amongst current competitors, butler stands out as a fuss-free housekeeping service provider with a good team that is responsive to instructions and queries. i’ve had a good experience so far for my 1 bedroom apartment with little use of the kitchen. i’ve had the same housekeeper provided for the last few months (1-2 changes so far as the staff had to return to their home country). hope the team can continue to improve with this 5-star review as validation and motivation!

Operational model not customer friendly. 1. Damage house appliances 2. Requested for once every 2 weeks but do not cover the fifth week if that month has 5 weeks. 3. Need to give cleaner 30 mins leeway for arrival. 4. Finance department did not ask the preferred method for notifying and requesting for payment. And when payment not received, they only sent warning emails when in the first place they didn't get response from emails. 5. Point of contact has poor communication skills and tend to put the blame on customer or company process instead of taking the feedback and improve their process.

Lihong takes the effort to get the things right. She will keep on going until she is satisfied with the standard. Despite our language differences we had a wonderful time communicating and I found that everything was smooth. Great housekeeping service in Singapore!! Would like to shout out to Dewi especially who does housekeeping service at my apartment every week!! She is absolutely professional and excellent, work extra hard and keep everything in the house clean, neat and tidy!! Would definitely recommend!!
