Botak locksmiths were incredibly helpful with our smart lock which wasn't working. He spoke through on the phone and give me advice to help and saved me almost $300 with great professionalism and expertise. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Initial review: Incredibly rude. I reached out asking whether they could repair a digital lock, specifying the model, providing videos and setting out the troubleshooting steps I had taken. One contact said he was driving when I first dropped him a message. When I checked in 3 hours later he said he would call me in 10 minutes but never did. I messaged the other contact 4 hours after the first said he would call me, explaining that I had not received a call back. The reply was “then wait”. He later said “what lock. I don't have record”. Eventually, he said he doesn’t repair such locks and to call other locksmiths. That’s perfectly fine but I don’t understand the need for the runaround or the rudeness. After note: Joel called me to explain why he wasn’t able to call me back earlier in the day and to apologise for his colleague’s rudeness. He also gave me reasonable advice on repairing my lock and offered to go through some hassle to see whether he could repair it for a reasonable price. So I have amended the 1 star review to a 4 star review. To be clear, I would give Joel 5 stars and his colleague 0 stars.

The absolute best locksmith ever. I’ve used their service multiple times in the past. Super reliable and efficient, and their prices are also very reasonable. Just today, they helped with my neighbour’s main door and gate, and all I can say is Mr Teck is a true expert in this field! We can’t thank him and the rest of the team enough. The whole issue was resolved in under 45 mins, inclusive of his travel time to our location! I’ll definitely keep recommending these guys to anyone that needs a dependable locksmith!

Uncle Teck had magic hands. Firstly, over the phone, he could already tell what had to be done (just change cylinder will do). Secondly, when he arrived, everything was done in less than a minute! Felt like just 10 seconds. I am awe-struck. I felt $100 was just a tad bit too high though. My first point of contact was Robert's number. He was not available but had an auto-response message of alternative numbers to call and Ah Teck's response was immediate. Overall, a good experience.

Huge thanks to Mr. Robert! He was incredibly responsive and came all the way to unlock my bathroom door. What a dramatic day—my wife and I got stuck inside the toilet around 6AM++, had to climb out through the window, enter the house through the kitchen, and then call for a locksmith. Mr. Robert arrived within 30 minutes, just as he promised over the phone. Truly a lifesaver!

The location showed here is not the accurate location, been circling this block for more than 15 minutes only to find out the location showed is actually a Community Centre that have been there for the last 7 years. I tried contacting them but both numbers are invalid. Please if you're still in Business kindly update your information, I've wasted more than an hour coming here and trying to locate it. Very disappointed.

We had a stuck door handle at 1am and Steven came to our rescue in 30 min. He was very professional and did his best to minimise the damage to the existing door handle & lock so that we wouldn’t have to pay an exorbitant price to change unnecessarily. Search reviews on google and found Botak Locksmiths. Sent a text to Mr Yeo and he replied instantly. I sent him videos of my issue and he just suggested a video call and helped me solve it by giving me instructions. Managed to solve it within 2 mins and saved the money ! Highly recommended!

This is really great locksmith. I have a problem with my electronic lock, took a picture and send him. He suggested ways to help me instead of coming down to charge me. I took his advice and open the lock!. Very honest and cool guy. Highly recommended

Kudos to Mr. Yeo and Mr. Ben !! I visited Mr.Minit@NP to duplicate another set of keys for home. It got stucked in the front gate keyhole and Botak Locksmiths was called in to assist. Mr. Ben was very professional, polite and responsive, thorough with knowledge & information about locks and had awesome communication! Highly recommend !!! My room key was jammed . I called Botak Locksmiths who kindly gave me verbal instructions on the phone video on how to remove the jam instead of charging me $70 to change to a new lock . It was successful as the jam was removed . I like to thank Botak Locksmiths for free service .

Friendly, helpful and fast. We locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms. One of the kids had pushed the inside button. Called at 10:35pm and lock fixed at 10:55pm! Wow. Family business with 7 brothers. Good price. Thank you. Highly recommend

Wonderful gentleman to have been acquainted with, even though the circumstances of our meeting is via a locked out door. Articulate and honest in his assessment. Realized he has a business that included his 7 siblings, 4 nephews and 2 friends. Along those lines. Prompt. Got the door fixed and charges were reasonable. Uncle responded promptly to my call. WhatsApp me to send the picture of the faulty lock. Came in half an hour together with his assistant. Had my lower main door lock replaced and also helped to realigned the upper lock due to sinking door. Charged me $90 for lock replacement n did a extra service for realignment without charges. Good efficient n friendly services. Highly recommendable.

Quick and reliable. Has a quick call explaining my situation then Robert was able to give a quick quote and an ETA. ~$70 for unlocking, varies according to how far your place and the type of lock. Terence came by promptly and fixed it, explaining to me what he was doing along the way and what he thought the problem was. He even explained in Hokkien to grandma! Friendly guy Terence!

It was on rush hour to school, the door lock was faulty. The Uncle quoted $100 after accessment via phone. He taught me how to unscrew & we managed to open the door for my children to go to school. He reduced to $80 to replace a spare part of the lock. Thanks for the uncle who is kind hearted & the price is reasonable!
