We asked AZ Movers and Mohamed's team to help us prepare our house in Bukit Timah for handover, and they were fantastic. They arranged the cleaning, repainted the house, sanded and polished the wooden floors, and repaired everything from wardrobes to electrical fittings. They worked incredibly hard, and the result was very satisfying. What really stood out was their attitude — calm, kind, humble, and always ready to help. As long as you’re clear and available to answer questions, they’re responsive and easy to work with. That’s exactly what you need during a stressful handover process, and they ticked all the boxes. We’re so happy we chose them. Highly recommend this team!

Reliable , honest and operated with integrity. The staff is pretty efficient and sincere and took time to pack and unpack the items Fragile items were handled professionally This is my third move with the same company in past 7 years..the dropped the packing material and sufficient number of boxes as requested much timely and were able to pull thru everything- with patience. Dismantled the beds and covered sofas/ clothes in suit hangers etc- in professional way..

We hired AZ movers for our move, move out cleaning and also handyman services. Their prices were very reasonable and their service was excellent. The move was efficient and smooth. They were able to finish the move in a day AND complete the cleaning and any patch up works in our previous unit all within the same day. We highly recommend AZ Movers to anyone who is looking for a mover who can do all services.

My family hired AZ Movers & Traders for a full house move including packing and unpacking of fragile items. They sent someone to survey the items to be moved, they followed up regularly to see if we have decided on the moving company and what are the planned dates. Frankly initially we had doubts about this company as there were quite a few negative reviews online, however we were assured that we should not judge their service through these reviews (given by some bias people), Muhammed was aware of these reviews and did not deny and he promised good service level. My husband and I are very satisfied with the service provided by AZM&T The entire process was very smooth and done in a very professional and efficient manner. We asked for abt 10 cardboard boxes and tape for packing our wardrobe items 10 days before the actual packing day, we received 20 cartons, bubble wrap, paper & loads of tape. We asked for another 10 cartons after a week and they were dropped off in a few hours with tape and marker. On the 1st day of packing Muhammed’s team arrived on time at our old residence, once they came in, they already had tasks assigned for the team by the supervisor (Ibrahim). One person was assigned to just pack fragile items and he managed very well. The team managed to pack 90% of the items on day 1. Day 2 they had more manpower as they were starting to take cartons and loose wrapped furniture to the trucks. Very neatly packed and secure for the short journey to the new home nearby. Unloading and assembly of beds was done very efficiently and everything works well after it has been assembled back. We did not have any breakage or damage during the move. Staff were very polite and patient the whole time. Unloading and unpacking was done very efficiently and inside the new place, mover team helped with the furniture moving around when asked till we were satisfied with the layout (we were still in the process of assessing where everything should go). We would highly recommend using AZ Movers & Trader if planning your packing & moving. Thank you AZ Movers & Traders!!!

The AZ team was incredible! They came and packed everything the day before. Then, they moved it the next day. Even the building staff commented on how quick they were. I want to also mention that there was no compromise on the care they took with my property. Everything was carefully wrapped and packaged. Highly recommend! *****

Update: replied with invoice. Their whatsapp was down Requested for invoice since 26 September and no response till 17 October. Have been actively asking almost on a daily basis but they just one tick me. Shouldn't have paid without receiving an invoice on my part.

This is my WORST experience ever of my experience in engaged professional movers. Mover came one and half hour late. After multiple calls & message time still late. Promised 10am but came 1130am. Eventually came only two workers, promised to send more workers to expedite the wrapping and moving process after few phone calls but still no additional worker came. Failed to fulfil promised one after another promised (NOT trustworthy). In term of timing and additional workers. Many phone call to chase for more worker to catch the late (got other appointment made) but being threated to cancel/abandon my order. Worker could not communicate well, supervisor not around. Fortunately, everything were shifted safely.

The movers were very hard working and handled my stuff with great care. They stayed late in the evening to help me unpack and tidied the space immediately. They turned up late, and rushed throughout the moving process. If you treasure your wooden furniture or any other things that you don't want damaged, then do not choose AZ Movers. My wooden bed frame was damaged and dented throughout its corners as it was roughly handled, not dismantled as it was supposed to be and was only wrapped in cling wrap. If there were any positives, it's only that they are priced competitively. Given a choice I would not have chosen them at all.

We did our last living with AZ after they were recommended by friends. After a very fast initial response, AZ sent boxes to our place very fast and was very responsible at our requests for additional boxes. On the day of the move the whole team was very professional. They did not break, drop or lose anything. I would really recommend AZ to my friends and family.

As an expat we have made numerous moves, both international and local. The one with AZ movers was one of the worst we have experienced! Poor communication and time management, zero responsibility in terms of taking condo permissions etc in spite of repeated chasing, and the team that moved our furniture was terrible! Numerous pieces damaged, the packing was done so poorly. The attitude of the owner was the icing on the cake, no acknowledgment or accountability on why every aspect of the move was mishandled and delayed and the quote by no means was cheap! I would stay away, there are enough movers who can do a much better job.

We recently used AZ Movers service for moving from one place to another. The experience can be described as bitter-sweet. The sweet part was that the movers worked fast and efficient. The bitter part is that 2 items are missing. One is a ladder - a thing that is difficult to hide but easy to replace. The other was a wall clock - inexpensive but impossible to replace as it was a memory of our family travel. I asked the AZ Movers contact person to inform his people and try to check on their side - no reply after few days. The conclusion: - don't be charmed by speed and efficiency; - seal ALL boxes and put the numbers on top of each box; - receive boxes upon the list as after the team leaves the place it doesn't feel responsible for missing items; - double- and triple-check your items. Good luck with all your moving tasks.

Booked this company based on 5 star reviews. Did not receive the 5 star service I expected. As an expat we have been through many moves and this was by far the worst! And it was only a local move. Items were packed badly with breakage of glass ware that was not wrapped in bubble wrap and had cans of food thrown in with it on top! Expensive latex mattresses were left upright on their side leaving them to now have bends in the middle (should always be laid flat or with some sort of solid box around it). Crystal bed side lamps thrown into boxes without bubble wrap or paper along with novel books and left to roll around and break. Children’s toy electric ride on car now useless as steering column broken off with improper handling/packaging and no longer can use. Office return lifted incorrectly and wood panel ripped off/cracked. Upon moving furniture into new apartment instead of lifting heavy items were dragged across wood floors gouging/scraping the wood floor. Contacted the manager who said would rectify the issue and four weeks later still waiting! I refuse to lose my bond for the apartment due to this companies negligence and poor handling of furniture. Would never recommend nor use again.
