hired other waterproofing contractors before - but over the years all they did was replaster, recoat with waterproofing and painting .. but problem persists. A few years ago, i even hacked and replaced my balcony flooring and tiling .. still, we had problems. What impressed us most was how Xavier identified the root problems - he found hollow areas below my floor tiles, hollow areas on the parapet walls, and also reasons for water ingress into those areas; and he tells us the various ways (including nano grouting and nano crystalline solutions ) to fix the problems . It was all very logical and first time we hear such good analysis. We also have a swimming pool that needed regrouting (after 8 years), and he explains what they can do with nano-grouting. We also have a basement floor where water were seaping thru the tiles .. and they also explained the reasons and what can be done. After a few sites visits and with additional members Edwin, Sohel, Morinul - we decided to go ahead with Atlas Works. Eric also contacted me whilst he was travelling, and came to also visit us. There were two teams - it seems they are specialised in different methods - that over 8 days - came to do the work. The team were diligent, quiet, and cleaned up every day after the works. They come on time and leave on time so our family schedules were not disrupted. Xavier has consistently been in touch with me through the process, and did a final inspection at the end of the scope of works. Warranty of their works and products demonstrate their confidence and reputation - which is another reason why we went with them. Thus far, i am happy with the working relationship, the trust, and very fast response.

   I contacted Atlas in Jan, 26, regarding an HDB wall leakage. The engineer came to my house for an inspection and charged $50 site visit fee. The agreement is that when I decide to hire Atlas for the work, this fee will be offset from the final bill. As the outside wall involves town council, we made several engagements with town council staff. Multiple discussions took place between Atlas and the Town Council to coordinate the interior and exterior wall repairs. Unfortunately, the two parties could not agree on how to make the repair. To expedite the process, I agreed to take on the full cost of repairing both the inside and outside walls in early April. Atlas offered a quote of $4,300 with a $200 discount. I accepted, and Atlas agreed to apply for the necessary HDB permits. Since accepting the quote, I have received no meaningful updates. My subsequent inquiries have been left unanswered or redirected to an automated AI system with no human follow-up. Can you arrange for a full refund of my $50 site visit fee?

   We recently got Atlas Works Pte Ltd to do some extensive waterproofing and painting work at our house encompassing significant scaffolding, waterproofing, painting and maintaining of a weathered facade. Our main contact at Atlas was Mr Eric The work that they did for us is of a very high quality. The project was delivered on time to a high standard. Eric and the workers responded on a timely basis and were always professional around how they conducted themselves and in their work The scope of work increased as we were happy with the initial interactions and the quotation process was transparent and efficient. I have full confidence if we have any trouble during the warranty period that Atlas will rectify in a timely, efficient and complete manner. We highly recommend the team at Atlas for your painting and waterproofing works. [UPDATE SINCE MY ORIGINAL REVIEW] Since this review things Atlas have not acted in good faith to provide a legitimate solution to the problem we needed rectifying given works done had not solved the issue we originally engaged them to fix. As such Atlas is no longer a company we can recommend and will be looking for the to recompense us for their misrepresentation. The original leak issue which we spent tens of thousands on has returned to be as bad as it originally was when we engaged Atlas. We identified this problem to Atlas eight months after the original works were done. We have a warranty with Atlas for two years. As of today, seven months after informing Atlas of ongoing issues, Atlas are now saying it is out of their job scope even though the documented fix for that very leak is stated in black and white under their warranty. If they as the experts misrepresented the problem and fix when quoted and took the money for that fix and then called the exact same leak from the exact same spot out of scope there is a clear misrepresentation of services provided and skills executed. We have been directly to Atlas numerous times and have given them seven months to rectify. They haven't done so. We are currently looking at all options for resolution.

   My toilet fail the HIP water ponding test.After much research, we selected Atlas Works Pte Ltd for bathroom waterproofing at our HDB flat. Definitely the right decision. Although I had failed my 1st water-ponding test. I had called Eric and Edwin and they immediately send their men to rectify the works. Our waterproof issue is finally gone thanks to Atlas Works — something we'd been dealing with for far too long. We didn't have to worry about hacking damage at our home. The work was done cleanly and efficiently. Their warranty shows they are willing to stand behind their work. Very commendable. Atlas Works Pte Ltd delivers quality work backed by genuinely professional and attentive service. Worth to engage them.

    Very satisfied with the non-hacking waterproofing work done for my toilet flooring, where there was water seepage from the shower area to the dry area. The whole process took about 4 hours. After the works were completed, there was still slight seepage initially, possibly due to residual trapped water, but it stopped after a week and so far, everything has been good. Eric was also very responsive throughout and gave recommendations for the grouting colour. He even arranged for follow-up works to be done, though in the end it was not required.     My shower area leaked into below unit electrical conduit. I was very worried that the leakage cannot be solved and would drag on. However, Atlas Works was able to immediately stop the leakage after applying waterproofing my toilet within a single day. It is a very difficult problem with no clear solution. Their water proofing worked and I avoid any hacking works. No doubt, I would use them again and recommend them to anybody who has a water leakage problem.

    Just to share my bad experience regarding the waterproofing works carried out at my home and caused significant delays, inconveniences, and additional costs incurred. I chose your company after seeing strong reviews and you claim to be the no.1 waterproofing company in Singapore. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. 1st attempt: One worker attended to my toilet floor but did not perform the job properly. The existing grout was not fully removed; a large amount remained unscraped. After completion, several areas were not filled properly with new grout, and the grout around the perimeter was thick and unsightly. After 24 hours, I was advised to conduct a water ponding test myself. Water seepage still occurred. I had arranged for vinyl flooring installation in the bedroom that day, but due to the ongoing seepage, the vinyl contractor could not proceed and had to reschedule. I incurred an additional $300 for the revisitation. 2nd attempt: The worker returned to rectify the poorly done areas and advised switching to “Plan B.” I was then told to wait three more days before another ponding test, and management assured me there would be no further seepage. 3rd attempt: Two workers conducted another ponding test, and seepage still occurred. It appeared the workers were left to handle everything without proper supervision. Only upon my request, Edwin, the manager visit my home and inspect. He stated that following the failure of Plans A and B, he suggested with “Plan C,” involving flooding the entire toilet floor with Nano chemical, assuring me 100% success. I was told to wait three more days for the floor to dry before application. When the worker removed the previously applied grout, I observed a lot of old grout still in place, clearly showing inadequate preparation from the start and explaining the repeated failures and delays. By this point, the situation had caused considerable disruption to my family. Due to the delay, I could not arrange for the vinyl installation, and we were unable to use the master room. My family of five has had to overstay at my parent’s house, causing immense inconvenience, especially to my two young children. 4th attempt: The toilet floor was flooded with the Nano chemical, and I was told to wait another three days for curing before testing. 5th attempt: The water ponding test was conducted again. Water seepage still occurred. Your final “Plan C” failed!!! Despite multiple attempts, the seepage issue remains unresolved. I requested a full refund, which only arrived four days later. I am deeply disappointed with the service quality, workmanship, and lack of proper inspection and supervision. Edwin mentioned compensation would be arranged, but to date, I have not received any update or even an apology after Plan C failed.

    I just engaged Atlas Works Pte Ltd for Bathroom Nano-Waterproofing. I send my enquiry and I get a fast response from Eric. He came down for inspection within a week. I have a bathtub which cannot be moved out of the bathroom. After several discussions with Eric, his teams (Mr Mon and team) agreed to help me by shifting the bathtub around to do the work. Quotation and invoice were clear. I get to choose the grout colours for wall and floor. Explanations were given after the work is done. Bathroom is clean, wall gaps patched (peach colour on wall on photo) and 100% flooring regrout . Even told me to update after HDB water test.. Excellent service. 👍🏻👍🏻 26.2.26: HDB did the water test on 24.2.26 and I passed.

    I’m very satisfied with the ceiling leak waterproofing work done. The team was professional, punctual, and explained clearly what caused the leak and how they would fix it. The work was carried out neatly with minimal disruption, and they made sure everything was cleaned up after completion. Most importantly, the leaking problem has been resolved, even after heavy rain. Xavier who assisted me during the service visit was thorough in assessing the underlying issue and eventually identify the root cause and other leakage area that needs to be fixed at the same time.     Good waterproofing job done for a bathroom floor that was leaking to the floor below. They came back to do a touch up once, and now, the leak has stopped.     Atlas Works did the waterproofing for both the toilets in my 4-room HDB a few days ago. And the results and experience was great. The team kept in touch very promptly from day 1 when I contacted them. Xavier came down on a short notice to do the site inspection and he tested the area for moisture and suggested solutions. They gave a reasonable quotation for the works which included 3 years warranty. Edwin brought his team did the waterproofing and they took great care not to create any mess or inconvenience. I appreciate the way they keep the surrounding area clean and noise low as I was working from home that day. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs waterproofing services. An opportunity is that they can provide a standard list of instructions which they can send via Whatsapp to customers after the waterproofing works on how long to wait, what they can do, what they cannot during the next 24 hours. That would really help customers to prolong the lifespan of the waterproofing.

After replacing the ceiling boards twice I decided to fix the roof terrace but the thought of hacking and replacing the tiles felt dreadful as that would fill the air and floor in my house with cement powder for weeks.
